Zeineb Touati
SociologieS , 2012,
The employment of North African women in France: specificities and brakes. The case of NormandyThis contribution deals with the employment situation of North African women immigrants in Normandy and their specific work and career development. In the first part, we present the specifics of women immigrant work of and the consequences of the migration which is an opportunity for some of them whereas it may be a source of difficulties for others. We focus on the importance of factors such as education, diploma, origin and the context in which arrives and evolves the immigrant woman. We also show that the feminization of migration from North Africa and the gradual entry of these women in the labor market in France are gradually changing images and representations conveyed on the North African immigrant women in France.

Verbalization and Learning in Handball  [PDF]
Zeineb Zerai
Advances in Physical Education (APE) , 2018, DOI: 10.4236/ape.2018.81002
Abstract: The purpose of this study is to describe the effects of verbalization on the learning process. The methodology adopted consisted of recording the debate of ideas?among?Tunisian students after each learning situation during a complete Handballcycle. An analysis of content and discourse was carried out. Increasing the locational relevance of knowledge has played a key role in interactions, becoming a source of conflict/negotiation and even progress. Understanding, analyzing and interpreting the phenomena that occur during game play are essential to the development of effective action useful in the upcoming “rapport de forces”.
How to Evaluate Interactions during a Debate of Ideas  [PDF]
Zeineb Zerai, Rim Mekni
Creative Education (CE) , 2017, DOI: 10.4236/ce.2017.84042
Abstract: The idea of a debate of ideas is part of an innovative conception of the teaching/learning system at school, in which knowledge is developed with the help of peers and the teacher. The debate of ideas first appears as a situation of verbalization about action intended to make aware of the task to be carried out and the instructions that characterize it. To evaluate its effects, we will take data from the experimentation of Zerai (2009) and give us a triangulation between the result and the score of the encounters, quantitative data (balls played, balls conquered, etc.) and a qualitative data: the roadmap. We will try to test the contributions of peer interactions. The methodology used was to observe and retrieve data on a group of Tunisian second-year girls from Thala Secondary High School in a handball cycle. In this group of twenty girls, we organized four sub-groups to form the teams. The chosen triangulation allows an indirect measure of the effectiveness of the debate of ideas. The performance of the team (the ratio of shots to the number of goals) appears very quickly as a trigger for concertation between the players. The observation made collectively on the losses of the ball will also, very quickly generate reactions. The roadmap relies more on the planned strategy and the changes of roles within the team that it implies. In conclusion, comparing the selected indicators provides a realistic way of assessing the adequacy between interactions and progress in the game. This type of work emphasizes the time needed to succeed. One of the achievements of the research in didactics of collective sports at school is that the learning of a game can not be conceived without an important practice. For pupils, a real learning in collective sports games lies, in situations of problem gambling, to observe, to extract, to evaluate the information more and more relevant to reduce the time of analysis, and thus of decision to act on the opposition reports.
Line Shapes in the Magnetized Plasmas  [PDF]
Kamel Touati-Ahmed Touati, Mohammed-Tayeb Meftah
Journal of Modern Physics (JMP) , 2012, DOI: 10.4236/jmp.2012.39123
Abstract: Till now, the most studies of Lyman alpha line are concerned only by the Stark effect. In our knowledge few investigations are developed for the plasmas subjected to a magnetic field. In this paper we present the combined effect, Stark-Zeeman, on the spectral line shape. The dynamic effects due to the time fluctuation of the electric microfield and the radiation polarization are also taken into account.
Is the House Price Movement Explaining the Pattern of Consumption: The Case of U.K.?
Zeineb Naggara,Makram Bellalah
International Journal of Academic Research in Business and Social Sciences , 2013,
Abstract: The purpose of this paper was to investigate whether the historical perspective of house price movements could help to explain the recent pattern of consumption in the UK. In addition to this, tests of this study evaluated how strong the correlation between those variables within a specific period of time could be. This paper also attempted to investigate to which extent the current crisis, well-known as the subprime market crash, could affect future expectations about house prices and consumer habits, considering the following three housing market hypotheses: 1) a wealth effect (Muellbauer & Murphy, 1990): an expected increase in house prices raises the desired level of expenditure; 2) the lower credit constraints, the higher consumption (King & Pagano, 1990); and 3) common causality model: factors such as changes in expected income growth, tax changes or changes in credit market conditions lead to increases in both household expenditure and house prices. Our findings about the coincidence of house prices and consumption during the last two decades had corroborated the hypothesis that an increase in house prices movements could help to explain the followed pattern of consumption.
New Design Approach for High-Performance BiCMOS Amplifiers for Fiber-Optic Receivers
Farid Touati
Asian Journal of Information Technology , 2012,
Abstract: High gain, wide bandwidth, low noise, and low-power transimpedance amplifiers based on new BiCMOS common-base topologies have been designed for fiber-optic receivers. In particular a design approach, hereafter called "total-FET approach", added a new dimension to effectively optimize performance tradeoffs inherent in such circuits. Using conventional silicon 0.8?m process parameters, simulated performance features of a total-FET transimpedance amplifier operating at 7.2 GHz, which is close to the technology fT of 12 GHz, are presented. The results are superior to those of similar recent designs and comparable to IC designs using GaAs technology. A detailed analysis of the design architecture, including a discussion on the effects of moving toward more FET-based designs is presented. To the author update, this is the first report on transimpedance amplifier, combining as such features and using 0.8?m-BiCMOS technology.
High-Performance CMOS and BiCMOS Transimpedance Preamplifiers for Optical Communications
Farid Touati
Asian Journal of Information Technology , 2012,
Abstract: Common-base and common-gate transimpedance preamplifiers for p-i-n photodiode receiver circuits have been widely used. In this paper, we explore the design of high-performance optical transimpedance preamplifiers based on new submicron common-base and common-gate configurations. It is shown how the new design allows the efficient employment of circuit techniques to optimize performance tradeoffs inherent in such circuits. Simulated results of 7.5 GHz silicon BiCMOS common-base and 3.7 GHz CMOS common-gate input optical transimpedance preamplifiers are presented. These results are better when compared to those of similar recent designs. The new design performance approaches that of IC designs using GaAs technologies.
L'Arbre du Prophète. Prophétisme, ancestralité et politique au Maghreb
Houari Touati
Ibn Ab Mahall is, without any doubt, the most important prophetic figure the Maghrib has known since Ibn T mart. Historians have been principally interested in Ibn Ab Mahall 's political actions and, only secondly, in his many writings. Therefore, an analysis of this fiery Saharian scholar's doctrinal system which he developed in order to justify his actions as mahdi, largely remains to be done. The present article contributes, in particular, towards unraveling the genealogical intricacies.
