Formal Financial Credit Constraints and Solutions for Entrepreneurial Farmers  [PDF]

With the deepening of China’s economic reforms, in the process of gradual diversification of farmers’ incomes, the income growth brought by farmers’ entrepreneurship plays an important role in increasing farmers’ income. The importance of formal financial support for entrepreneurial farmers is self-evident. However, due to various factors between entrepreneurial farmers and formal financial institutions, the supply and the demand of formal financial credits of entrepreneurial farmers are unbalanced. This paper firstly analyzes the formation of formal financial credit constraints of entrepreneurial farmers by combining the current situation of supply and demand of formal financial credits of entrepreneurial farmers, and then proposes countermeasures to alleviate the formal financial credit constraints of entrepreneurial farmers.
Crystallization and Characterization of a New Fluorescent Molecule Based on Schiff Base  [PDF]

In this analysis, the single crystal of schiff base has been synthesized and the purity of material has been increased by repeated recrystallization process. Single crystal was grown by adopting the method growing in a slow evaporation solution using ethanol as solvent at room temperature. A new fluorescent molecule based on Schiff base has been synthesised and its binding properties investigated by fluorescence spectroscopy to show that it can selectively bind Cu2+ with fluorescence quenching.

Abstract: Attribute reduction is one of the most important problems in rough set theory. This paper introduces the concept of lower approximation reduction in ordered information systems with fuzzy decision. Moreover, the judgment theorem and discernable matrix are obtained, in which case an approach to attribute reduction in ordered information system with fuzzy decision is constructed. Rough Computational Approach to UAR based on Dominance Matrix in IOIS  [PDF]

Abstract: Rough set theory is a new mathematical tool to deal with vagueness and uncertainty. The classical rough set theory based on equivalence relation has made a great progress, while the equivalence relation is too harsh to meet and is extended to dominance relation in real world. It is important to investigate rough computational methods for rough set theory, which is one of the bottleneck problems in the development of rough set theory. In this article, rough computational approach to upper ap-proximation reduction (UAR) is discussed based on dominance matrix in inconsistent ordered information systems (IOIS). The algorithm of upper approximation reduction is obtained, from which we can provide approach to upper approximation reduction operated simply in inconsistent systems based on dominance relations. Finally, an example illustrates the validity of this method, and shows the method is excellent to a complicated information system.

Abstract: It is well known that most of information systems are based on tolerance relation instead of the classical equivalence relation because of various factors in real-world. To acquire brief decision rules from the information systems, lower approximation reduction is needed. In this paper, the lower approximation reduction is proposed in inconsistent information systems based on tolerance relation. Moreover, the properties are discussed. Furthermore, judgment theorem and discernibility matrix are obtained, from which an approach to lower reductions can be provided in the complicated information systems.

Threshold strategy to improve the images reconstructed by electrical impedance tomography  [PDF]

Because of the illposedness of soft field, the quality of EIT images is not satisfied as expected. This paper puts forward a threshold strategy to decrease the artifacts in the reconstructed images by modifying the solutions of inverse problem. Threshold strategy is a kind of post processing method with merits of easy, direct and efficient. Reconstructed by Gauss-Newton algorithm, the simulation image’s quality is improved evidently. We take two performance targets, image reconstruction error and correlation coefficient, to evaluate the improvement. The images and the data show that threshold strategy is effective and achievable.

Abstract: The title compound, C19H13ClF2N2O3, was prepared by the reaction of (Z)-ethyl 3-amino-3-(4-chlorophenyl)-2-cyanoacrylate and 2,6-difluorobenzoyl chloride. The dihedral angle between the chlorobenzene and fluorobenzene rings is 37.0 (1)°. The ethyl group is disordered over two positions [occupancies = 0.52 (2):0.48 (2)]. In addition to intramolecular N—H...O and N—H...F hydrogen bonds, the crystal packing shows the molecules to be connected by intermolecular C—H...O and C—H...N hydrogen bonds.
On Granularity in Information Systems Based on Binary Relation  [PDF]

Abstract: In this paper, some important issues of granularity are discussed mainly in information systems (ISs) based on binary relation. Firstly, the vector representation method of knowledge granules is proposed in an infor-mation system based on binary relation to eliminate limitations of set representation method. Secondly, operators among knowledge granularity are introduced and some important properties of them are studied carefully. Thirdly, distance between two knowledge granules is established and granular space is constructed based on it. Fourthly, axiomatic definition of knowledge granularity is investigated, and one can find that some existed knowledge granularities are special cases under the definition. In addition, as an application of knowledge granular space, an example is employed to validate some results in our work.
Ranking for Objects and Attribute Reductions in Intuitionistic Fuzzy Ordered Information Systems

Abstract: We aim to investigate intuitionistic fuzzy ordered information systems. The concept of intuitionistic fuzzy ordered information systems is proposed firstly by introducing an intuitionistic fuzzy relation to ordered information systems. And a ranking approach for all objects is constructed in this system. In order to simplify knowledge representation, it is necessary to reduce some dispensable attributes in the system. Theories of rough set are investigated in intuitionistic fuzzy ordered information systems by defining two approximation operators. Moreover, judgement theorems and methods of attribute reduction are discussed based on discernibility matrix in the systems, and an illustrative example is employed to show its validity. These results will be helpful for decisionmaking analysis in intuitionistic fuzzy ordered information systems.

Abstract: Nash games and Stackelberg games play crucial roles in game theory community. In this note, we consider the Nash games and Stackelberg games (leader-follower games) again. Based on game theory model, we point out that an equilibrium of Stackelberg games has not close relation with an equilibrium of Nash games, in which we compare the Stackelberg game with Nash game under the same condition.
