A Study on Improving of Incubating-Efficiency of Incubators in Zhejiang Province, China  [PDF]
Zhenfeng Ge
iBusiness (IB) , 2018, DOI: 10.4236/ib.2018.103009
Abstract: The incubator’s promotion of entrepreneurial development and the help of N.E. growth make its research have a strong practical significance. At the same time, concern for the sustainability of incubator development, the core of the problem lies in the ability to configure their incubator resources, that is, the level of incubating-efficiency. By DEA, HAC, In-depth interviews to discuss the situation in Zhejiang Province incubators, as well as influencing factors on incubating-efficiency and the improving path of the sample derived from the incubator in Zhejiang Province, which proposed a new hierarchical model and incubation Strategies for improving of incubating-efficiency.
A Study of Quality Management of Entrepreneurship Practice Teaching Based on TQM  [PDF]
Zhenfeng Ge, Ming Wang
Open Access Library Journal (OALib Journal) , 2017, DOI: 10.4236/oalib.1103758
Abstract:
Guaranteed teaching quality is the key to specialty construction, and a teaching quality management system established in conformity with specialty characteristics is the foundation for talents cultivation [1]. This study, through field research at a Ningbo non-governmental undergraduate college (which sets up an entrepreneurship school and the first bachelor degree of entrepreneurship throughout China; referred to as “College D” in the following), conducts an analysis for the factors influencing teaching quality and focuses on the quality control over teaching practices.
Study on Construction of Knowledge Management System Based on Enhancing Core Competence of Industrial Clusters
Zhenfeng Chen,Xiangzhen Xu
International Journal of Business and Management , 2010, DOI: 10.5539/ijbm.v5n3p217
Abstract: Under the background of the knowledge economy and globalization, knowledge becomes the firm's strategic resources, enhancing the core competence of industrial clusters requires knowledge management. In this paper, firstly, the connotation of the core competence of industrial clusters is analyzed. The mechanism of knowledge management affecting the core competence of industrial clusters is studied. Finally, the knowledge management system that helps to enhance the core competence of industrial clusters is constructed.
PLC Modeling and Checking Based on Formal Method  [PDF]

Journal of Software Engineering and Applications (JSEA) , 2010, DOI: 10.4236/jsea.2010.311124
Abstract: High reliability is the key to performance of electrical control equipment. PLC combines computer technology, automatic control technology and communication technology and becomes widely used for automation of industrial processes. Some requirements of complex PLC systems cannot be satisfied by the traditional verification methods. In this paper, an efficient method for the PLC systems modeling and verification is proposed. To ensure the high-speed property of PLC, we proposed a technique of “Time interval model” and “notice-waiting”. It could reduce the state space and make it possible to verify some complex PLC systems. Also, the conversion from the built PLC model to the Promela language is obtained and a tool PLC-Checker for modeling and checking PLC systems are designed. Using PLC-Checker to check a classical PLC example, a counter-example is found. Although the probability of this logic error occurs very small, it could result in system crash fatally.
The Clinical Analysis of Bile Duct Injury during Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy  [PDF]
Zhenfeng Gao, Peizhi Li, Fangzhang Chen, Dingyong Tan
International Journal of Clinical Medicine (IJCM) , 2015, DOI: 10.4236/ijcm.2015.611108
Abstract: The study was to improve surgical safety and reduce the incidence of bile duct injury (BDI) during laparoscopic cholecystectomy. The clinical information of 31 cases with bile duct injury during Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy (LC) was analyzed retrospectively. Thirty patients with bile duct injury were divided into 5 types according to Bismuth typing, including: type I 9 cases, type II 12 cases, type III 4 cases, type IV 3 cases, type V 3 cases. After median follow-up of 48 months, 30 (97%) patients are alive and 29 (94%) remain in good general condition with normal liver function. One patient died from acute obstructive suppurative cholangitis (AOSC). One patient appeared to have pain under the xiphoid that was resolved after 3 months. Recurrent strictures following repair have developed in two (6%) patients with high injuries combined with right hepatic arterial injury. Appropriate surgical indications, handling Calot triangle carefully and correctly, and conversion to open surgery at the right moment are the keys of prevention and treatment of bile duct injury during LC.
Hot Roller Embossing for the Creation of Microfluidic Devices
Sum Huan Ng,Zhenfeng Wang
Computer Science , 2008,
Abstract: We report on the hot roller embossing of polymer sheets for the creation of microfluidic structures. Measurements conducted on 100 $\mu$m features showed that the lateral dimensions could be replicated to within 2% tolerance, while over 85% of mould depth was embossed. Feature sizes down to 50 $\mu$m and feature depths up to 30 $\mu$m had been achieved. At lower temperatures, asymmetric pile up of polymer material outside embossed regions was observed with higher pile up occurring on the trailing side of the embossed regions.
Existence and Nonexistence of Global Solutions of a Fully Nonlinear Parabolic Equation  [PDF]
Zhihao Ge
Advances in Pure Mathematics (APM) , 2013, DOI: 10.4236/apm.2013.31004
Abstract: In the paper, we study the global existence of weak solution of the fully nonlinear parabolic problem (1.1)-(1.3) with nonlinear boundary conditions for the situation without strong absorption terms. Also, we consider the blow up of global solution of the problem (1.1)-(1.3) by using the convexity method.
Research on Serving the Development of Regional Economy Innovation by Intellectual Properties in Universities  [PDF]
Ge Li
Open Journal of Social Sciences (JSS) , 2014, DOI: 10.4236/jss.2014.23005
Abstract:

At present, a sound intellectual property management and service system have not been established yet in Chinese colleges and universities. Meanwhile, the lost of existing intellectual property in universities due to small amount, low conversion rate, low technology content and weak brand awareness, hinders the positive effect of intellectual property and affects its transformation and application in China. This article introduces the current problems with intellectual property in universities and gives some countermeasures to promote the use of intellectual property in universities for a better regional economic service.

The Property of a Special Type of Exponential Spline Function  [PDF]
Ge Yang
Advances in Pure Mathematics (APM) , 2015, DOI: 10.4236/apm.2015.513074
Abstract: Approximation theory experienced a long term history. Since 50’ last century, the rise of spline function as well as the advance of calculation promotes the growth of classical approximation theory and makes them develop a profound theory in maths, and application values have shown among the field of scientific calculation and engineering technology and etc. At present, the study of spline function had made a great progress and had a lot of fruits, as for that, the reader could look up the book [1] or [2]. Nevertheless, the research staff pays less attention to exponential spline function, since polynomial spline function is a special case of that, so it is much essential and meaningful for one to explore the nature of exponential spline function.

Fengna Ge
Theoretical Economics Letters (TEL) , 2016, DOI: 10.4236/tel.2016.63065
Abstract: Central economical zone is an important part of China’s regional economy. As a new growth pole, it will have a programmatic guidance to the reconstruction of the regional economy territory. Its development will have a significant positive impact on our country. To grasp opportunities and develop, we must start from the reality of the province and develop e-commerce, making it become the new economic growth point. This article utilizes the SWOT analysis and combines internal and external environment of electronic commerce, pointing out opportunities and threats that Henan face when developing electronic commerce.
