The Relationship between Employee Psychological Capital and Change-Supportive Behavior—Mediating Effect of Cognitive of Change  [PDF]

Abstract: For the transition period of Chinese enterprises, change has become an important part of corporate life, and employees’ support for change is the key to successful business change. Psychological capital, as a core positive psychological element of employee, plays an important role in organizational change. Drawing upon the existing literature and using a sample of employees, this study investigated the relationship of employee psychological capital, cognitive of change, and change-supportive behavior. Results revealed that employee psychological capital was positively related to change-supportive behavior, with this relationship mediated by cognitive of change.

Abstract: This paper considers the long-time behavior for a system of coupled wave equations of higher-order Kirchhoff type with strong damping terms. Using the Hadamard graph transformation method, we obtain the existence of the inertial manifold while such equations satisfy the spectral interval condition.

Abstract: 分别在普通的低阻硅衬底、带有3μm厚氧化硅介质层的低阻硅衬底和高阻硅衬底上设计并制备了微波传输共面波导.结果表明,低阻硅衬底导致过高的微波损耗从而不能使用,通过加氧化硅介质层,微波损耗可以大大减少,但是需要较厚的氧化硅厚度.直接制备在高阻硅衬底上的共面波导在所测试的26GHz的频率范围内获得低于2dB/cm的微波损耗,而且工艺十分简单.

Abstract: A new method for fabricating electroabsorption modulator integrated with a distributed feedback laser (EML) was proposed. With the method we fabricated a selective area growth double stack active layer EML (SAG-DSAL-EML). Through comparing with other fabrication methods of EMLs, the characters and the merits of the new method presented in this paper were discussed.

Abstract: We report a wavelength tunable electro-absorption modulated DBR laser based on a combined method of SAG and QWI.The threshold current is 37mA and the output power at 100mA gain current is 3.5mW.When coupled to a single-mode fiber with a coupling efficiency of 15%,more than a 20dB extinction ratio is observed over the change of EAM bias from 0 to -2V.The 4.4nm continuous wavelength tuning range covers 6 channels on a 100GHz grid for WDM telecommunications.

Abstract: This paper reports on the design,fabrication,and performance of an integrated electro-absorptive modulated laser based on butt-joint configuration for 10Gbit/s application.This paper mainly aims at two aspects.One is to improve the optical coupling between the laser and modulator;another is to increase the bandwidth of such devices by reducing the capacitance parameter of the modulator.The integrated devices exhibit high static and dynamic characteristics. Typical threshold current is 15mA,with some value as low as 8mA.Output power at 100mA is more than 10mW.The extinction characteristics,modulation bandwidth,and electrical return loss are measured.3dB bandwidth more than 10GHz is monitored.
A 3D Target Imaging Algorithm Based on Two-Pass Circular SAR Observations

Abstract: In circular synthetic aperture radar (CSAR), the radar collects data over a circular not a linear trajectory. The two-dimensional (2D) CSAR image also contains three-dimensional (3D) information about the target. In this paper, we propose an imaging algorithm for 3D target reconstruction with two-pass CSAR observations so as to overcome the problem of limited azimuthal persistence for real anisotropic targets, and avoid the assumption that target falls into the same resolution cell for each elevation pass when multi-pass observations are used. In the algorithm, the first step is to divide both of the two full-aperture CSAR data into subapertures in the same way; the second step is to obtain, for each subaperture, the height of target according to the established relationship between the pixel displacements in the image pair of two observations on the same focal plane and the pixel displacements in the image pair of one observation on two different focal planes; the third step is to obtain the 3D target coordinates based on the retrieved height information and the 2D image coordinates; the last step is to get the final 3D image by combining the obtained 3D images of all subapertures. The results of point target simulation indicate that the 3D information (both amplitudes and positions) are well reconstructed. At the same time, the processing results of backhoe data simulated by the Xpatch software show that the outline of the 3D structure is also well reconstructed although the available data corresponding to the depressing angles are not as good as expected.
