Abstract: Labor relation is an important relationship of the modern market economy, and harmonious labor relation is not only conducive to promote social harmony, but also the reflection of the core competitiveness of enterprises, which is also important to the value achievement of workers. Research on the conflicts of labor relations has increasingly presented the features of intervening from the perspective of human resource management. Based on this, this article puts special emphasis on the following three aspects to promote the establishment of harmonious labor relations: strengthen the position of the core indicators of employee satisfaction, design system of remuneration based on benefit-sharing, upgrade cost consciousness of related professionals.
Analysis of Accounting Disclosure Mode for Strengthening Corporate Social Responsibility

Abstract: Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) has become the social focus with the pressure of social problems. As we all know, accounting report and analysis have become an important instrument of strengthening CSR. The current situation and problems of Corporate Social Responsibility Accounting (CSRA) disclosure in China were analyzed firstly. Then, in the light of foreign feasible practice, the content, ways and future development of CSRA disclosure were presented. Finally, a mode of CSRA disclosure that fits Chinese enterprises was constructed. This mode attempts to strengthen CSR and promote the value of enterprises in China ultimately.
Necessarity of Practicing Green Manufacturing in Iron Industry from the Point of Social Responsibility

Abstract: On the basis of analyzing the present situation of iron industry and related literature, points were put out that iron industry in China is now in a dilemma, and social responsibility is default. Then analysis of the relationship between green manufacturing and corporate social responsibility is done. Taking Jinan Steel and Iron Group Corporation for an example, changes are compared from many aspects. Quantitative analysis was used to illustrate the effect of green manufacturing. Results show that measures of green manufacturing taken by in iron industry are effective, and it is feasible and necessary to practice green manufacturing in iron industry.
Game Analysis of Accounting Information Disclosure in Capital Market

Abstract: Owners, China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC) and listed companies are mainly involved in disclosure of accounting information in capital market. The process of perfecting the disclosure of accounting information is a continuous game process. The game analysis was made among the above three-party in order to effectively disclose accounting information. The results showed that purchase of profit would lead listed companies or owners to disclose false information. Supervising cost would result in CSRC’s inefficient supervision. So it is crucial to further perfect the disclosure of accounting information system. Only in this way, interests of all parts can be coordinated; efficient a corporate governance environment would be created. Then the orderly development of capital market would be promoted.

Abstract: We prove a $C^r$ closing lemma for a class of partially hyperbolic symplectic diffeomorphisms. We show that for a generic $C^r$ symplectic diffeomorphism, $r =1, 2, ...,$, with two dimensional center and close to a product map, the set of all periodic points is dense.

Abstract: Meningioma-glioma mixed tumor is rare central nervous system tumor. It is necessary to study its clinical and pathological characteristics as well as its possible genesis. This case was a 54-year-old man who was readmitted for recurrent glioma. Magnetic resonance imaging showed a big mass in right temporal lobe which was confirmed as meningioma-glioma by immunohistochemical analysis. Specific immunohistochemical staining is significant in tumor differential diagnosis, and helps to confirm tumor histic origin. By pathological studies, we found that glioma could stimulate adjacent normal meninges into neoplastic proliferation.
Mid-Range Wireless Power Transfer and Its Application to Body Sensor Networks  [PDF]

Abstract: It has been reported that, through the evanescent near fields, the strongly coupled magnetic resonance is able to achieve an efficient mid-range Wireless Power Transfer (WPT) beyond the characteristic size of the resonator. Recent studies on of the relay effect of the WPT allow more distant and flexible energy transmission. These new developments hold a promise to construct a fully wireless Body Sensor Network (wBSN) using the new mid-range WPT theory. In this paper, a general optimization strategy for a WPT network is presented by analysis and simulation using the coupled mode theory. Based on the results of theoretical and computational study, two types of thin-film resonators are designed and prototyped for the construction of wBSNs. These resonators and associated electronic components can be integrated into a WPT platform to permit wireless power delivery to multiple wearable sensors and medical implants on the surface and within the human body. Our experiments have demonstrated the feasibility of the WPT approach.
Gaseous and Electrochemical Hydrogen Storage Properties of Nanocrystalline Mg2Ni-Type Alloys Prepared by Melt Spinning  [PDF]

Abstract: A partial substitution of Ni by Cu has been carried out in order to improve the hydrogen storage characteristics of the Mg2Ni-type alloys. The nanocrystalline Mg20Ni10-xCux (x = 0, 1, 2, 3, 4) alloys are synthesized by the melt-spinning technique. The structures of the as-cast and spun alloys have been characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscope (SEM) and high resolution transmission electron microscope (HRTEM). The electrochemical performances were evaluated by an automatic galvanostatic system. The hydrogen absorption and desorption kinetics of the alloys were determined by using an automatically controlled Sieverts apparatus. The results indicate that the substitution of Cu for Ni does not alter the major phase Mg2Ni. The Cu substitution significantly ameliorates the electrochemical hydrogen storage performances of alloys, involving both the discharge capacity and the cycle stability. The hydrogen absorption capacity of alloys has been observed to be first increase and then decrease with an increase in the Cu contents. However, the hydrogen desorption capacity of the alloys exhibit a monotonous growth with an increase in the Cu contents.
Numerical simulation of a horizontal sedimentation tank considering sludge recirculation

Abstract: Most research conducted on the concentration distribution of sediment in the sedimentation tank does not consider the role of the suction dredge. To analyze concentration distribution more accurately, a suspended sediment transportation model was constructed and the velocity field in the sedimentation tank was determined based on the influence of the suction dredge. An application model was then used to analyze the concentration distribution in the sedimentation tank when the suction dredge was fixed, with results showing that distribution was in accordance with theoretical analysis. The simulated value of the outlet concentration was similar to the experimental value, and the trends of the isoconcentration distribution curves, as well as the vertical distribution curves of the five monitoring sections acquired through simulations, were almost the same as curves acquired through experimentation. The di erences between the simulated values and the experimental values were significant.
