Research on the Relationship between External Compensation Gap of Executives and Enterprise Innovation  [PDF]

Abstract: How to use the pay contract to encourage executives to implement innovation activities has become an important issue to be solved by the theoretical and practical circles. Based on the data of Shanghai and Shenzhen A-share listed companies from 2006 to 2015, this paper examines the impact of external compensation gap on corporate innovation, and further discusses the contextual effects of executive talent and property rights. The study finds that the external compensation gap of executives has a positive effect on enterprise innovation. Moreover, the higher talent executives possess, the more obvious the external compensation gap will promote the innovation of enterprises. In addition, compared with state-owned enterprises, the external compensation gap of non-state-owned enterprise executives has a more significant effect on corporate innovation. This paper not only expands the economic consequences of the external compensation gap, but also provides inspiration for companies to adjust the compensation structure and encourage executives to promote enterprise innovation.

In the crystal structure, intermolecular O—H...O hydrogen bonds link the complex and solvent molecules into infinite chains.

Abstract: In the molecule of the title compound, [Sn(C6H5)2(C6H5N2O2)2], two O and one N atoms from the two 5-methylpyrazine-2-carboxylate ligands and one C atom of a phenyl group form a distorted square-planar arrangement in the equatorial plane around the Sn atom, while the distorted octahedral coordination is completed by an N atom of one of the 5-methylpyrazine-2-carboxylate ligands and a C atom of the other phenyl group in the axial positions. In the crystal structure, intermolecular C—H...O hydrogen bonds link the molecules into centrosymmetric dimers.

Abstract: Website Information Island leads to information partition between sites and customers, and holds back the improvement of website popularity. To solve this problem, the paper proposes website keywords seeding system based on internal and external SEO, and provides data structure, operation process and key algorithm inside model; According to external customers' high-frequency search terms and internal customers' demand, this model uses multi-dimensional vector overlay space to match and extract information required by customers, has internal website optimized automatically and issues keywords. Theoretical analysis and experimental results both show that, the model has a high feedback speed for demand, which can improve sites' customer satisfaction and search rankings effectively.

Abstract: Pulp and paper industry is responsible for large discharge of highly polluted effluents, which often be treated by biological treatment process. For biological treatment system, pH is an important environmental factor that can influence the activity of microorganisms. In general, the optimal pH for aerobic processes is around neutral pH (7_7.8) and for the anaerobic process is between 6.8_7.2. The control of pH is a difficult link in the biological treatment system due to its nonlinearity and large time-delay. Aiming at the difficult point in the pH control of the biological wastewater treatment system, a mathematical model of pH control is estab-lished in the essay. On this basis, a traditional PID control and a cascade control are adopted to carry out simulation and comparison with MATLAB. The results show that the cascade control has better comprehen-sive effect in terms of response speed, stability and disturbance resistance.
Development of a gene cloning system in a fast-growing and moderately thermophilic Streptomyces species and heterologous expression of Streptomyces antibiotic biosynthetic gene clusters

Abstract: We report here the isolation of 41 fast-growing (about twice the rate of S. coelicolor), moderately thermophilic (growing at both 30°C and 50°C) Streptomyces strains, detection of one linear and three circular plasmids in them, and sequencing of a 6996-bp plasmid, pTSC1, from one of them. pTSC1-derived pCWH1 could replicate in both thermophilic and mesophilic Streptomyces strains. On the other hand, several Streptomyces replicons function in thermophilic Streptomyces species. By examining ten well-sporulating strains, we found two promising cloning hosts, 2C and 4F. A gene cloning system was established by using the two strains. The actinorhodin and anthramycin biosynthetic gene clusters from mesophilic S. coelicolor A3(2) and thermophilic S. refuineus were heterologously expressed in one of the hosts.We have developed a gene cloning and expression system in a fast-growing and moderately thermophilic Streptomyces species. Although just a few plasmids and one antibiotic biosynthetic gene cluster from mesophilic Streptomyces were successfully expressed in thermophilic Streptomyces species, we expect that by utilizing thermophilic Streptomyces-specific promoters, more genes and especially antibiotic genes clusters of mesophilic Streptomyces should be heterologously expressed.Streptomyces species are high G+C, Gram-positive bacteria that are a major source of natural products, producing about half of all known microbial antibiotics [1]. Members of this genus also have a complex life cycle, in which uni-genomic spores geminate to produce a multi-genomic substrate mycelium of branching hyphae which gives rise to aerial hyphae and ultimately to spores [2]. Abstract: The title complex, [Cu2(C13H16N3O3)(C12H8N2)(H2O)]NO3, consists of a nitrate ion and a binuclear CuII unit in which the oxamide ligand has a cis geometry, is fully deprotonated and acts in a bidentate fashion to one CuII atom and in a tetradentate fashion to the other CuII atom. The CuII atom coordination geometries are distorted square-planar and distorted square-pyramidal. In the crystal structure, binuclear complexes and nitrate ions are connected by classical O—H...O and non-classical C—H...O hydrogen bonds into a three-dimensional framework. The alkyl chains of the anion are equally disorded over two positions.

Abstract: The title compound, [Sn4(C8H17)8O2(C6H5N2O2)4], is a tetranuclear SnIV complex, built up by inversion symmetry around the central Sn2O2 ring. The SnIV coordination geometries are distorted SnO3C2 trigonal-bipyramidal and distorted SnO4C2 octahedral. The three-coordinate μ3-oxido bridging O atom in the Sn2O2 ring is attached to three Sn atoms. All non-H atoms, with the exception of the Sn-bonded octyl groups, lie approximately on a non-crystallographic mirror plane.
