Abstract: 从低温跳跃电导模型出发,计算低温下的跳跃频率,热发射率及输运能级随温度变化,分析讨论了非晶硅热激电导的低温峰。认为输运机制的变化是氢化非晶硅热激电导低温峰TM独立于起始温度T0的主要原因,TM相应于输运机制变化的温度。

Abstract: Determination of the density of states in the uper half of gap in a-Si:H film and a-Si:H/a-SiNx: H superlattices were obtained by a more comprehensive theoretical analysis of the thermostimulated comductivity. The results are consistent with that of Fritzsche's analysis. The main features of the two different analytical approaches and the correlation between maximnm chermostimulated current emission energy Em and quasi-Fermi level were discussed. The results show that the thermostimulated conductivity in a-Si: H should be analysed in weak recombination condition. In consequence, retrapping of the thermostimulated carriers can not be negleted. Theory of Gu et al. improves the analysis of measurement of thermostimulated conductivity.

Shared Equity Policy in Joint Ventures for Host Countries

Abstract: This paper provides a game model for examining the host overseas investment policy and MNEs equity strategy in international joint ventures. This paper refines previous Chen & Chung’s (2008) results and considers the host policy about MNEs’ joint-venture. This paper shows foreign firms increase their technology transfer incentive because less competition from the joint-venture partner when a foreign firm holds lower shares. And the holding shares of foreign firms must be not smaller than 50 percent. The host welfare increases with foreign firms’ minority equity. The equity conflict exists in the higher technology spillover and transfer cost cases. Hence, the host governments always impose investment restrictions on MNEs in the Developing countries. Otherwise, it has more loose policy in the Developed countries.

Abstract: A reasonable model is proposed to calculatee the temperature dependence of photoconductivity (PC) in a-Si:H and a-Si:H/a-SiNx:H super lattices. Simmons-Taylor theory and the occupation statistics of correlated defects are used to describe band tail states and dangling bonds states. As in a-Si:H/a-SiNx:H superlattices, the electronic potential and charge distributions resulting from space-charge doping are calculated at various amounts of transferred charge and different asymmetry boundary conditions. The DC and PC are calculated with corresponding space potential and charge distributions. It is found that the enhancements of DC and PC in superlattices are mainly determined by the amouns of injected charge, and the influence of interface asymmetry is slight.

Preparation and Characterization of MnxFe1-xO4 Nanoparticles Coprecipitated with Forced Mixing

Abstract: MnxFe1-xO4 nanoparticles were prepared by coprecipitation with forced mixing. The measurement of magnetic properties indicated that with increasing Mn concentration the specific saturation magnetization of the MnxFe1-xFe2O4 samples decreased at first, and then increased again. The variational trend was also found in estimating particle size. The observation of TEM showed that the size of MnFe2O4 particles was larger than that of Fe3O4 particles. The calculation of Rietveld refinement suggested that the cation distribution of the MnFe2O4 sample was Mn0.3Fe0.7Mn0.7Fe1.3]O4, and the oxygen parameter and the tetrahedral interstices of the MnFe2O4 sample were larger than those of Fe3O4 sample. The crystallite size and the microstrain of the MnFe2O4 sample were also larger than those of Fe3O4 sample, probably due to its larger ion radius and the metastable cation distribution. The thermal analysis of sample oxidation showed that the temperature for weight gaining from oxidation of the MnFe2O4 sample was higher than that of Fe3O4 sample. The temperature for maximum increase in weight shown in DTG curves was 234.7oC for Fe3O4 and 358.1oC for MnFe2O4, respectively, indicating that the stability against oxidation of MnFe2O4 was improved.

Preparation and Properties of Electromagnetic Wave Absorption Materials BaTiO3/MWCNT and Derived PAN Hybrid Fibers

Abstract: BaTiO3/multi-walled carbon nanotubes (MWCNTs) composite was synthesized by an efficient solvent-thermal route. Transmission electron microscope images clearly indicate that the surfaces of the MWCNTs are uniformly decorated by well-crystallized BaTiO3 particles with diameters of 15-30 nm. The result of Electromagnetic (EM) wave absorption properties analysis, determined by the EM parameters, shows that the reflection loss (RL) in the BaTiO3/MWCNT composite is higher than that occurring in pure MWCNTs or BaTiO3, which resulted from the better matched characteristic impedance and enhanced complex permeability in the high frequency. The maximum RL of –37.5 dB in the BaTiO3/MWCNT composite is obtained at a frequency of 10.4 GHz and the absorption range is under –10 dB in the frequency range of 9.6–13.1GHz with the absorber thickness of 2 mm. BaTiO3/MWCNT/PAN hybrid fibres, derived from a PAN solution containing 10 wt% BaTiO3/MWCNT composite, were prepared by the electrospinning process. The results of XRD and SEM indicated that both the structure of BaTiO3/MWCNT composite and the morphology of PAN changed little after the hybrid process. BaTiO3/MWCNT composite has the well compatibility with PAN matrix.
