Abstract: 采用市场价值法、替代工程法和影子价格法,对江苏省典型的种植模式——稻麦轮作农田生态系统的包括农产品生产、大气调节、涵养水分和蓄积洪水、营养物质循环以及保持土壤等主要的生态服务功能价值进行评估分析。结果表明,当前单位面积稻麦轮作农田生态系统服务功能所提供的年平均价值为45 998.08元·hm-2·a-1,其中对环境的调节功能价值为26 458.86元·hm-2·a-1,是直接服务功能农产品生产价值的1.35倍。稻麦农田生态系统每投入1元成本,将会产生3.58元的环境效益。在稻麦轮作农田生态系统环境调节功能中,对大气的调节功能占主体,占总环境调节功能价值的62.20%。政府部门在进行土地利用决策时,应将农田生态系统的环境调节功能重点加以考虑。

Abstract: The effect of different application doses of hyacinth on the dynamic of soil available NPK, wheat seedling emergence rate, yield and its components were studied. The results show no obvious effect of hyacinth on wheat seedling emergence rate when applied at less than 8.1 kg·m-2. However, when it is applied at higher than 8.1 kg·m-2, wheat seedling emergence rate significantly decreases. Due to high tiller number and grain number per spike, treatment at 13.5 kg·hm-2 has no significant difference in grain yield from that of normal chemical fertilization treatment. There is also no significant difference in soil available N among the treatments during the entire growth period, except for the seedling stage. Soil available P and K increase with increasing dose of hyacinth. The findings suggest that hyacinth promotes both NPK absorption in stem and protein content in grain of wheat. Hence hyacinth is a potential high quality organic fertilizer. Its use increases soil NPK and organic matter content, while reducing the application of N by 141.75 kg·hm-2, P by 36~45 kg·hm-2, and K by 100%. Its optimum application dose is therefore in the range of 10.8~13.5 kg·hm-2.

Abstract: 以粳稻品种运2645为供试材料,设计农田施用水葫芦(将晒干水葫芦按4500 kg·hm-2农田施用)、不施用水葫芦处理和施N量为120  kg·hm-2(LN)、 240  kg·hm-2 (NN)处理,研究其对水稻不同生育时期N素含量、N素吸收、N素分配和N素利用效率的影响.结果表明: ①农田施用水葫芦使水稻不同生育时期植株含N率显著提高;使各生育时期吸N量显著提高,吸N量从够苗到抽穗期增加幅度明显增大,抽穗到成熟期增加幅度略有降低;②农田施用水葫芦对水稻N素在茎鞘和叶片中分配比例无明显影响,使N素在穗中分配比例明显降低;③除够苗期外,农田施用水葫芦使水稻不同生育时期N素干物质生产效率极显著降低,使N素籽粒效率显著降低,但对N素收获指数无显著影响;④增施N肥,使水稻不同生育时期的植株N素含量和吸N量多得到显著或极显著增加,使N素干物质生产效率和N素籽粒生产效率多明显下降;⑤水葫芦-N对稻株N素吸收利用多无显著互作效应;农田施用水葫芦使水稻植株含N率、N素吸收量显著提高,使N素干物质生产效率和N素籽粒效率多显著降低.

Abstract: Methane (CH4) and nitrous oxide (N2O) are tow potent greenhouse gases (GHGs) that have contributed to global warming. The emissions of these gases from rice paddies have been affected by several factors, including climate, soil property, water regime, fertilizers, etc. Although research has focused on CH4 and N2O emissions in rice paddies under various agro-management systems, little has been available on CH4 and N2O emissions from rice paddies under different paddy-upland crop rotation systems. To that end, a field experiment was conducted in the 2011 rice growth season to benefit scientific evaluation of GHG emissions and provide scientific strategies for developing rational measures to reduce GHGs emissions in paddy fields across China. Using static chamber/gas chromatographic techniques, the field experiment was conducted in Suzhou, Jiangsu Province simultaneously measured CH4 and N2O emissions under five paddy-upland crop rotation systems. The five systems included fallow-rice (control, CK), Chinese milk vetch-rice (T1), ryegrass-rice (T2), winter wheat-rice (T3) and rape-rice (T4). The results showed characteristics seasonal variations in CH4 emission under different paddy-upland crop rotation systems during rice growth season. Although CH4 emission initially increased, it eventually declined in the course of the rice growth season. Peak CH4 flux was during the early stage of rice growth. CH4 cumulative emission from transplanting to the critical stage of productive tillering accounted for 65%~81% of the total emission during the rice growth season. Peak N2O flux was only observed during midseason drainage period. Total CH4 and N2O emissions during the rice growth season were significantly influenced by paddy-upland crop rotation systems (P < 0.01). Total CH4 emission under different paddy-upland crop rotation systems was in following order: T1 (283.2 kg·hm 2) > CK (139.5 kg·hm2) > T3 (123.4 kg·hm2) > T4 (114.7 kg·hm2) > T2 (100.8 kg·hm2). Total N2O emission was in order of: T1 > T4 > T3 > T2 > CK, with respective means of 1.06 kg·hm2, 0.87 kg·hm2, 0.81 kg·hm2, 0.72 kg·hm2 and 0.53 kg·hm 2. Combined global warming potential (GWP) of CH4 and N2O under T1 was 7 396 kg(CO2)·hm2, significantly higher than CK, T2, T3 or T4. Compared with CK 3 646 kg(CO2)·hm2], T1 increased GWP by 103% while that of T2 2 735 kg(CO2)·hm2] decreased by 25%. The pilot study suggested that Chinese milk vetch-rice rotation intensified greenhouse effects during rice growth season in the Taihu Lake Region.

