Abstract: Based on the 2016 annual data, the article studies the competitiveness of 87 listed companies, who initially went public on China’s GEM in 2015. Taking 12 financial indicators (current ratio, quick ratio, equity ratio, receivables turnover, current asset turnover, total asset turnover, operating margin, net profit margin, return on total assets, total asset growth rate, net profit growth rate, net asset growth rate) as research variables, using factor analysis, the article analyzes the solvency, operation performance, profitability, growth capability and overall competitiveness of these 87 listed companies.

Abstract:

We combined foreign reserves, capital control and financial depth with other economic variables in the same model and discussed the factors that affect the demand of China’s foreign reserves. The results showed that 1) a considerable number of foreign reserves are passively accumulated, for instance, stronger capital controls deeper financial system will lower the demand of foreign reserves; 2) the ratio of Hot Money/GDP is more significant than the FDI/GDP as a proxy of foreign reserves’ protective demand.

Abstract: Simulations for seismic wave propagation in the sedimentary basin over half-infinite rock space were performed in this analysis. The results indicated that the basin shape in heterogeneous structures affected wave dynamic characteristics in propagating. The refraction wave from the rock brought the multireflection wave and the secondary surface wave in the basin. The waves oscillating up-down within the basin shook the buildings time after time resulting in heavy damage. The geometrical focusing by basin corners and the physical interference between waves significantly amplified the ground motions. The location of peak ground motion due to the interference was attributable to the apparent velocity difference between the secondary surface wave and the body wave. The late-arrival waves also resulted in the peak ground motion. The frequencies of the late-arrival waves of multireflection might cause dispersion. The late-arrival conversion waves with various frequencies widened the frequency band of seismic input waves shaking buildings and could seriously damage buildings with corresponding intrinsic frequencies.

Abstract: The mathematical expectation value method is a commonly used method in risk decision-making. This paper studies the problem of how to arrange the purchase plan in order to get the maximum expected profit; considering the applicable principles of mathematical expectation, the decision method for getting the optimal decision scheme is given. Finally, we do simulation and stability analysis on an example and obtain the reasonable result. This result shows that mathematical expectation value method is effective in solving the problem of risk decision.

Abstract: In order to retain customers, hairdressers usually persuade customers to be their members by offering membership card. This paper studies how to set up their recommendation system in the hairdressers. According to the membership information and consumer behavior, the hairdresser provides personalized recommendation to different members and lets customers experience personalized choices. A recommendation algorithm based on customer ratings and a customer classification method based on Logistic Regression Model are discussed in this paper. The former is used to recommend hair style and color to a customer. The latter is used to determine whether to recommend some maintenance programs to a customer or not.

Abstract: A revised weight-coded evolutionary algorithm (RWCEA) is proposed for solving multidimensional knapsack problems. This RWCEA uses a new decoding method and incorporates a heuristic method in initialization. Computational results show that the RWCEA performs better than a weight-coded evolutionary algorithm pro-posed by Raidl (1999) and to some existing benchmarks, it can yield better results than the ones reported in the OR-library.

Abstract: A gate level maximum power supply noise(PSN) model is defined that captures both IR drop and di/dt noise effects.Experimental results show that this model improves PSN estimation by 5.3% on average and reduces computation time by 10.7% compared with previous methods.Furthermore,a primary input critical factor model that captures the extent of primary inputs' PSN contribution is formulated.Based on these models,a novel niche genetic algorithm is proposed to estimate QSN more effectively.Compared with general genetic algorithms,this novel method can achieve up to 19.0% improvement on PSN estimation with a much higher convergence speed.

Abstract: Seasonal variation of biochemical components in clam(Saxidomus purpuratus Sowerby 1852) was investigated from March 2012 to February 2013 in relation to environmental condition of Sanggou Bay and the reproductive cycle of clam.According to the histological analysis,the reproductive cycle of S.purpuratus includes two distinctive phases:a total spent and inactive stage from November to January,and a gametogenesis stage,including ripeness and spawning,during the rest of the year.Gametes were generated at a low temperature(2.1℃) in February.Spawning took place once a year from June to October.The massive spawning occurred in August when the highest water temperature and chlorophyll a level could be observed.The key biochemical components(glycogen,protein and lipid) in five tissues(gonad,foot,mantle,siphon and adductor muscle) were analyzed.The glycogen content was high before gametogenesis,and decreased significantly during the gonad development in the gonad,mantle and foot of both females and males,suggesting that glycogen was an important energy source for gonad development.The protein and lipid contents increased in the ovary during the gonad development,demonstrating that they are the major organic components of oocytes.The lipid and protein contents decreased in the testis,implying that they can provide energy and material for spermatogenesis.The results also showed that protein stored in the mantle and foot could support the reproduction after the glycogen was depleted

Abstract: China's prison system requirement is that the full security, monitoring enterprise separate income and expenditure separately, standardized operation, the real is the separation of prisons and prison enterprises to blend with the original prison sentence production and management functions and management functions of separately, to build two sets of both established by law, a separate operation, but also organically linked closely with the new prison system. The new prison system includes the new jail management system and a new prison enterprises management system. New prison management system's main task is the execution of sentences, rehabilitation of offenders. The new enterprise management system, the prison's main task is to provide jobs for the rehabilitation of offenders and places at the same time based on "Company Law" to carry out production and business activities. In the context of prison reform, prison enterprise financial management has been continuously confronted with new problems, so the prison enterprise financial management needs of financial concepts, financial system, financial system, financial relations and increased financial and cultural aspects of innovation, to adapt to the prison the execution of sentences, rehabilitation of offenders needs.

Abstract: This paper investigates the simulation of reverberation in a small room using image source method, Schroeder model, and Gardner model. It then compares the simulation results with measurement of reverberation in the real measurement room. It shows a large difference between the simulation and the real measurement of reverberation due to the over-simplified representation of the sound source, receiver, and room surfaces in the models. A reverberation simulation model including the real measurement of the source, receiver, and room surfaces will be developed to better match the real measurement of reverberation.
