Abstract: Teaching attitude of teachers influences the accomplishment of teaching objectives, the quality of teaching and students’ learning outcomes and is the main variable in the process of higher education teaching. By referring to attitude theories and group characteristics of college teachers, this paper analyzes the elements that influence teaching attitude of teachers, establishes a teaching attitude adjusting model for college teachers, aiming at providing new administrative framework and critical control point for the management of teaching attitude of college teachers.

The transfer of college teachers’ tacit knowledge is the key and difficult point in tacit knowledge management of universities. This paper starts from the existence and application condition of college teachers’ tacit knowledge in China and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for college teachers’ tacit knowledge management.

Abstract: “Wise Pig Game” is a classical model of modern game theory. Just like the piglet in the model, the pharmaceutical companies of China is gambling with the global pharmaceutical companies and growing cautiously. In this game, the “piglet” not only has to survive, but also should shoulder the heavy responsibility of promoting our national pharmaceutical industry. Therefore, it is very important to choose the right direction of developmental strategy. Through analysis of the model, this paper establishes the choice of innovation strategy for China pharmaceutical enterprises.

Abstract: Perhaps one of the fastest growing markets in China is the mobile telecom market. The brand diffusion of China Mobile Communication Industry that has not been addressed is of great importance to the practicing brand managers. In this article, the authors forecast the potential mobile phone users of China Mobile Communication Industry with the Bass model and analyze the impact of competition on the brand diffusion of China Mobile and that of China Unicom. The study yields the good prediction and the managerial implications.

Abstract: In this article, we studied the county-level city in China which was the special type in the city development of the world. Through the research about the concept and the origin of the county-level city, we found that the county-level city was different to the current “dot” city in the world, and it was a sort of town system on the “sphere” in the wider area. For China with 0.8 billion farmers, the county-level city for urban and rural certainly possesses special functions in the urbanization and the new countryside construction of China.