Abstract: 以江苏省农业科学院太湖雪堰、南京和滇池白山湾的试验点内种养的凤眼莲为研究材料, 在相同种养时间内, 统一测定不同地区植株的株高和干重的变化及不同叶位光合参数和光合功能叶片的光合-光响应曲线等, 以期阐明不同生态区凤眼莲株型特征形成的生态生理机制, 并为不同地区人工放养凤眼莲的高产栽培提供理论参考和技术支持。结果表明: (1)不同地区种养的凤眼莲株型有较大差异, 滇池的为短地上部分和长根的株型, 其茎叶长/根长为0.4±0.1; 南京的为中等长度的地上部分和短根的株型, 其茎叶长/根长为7.1±0.3;太湖的为长地上部分和中等根长的株型, 其茎叶长/根长为2.0±0.2。(2)形态有差异的不同地区凤眼莲植株的光合表现存在差异, 与南京和滇池地区的相比, 太湖凤眼莲不同叶位的净光合速率(Pn) 最高(25.9~35.3μmol·m-2·s-1); 相关性分析表明, 南京凤眼莲的Pn 与其相对湿度呈极显著负相关(r=-0.831**, n=6), 滇池凤眼莲的Pn 与气孔导度呈显著正相关(r=0.769*, n=6), 太湖凤眼莲的相对湿度与叶片蒸腾速率呈显著负相关(r=-0.818*, n=6)。可见影响不同地区Pn 的外界因子有差异, 但除外界光强外, 相对湿度也是影响其Pn 高低的重要生态因子。(3)不同生态地区形态有差异的植株已形成了相应的光合潜力, 生长能力最强的太湖地区植株,光合能力也最强, Pmax 最大(36.29±1.21 μmol·m-2·s-1)且光饱和点最高(LSP, 2 350.0±69.0 μmol·m-2·s-1); 相关性分析进一步表明, 株高和光补偿点(LCP)以及茎叶长度与光饱和点均呈显著正相关, 相关系数分别为r=0.998*、r=0.997*(n=10)。本研究可为不同地区利用凤眼莲净化富营养水域的高产栽培提供参考。
Effective Training Data Improved Ensemble Approaches for Urinalysis Model

Abstract: Urinalysis remains one of the most commonly performed tests in clinical practice. Laboratory work can be greatly relieved by automated analyzing techniques. However, noisy and imbalanced urine samples make automatically identifying and classifying urine-related diseases become very difficult. This paper proposed hybrid sampling-based ensemble learning strategies by improving training data and classification performance. Having compared the effectiveness of several learning classifiers and data processing techniques, the experiments showed that the suggesting methods provided better classification accuracy than other approaches.

Abstract: According to China’s panel data between 2002 and 2016, the present thesis first analyzed the overall effects and time effects of urbanization on wage disparity, net operating income disparity, net property income gap, and net transferred income disparity between urban and rural residents, and then analyzed the overall effects and time effects of each income disparity on the total income gap between urban and rural residents. In general, the impact of urbanization on urban-rural income disparity was studied from the perspective of income sources. The results show that urbanization bridges the income gap between urban and rural areas, with an inverted U-shaped structure which increases first and then narrows, from the income sources perspective. So, the targeted and operational policy recommendations are proposed.

Abstract: A new method of detecting Hg (II) ion with silver nanoparticles (AgNPs) is developed in this contribution. When Hg (II) ions were added into AgNPs solution, the solution displayed rapid color change and blue shift of the maximum absorption wavelength (Δ), which was in proportion to the Hg (II) ion concentration over the range of 2.0 × 10−7–6.0 × 10−6 mol/L, with detection limit (3σ) of 6.6 × 10−9 mol/L. Under the same experimental conditions, other metal ions did not interfere. Thus, we propose a rapid, simple and highly selective method for detecting Hg (II) ion.

HAb18G/CD147 cell-cell contacts confer resistance of a HEK293 subpopulation to anoikis in an E-cadherin-dependent manner

Abstract: An anoikis-resistant clone (HEK293ar), derived from anoikis-sensitive parental Human Embryonic Kidney 293 cells, survived anoikis by the formation of cell-cell contacts. The expression of HAb18G/CD147 (a member of the CD147 family) was upregulated and the protein was located at cell-cell junctions. Upregulation of HAb18G/CD147 in suspended HEK293ar cells suppressed anoikis by mediating the formation of cell-cell adhesions. Anoikis resistance in HEK293ar cells also required E-cadherin-mediated cell-cell contacts. Knock-down of HAb18G/CD147 and E-cadherin inhibited cell-cell contacts formation and increased anoikis sensitivity respectively. When HAb18G/CD147 was downregulated, E-cadherin expression in HEK293ar cells was significantly suppressed; however, knockdown of E-cadherin by E-cadherin siRNA or blocking of E-cadherin binding activity with a specific antibody and EDTA had no significant effect on HAb18G/CD147 expression. Finally, pretreatment with LY294002, a phosphoinositide 3-kinase (PI3K/AKT) inhibitor, disrupted cell-cell contacts and decreased cell number, but this was not the case in cells treated with the extracellular signal-regulated kinase (ERK) inhibitor PD98059.Our results provide new evidence that HAb18G/CD147-mediated cell-cell contact confers anoikis resistance in an E-cadherin-dependent manner; and cell-cell contact mediated resistance to anoikis implicates PI3K pathway in a highly relevant cell model (HEK293ar). Understanding of the role of HAb18G/CD147 cell-cell contacts in anoikis resistance may help in understanding the survival of cells in anchorage-independent growth, such as cells in tumor metastasis and suspension culture produced for biomedical engineering.
