Analysis on the Application of PPP Mode in Hangzhou City Management

Abstract:
Facing the phenomenon that the increasingly serious shortage of infrastructure causes urban problems, the government will introduce PPP mode to the field of city management, and it achieves good economic and social benefits to promote the sustainable development of PPP mode in city management. Based on the survey of Hangzhou Metro Line 1 and the travelling citizens and the analysis of SPSS data, we can know that the operation management of the later stage is the main reason that affects the sustainable development of PPP mode. Based on this, the paper proposes that in the operation management of the later stage, we should strive to improve the relevant supporting facilities and the quality of services, so as to enhance the public’s satisfaction to the project, thereby promoting the sustainable development of PPP mode in city management.
Studies on Spillover of Scientific and Technological Knowledge in High-tech Industry Clusters---Taking Jinan High-tech Development Zone for Example

Abstract: To achieve the "second pioneering" in high-tech development zone, it should vigorously develop high-tech industrial clusters to make a breakthrough. Only on the basis of industry clusters, by the establishment of an effective platform for science and technology innovation, through the vigorous support of technology with general character in industrial clusters, can improve the technological innovation capability of industrial clusters. Taking the industrial clusters in high-tech development zone in Jinan for example, the thesis has analyzed the inevitability of the spillover of scientific and technological knowledge. The results of analysis have supported the point of view that the strategy of scientific and technological innovation in the high-tech development zones should be based on the industrial clusters.

Abstract: Logistics belongs to service industry, starting with customer demand, ending with customer satisfaction, but the level of logistics service quality determined the customer's satisfaction .Because logistics service quality is a multi - objective evaluation which contains qualitative and quantitative factors, it is very hard to calculate, so article use Gray Correlation Method to analyze logistics service quality evaluation outcome, this method is a quick and simple analysis method. At last, use an example detailed introduces this method application.
Image Denoising Using Tensor Product Complex Tight Framelets with Increasing Directionality

Abstract: Tensor product real-valued wavelets have been employed in many applications such as image processing with impressive performance. Though edge singularities are ubiquitous and play a fundamental role in two-dimensional problems, tensor product real-valued wavelets are known to be only sub-optimal since they can only capture edges well along the coordinate axis directions. The dual tree complex wavelet transform (DTCWT), proposed by Kingsbury [16] and further developed by Selesnick et al. [24], is one of the most popular and successful enhancements of the classical tensor product real-valued wavelets. The two-dimensional DTCWT is obtained via tensor product and offers improved directionality with 6 directions. In this paper we shall further enhance the performance of DTCWT for the problem of image denoising. Using framelet-based approach and the notion of discrete affine systems, we shall propose a family of tensor product complex tight framelets TPCTF_n for all integers n>2 with increasing directionality, where n refers to the number of filters in the underlying one-dimensional complex tight framelet filter bank. For dimension two, such tensor product complex tight framelet TPCTF_n offers (n-1)(n-3)/2+4 directions when n is odd, and (n-4)(n+2)/2+6 directions when n is even. In particular, TPCTF_4, which is different to DTCWT in both nature and design, provides an alternative to DTCWT. Indeed, TPCTF_4 behaves quite similar to DTCWT by offering 6 directions in dimension two, employing the tensor product structure, and enjoying slightly less redundancy than DTCWT. When TPCTF_4 is applied to image denoising, its performance is comparable to DTCWT. Moreover, better results on image denoising can be obtained by using TPCTF_6. Moreover, TPCTF_n allows us to further improve DTCWT by using TPCTF_n as the first stage filter bank in DTCWT.
A Dynamic Social Network Data Publishing Algorithm Based on Differential Privacy  [PDF]

Abstract:
Social network contains the interaction between social members, which constitutes the structure and attribute of social network. The interactive relationship of social network contains a lot of personal privacy information. The direct release of social network data will cause the disclosure of privacy information. Aiming at the dynamic characteristics of social network data release, a new dynamic social network data publishing method based on differential privacy was proposed. This method was consistent with differential privacy. It is named DDPA (Dynamic Differential Privacy Algorithm). DDPA algorithm is an improvement of privacy protection algorithm in static social network data publishing. DDPA adds noise which follows Laplace to network edge weights. DDPA identifies the edge weight information that changes as the number of iterations increases, adding the privacy protection budget. Through experiments on real data sets, the results show that the DDPA algorithm satisfies the user’s privacy requirement in social network. DDPA reduces the execution time brought by iterations and reduces the information loss rate of graph structure.

Abstract: The frequent use of location query services in location-based services will come out a large amount of space-time data related to users. Attackers infer information of location or track based on these rich background knowledge. Therefore, aiming at the problem of trajectory privacy, the context adds instant traffic monitoring based on user behavior patterns, trajectory similarity and other background information. According to the idea of k anonymity, proposed a method combined with traffic condition to protect the trajectory privacy. First, the user randomly selects a time point of the real trajectory to rotate to generate dummy trajectory, and then repeat the above process on the real trajectory and dummy trajectory. Up to the generation of k 1 dummy trajectory, and according to the actual road conditions and trajectory leakage probability, traversing dummy trajectory to adjust. Finally, it is further proved through experiments that the method will be more efficient and protect privacy well.

Abstract: The existing fuzzy clustering algorithm (FCM) is sensitive to the initial center point. And simple clustering of distance can neither discovery hot topics on the Network accurately nor solve the problem of semantic diversity in Chinese. Aiming at these problems, an improved fuzzy clustering method based on dynamic adaptive step firefly algorithm (FA) was proposed. The clustering center was optimized by improved FA, and the FCM was used to complete the final clustering. First, the step length was adjusted adaptively in the current iteration, and the relationship between fireflies was established according to text similarity, then the topic influence value was applied to fuzzy clustering algorithm to improve fitness function optimization. In this process the topic was categorized into the closest class to the cluster center, which can reduce the impact of topic variation. Finally, according to the level of influence value got hot topics. By collecting real data from Sina micro-blog, the effectiveness of the algorithm was verified by experiments, and the accuracy of topic discovery was improved greatly.

Abstract: Although tensor product real-valued wavelets have been successfully applied to many high-dimensional problems, they can only capture well edge singularities along the coordinate axis directions. As an alternative and improvement of tensor product real-valued wavelets and dual tree complex wavelet transform, recently tensor product complex tight framelets with increasing directionality have been introduced in [8] and applied to image denoising in [13]. Despite several desirable properties, the directional tensor product complex tight framelets constructed in [8,13] are bandlimited and do not have compact support in the space/time domain. Since compactly supported wavelets and framelets are of great interest and importance in both theory and application, it remains as an unsolved problem whether there exist compactly supported tensor product complex tight framelets with directionality. In this paper, we shall satisfactorily answer this question by proving a theoretical result on directionality of tight framelets and by introducing an algorithm to construct compactly supported complex tight framelets with directionality. Our examples show that compactly supported complex tight framelets with directionality can be easily derived from any given eligible low-pass filters and refinable functions. Several examples of compactly supported tensor product complex tight framelets with directionality have been presented.
Higher-Order Numeric Solutions for Nonlinear Systems Based on the Modified Decomposition Method  [PDF]

Abstract:

Higher-order numeric solutions for nonlinear differential equations based on the Rach-Adomian-Meyers modified decomposition method are designed in this work. The presented one-step numeric algorithm has a high efficiency due to the new, efficient algorithms of the Adomian polynomials, and it enables us to easily generate a higher-order numeric scheme such as a 10th-order scheme, while for the Runge-Kutta method, there is no general procedure to generate higher-order numeric solutions. Finally, the method is demonstrated by using the Duffing equation and the pendulum equation.
