Thinking of Personnel Training Mode to Enhance the Employment Competence of Civil Engineering  [PDF]
Ping Zhu, Lei Zhang
Creative Education (CE) , 2012, DOI: 10.4236/ce.2012.37B040
Abstract:

In this article, with the goal of improving civil engineering students’ employability and establishing the \"five-in-one\" application-oriented talents cultivation mode of civil engineering specialty, We do the research primarily from professional practice in education, career planning, job skills training, alumni resources construction and enterprise feedback, in research at home and abroad on the basis of successful experience and practice, combined with the current civil engineering students in our actual situation, existing advantages into full play and accumulate, and put forward the \"five-in-one\" new training mode.

Intrinsic nanoscale phase separation in miscible mixtures and supramolecular assemblies
Lei Zhang
AIP Advances , 2011, DOI: 10.1063/1.3672050
Abstract: A model is used to describe the intrinsic nanoscale phase separation in miscible mixtures and supramolecular assemblies. Phase-separated nanostructures related to size-dependent surface tension, molecular structural factors and strong interphase interactions exist in miscible mixtures and supramolecular assemblies. The intrinsic nanoscale phase separation may exist universally in miscible mixtures.
The Choice of China’s Housing Policy with the Idea of Harmonious Development
Lei Zhang
International Journal of Business and Management , 2010, DOI: 10.5539/ijbm.v5n5p97
Abstract: In modern urban society, house has become rare resource. Under space of city limited, house resource in short situation, its distribution inevitably causes a variety of social conflict and inequitable problems. There are three housing problems closely linked with urbanization course, as the ubiquitous economic social concern of countries all over the world. First, the shortage of the quantity of the house. Second, the quality of the house does not fulfill requirements. Third, the polarization on the house distribution. China is in the experimental period of the housing system reform at present, and faces the severe social pressure. So it is vital to set up and perfect the housing policy after canceling welfare-oriented public housing distribution system. This will do great help for narrowing the urbanite housing stratification and realizing the harmonious development idea.
Urbanites’ Life Satisfaction Research in China: A Case Study of Quality of Life in Eight Cities
Lei Zhang
Asian Social Science , 2010, DOI: 10.5539/ass.v6n5p19
Abstract: In this paper results were reported of an accidental sampling survey of more than 1600 respondents from eight typical cities representing different developmental levels in China. The main aim of this survey was to measure respondents’ assessment of the life satisfaction, which reflected part of the people’s quality of life as a whole in China. Generally speaking, the evaluations were quite favorable. Most of the respondents owned high assessments for their life satisfaction as a whole. Life satisfaction had district variance. People from different cities had dissimilar evaluations. But the difference was not caused by developmental levels. The relevant statistical analysis also indicated some individual characteristics (such as income) had influence on residents’ satisfaction with QOL, while some others (such as gender, age, education and marriage) had no significant influence. As far as the specific domains were concerned, health, working status and family life were the most important factors.
Study on the Satisfaction of the Relationship between Teachers and Students under the Impact of Double Factors in Universities--a case study of empirical survey among the students of seven universities in China
Lei Zhang
International Journal of Psychological Studies , 2010, DOI: 10.5539/ijps.v2n1p116
Abstract: Relationship between teachers and students in universities is the basis for all activities in education sector, and is to guarantee the smooth operation of the educational system. Any attention paid to the integrity of education is inseparable from the examination of the relationship between teachers and students. Although the empirical studies have indicated that the overall relationship between teachers and students of universities in China was still relatively satisfactory, and a host of issues exposed there still should not be ignored. Interaction between institutional factors and individual factors formed a natural portrayal of the relationship between teachers and students in universities.
The van der Waals force and gravitational force in matter
Lei Zhang
Physics , 2013,
Abstract: It was thought that the van der Waals force and gravitational force were distinct. Now a model is used to describe the attraction between macroscopic objects according to van der Waals interaction. The force between two objects with thermal equilibrium deviates from the law of universal gravitation slightly, and the gravity on the earth is explained approximately. We argue that the gravitational force is the van der Waals force actually. In other words, the gravitational force and mass are related to the quantum fluctuations of electron clouds in atoms, and these parameters are dictated by dielectric susceptibility.
Surfaces with $p_g = 0$, $K^2 = 5$ and bicanonical maps of degree 4
Lei Zhang
Mathematics , 2010,
Abstract: Let $S$ be a minimal surface of general type with $p_g(S) = 0, K_S^2 = 5$ and bicanonical map of degree 4. Denote by $\Sigma$ the bicanonical image. If $\Sigma$ is smooth, then $S$ is a Burniat surface; and if $\Sigma$ is singular, then we reduced $\Sigma$ to one case and described it, furthermore $S$ has at most one $(-2)$-curve.
Surfaces with $p_g = q= 1$, $K^2 = 7$ and non-birational bicanonical mpas
Lei Zhang
Mathematics , 2010, DOI: 10.1007/s10711-014-9990-2.
Abstract: Let $S$ be a minimal surface of general type with $p_g = q = 1, K_S^2 = 7$. We prove that the degree of the bicanonical map is 1 or 2. Furthermore, if the degree is 2, we describe $S$ by a double cover.
A note on the linear systems on the projective bundles over Abelian varieties
Lei Zhang
Mathematics , 2012,
Abstract: It is well known that for an ample line bundle $L$ on an Abelian variety $A$, the linear system |2L| is base point free, and 3L is very ample, moreover the map defined by the linear system |2L| is well understood. In this paper we generalized this classical result and give a new proof using the theory CGG developed by Pareschi and Popa.
The homotopy sequence of the algebraic fundamental group
Lei Zhang
Mathematics , 2012,
Abstract: In this note, we prove that the homotopy sequence of the algebraic fundamental group is exact if the base field is of characteristic 0.
