Anti-control of chaos in p--Ge photoconductor

Abstract: We present a scheme for the anti-control of chaos in the p--Ge photoconductor system by using a chaotic laser to irradiate and disturb this system. The numerical simulations show that this scheme can be effectively used to control periodic states in this p--Ge system into chaotic states. Moreover, the different chaos states with different chaotic orbits can be obtained by appropriately adjusting the disturbance intensity and disturbance frequency, and by increasing this intensity or reducing this frequency, this p--Ge system gradually evolves to fully developed chaotic states.

Abstract: With the urban mass transit operating, due to the impact of natural and human factors, track to earth insulation defect will occur. Keeping track to earth resistance is an effective method of preventing stray current. When track to earth insulation defect occurs, the track to earth potential of the point will be nearly changed to zero. We present the track to earth insulation defect fault location method based on the feature. And the method was simulated and analyzed, the results show the fault location method is effective.

Improved model predictive control in current source converter

Abstract: In traditional model predictive control(MPC),non-parameter model based on pulse response is usually adopted as predictive control model,which results in complex computation,so this method is difficult to implement directly in realtime control system.Improved MPC was proposed and applied to power factor correction system of current source converter(CSC).In the proposed MPC,the first-order differential equations were derived from the transfer functions of controlling variables and controlled variables in CSC,and the equations were used as predictive control model.Meanwhile,the merits of feedback correction and dynamic optimization in traditional MPC were reserved in the new MPC.The proposed MPC gets better robustness and faster dynamic characteristics than the traditional PID control when used in the CSC power factor correction system.

Abstract: Pectin lyases from Aspergillus oryzae and Aspergillus niger are usually used for the production of traditional fermented foods, but these fungi produce less pectinases under natural conditions. The cDNA coding mature Pell (without signal peptide) was amplified from Aspergillus oryzae by RT-PCR. Pell cDNA was cloned into pET-28a ( + ) expression vector, then was transformed into E. coli Turner (DE3) plac I cells to express Pell with 6-His tag. For improving the efficiency of Pell expression in E. coli, the conditions of expressing the Pell in E. coli were optimized. E. coli Turner (DE3) plac I cells with pET-28a ( + )-pell was first cultivated at 37 degrees C, 220 r/min until OD600 reached about 0.8. Then, cultivation broth was added with 0.05-0.1 mmol/L IPTG and continuously incubated at 15 degrees C, at 170 r/min for 60 h for expressing of Pell. The recombinant expressed Pell activity could reach 400 u/mL medium, which is 4000-fold of Pell produced naturally by A. oryzae and superior than known recombinant amount of pectin lyases expressed in different fungi expression systems.
Performance of MLC/PDL with Convolutional Codes as Component Codes under a New Distance Metric

Abstract: A new distance metric for MLC/PDL (MultiLevel Coding/ Parallel Decoding of Levels) with MQAM constellation is proved to be applicable when punctured convolutional code is used as component code over Rayleigh fading channel. The efficiency has been demonstrated by detailed simulation results. The performance comparison between punctured convolutional code and block code under the same condition is also given.

Abstract: 摘要 目的:观察骨桥蛋白(OPN),骨涎蛋白(BSP),骨钙蛋白(OCN)在大鼠骨皮质切开术辅助正畸牙移动过程中的表达情况。方法:选取健康雄性Wistar大鼠65只,60只大鼠随机分成3组:组Ⅰ:选择性骨皮质切开术;组Ⅱ:传统的牙齿移动;组Ⅲ:混合组,剩余5只作为空白对照组(不作任何处理)。用镍钛螺旋拉簧施加约60 g力近中移动上颌实验侧第一磨牙,在第一磨牙颊腭侧行骨皮质打孔术式,分别在加载第7、14、21、28、42天颈椎脱臼处死取材,进行SYBR Green实时荧光定量PCR技术,对Ct值进行分析。结果:混合组中的成骨细胞相关细胞因子:OPN(骨桥蛋白),Bone sialoprotein(BSP骨涎蛋白),Osteocalcin(OCN骨钙蛋白)的表达早期增加暗示了同化合成反应的增加。结论:正畸牙齿移动初期骨皮质切开术加速了牙齿移动,改变了早期骨代谢状态,成骨活跃,支持区域性骨代谢加速学说
