Abstract: 由于试件尺寸效应以及试验边界条件与工程岩体工作状态的差异,室内流变试验结果难以准确反映工程岩体流变性质,一些重大水电工程实施了现场岩体蠕变试验,其中现场载荷蠕变试验采用较多,但该试验方法存在一些不完善之处,建议采用五参量广义Kelvin模型描述岩体蠕变特征,并采用一级加载方式进行试验,且荷载水平应与工程荷载相一致。推导岩体载荷蠕变试验五参量广义Kelvin蠕变公式,并验证恒载时间t = 0,t→∞时,蠕变公式与弹性变形公式的统一性。最后,给出工程试验实例,采用非线性最小二乘曲线拟合法反演蠕变模型及其参数。反演结果表明,五参量广义Kelvin模型蠕变公式与试验曲线的相关性较好,明显优于三参量广义Kelvin模型。

Abstract: By means of lab and in-situ rock mechanics test, establishment of E-Vp relation, engineering rock mass classification, computer simulation test and back analysis of shiplock slope displacements, the rock mass deformation parameters of unload zone in the TOP shiplock slope are studied. The relationships between rock mass deformation moduli and rock sizes are established. The study results show that macro-mechanics parameters of rock masses of the TOP shiplock slope are of obvious size-effect.

Abstract: By means of acoustic wave test and in-situ deformation test of rockmass,the excavation-disturbed zone and weaken degree of mechanical properties for the rockmass of the Three Gorge Project(TGP) shiplock slope are studied,and the mechanical parameters for disturbed zone rockmass are determined. The study results show that the weaken degree of strongly disturbed zone is 60% and that of weakly disturbed zone is 30%.

Abstract: The results of creep test in site for rock mass and discontinuity in shiplock area of the Three Gorges Project are introduced. Considering the effects of construction excavation and seepage pressure, the rheological analysis on the stability of shiplock slope is made during construction and running. Abstract: By using integrally the sensitivity features of acoustic emission location technology and the computerized tomography(CT) technology,the fine test on progressive fracturing process of jointed rock under uniaxial compression is realized. By analyzing the positions of acoustic emission events,the CT slides and the change of CT number,the cracking propagation process is achieved. At the beginning of loading,although the whole jointed rock sample shows of crack compaction,the initial crack extension can be localized in the partial area. With the load increasing,both sides of the cracks extend gradually,and they will be destroyed progressively until to form a fracture plane finally. The results can lay the foundation for exploring micro-damage mechanism and the crack expansion discipline of rock,and it will also promote the development of visualization technology for rock mechanics test.

Abstract: 现场岩体变形试验时,试验点部位岩体由于受卸荷、松弛影响,表层岩体变形性能与深部未扰动岩体变形性能存在差异.由表面测点变形计算出的岩体变形参数,反映的是包含松动圈在内的整个岩体的综合变形性能,而不是未扰动岩体变形性能.中心孔变形试验能采集深部岩体变形,为研究未扰动岩体变形参数创造可能.由于介质条件和荷载作用过程的复杂性,中心孔变形试验资料应如何合理解释及应用,仍然是困扰广大试验研究人员的难题.综合采用理论分析和数值模拟手段,就此问题展开深入研究,研究结果表明:将深部未扰动岩体变形代入规程中有关公式,计算出的变形参数能准确反映未扰动岩体的变形性能.建议在现场试验时,首先通过声波测试大致确定松动圈厚度,然后将深部测点尽量布设在未扰动岩体内,同时在试验点表面布置测点;数据处理时,先将深部测点数据代入解析公式计算未扰动岩体变形参数,然后再依据表面测点变形和已计算出的未扰动岩体参数,通过数值模拟反算松动圈内岩体变形参数.

Abstract: 乌江构皮滩水电站高拱坝建基面开挖成型后,在建基面上进行大量的声波测试,通过不同高程、不同部位的声波测试,根据波速沿坡距综合关系曲线确定卸荷深度,并分析波速分布的规律及特征。在卸荷带内进行35点原位变形试验,其加载路径和最大压力与拱坝作用于岩体的条件相似。通过35点变形试点的动静对比试验,建立卸荷岩体变形参数与波速之间的关系,利用大范围的声波测试结果评价卸荷带岩体变形参数。结合开挖前后波速和变形参数的变化规律,分析研究该高拱坝建基面卸荷岩体变形参数的弱化程度。试验结果表明,建基面卸荷深度为6 m,卸荷带岩体平均波速降低7.0%,平均变形模量由29.1 GPa降低至16.2 GPa,平均降低43.6%。提出卸荷岩体的变形参数及取值方法。

Abstract: 由于层状复合岩体软硬相间,不满足均匀、连续和各向同性条件,因此,通过现场试验方法确定层状复合岩体等效变形模量会存在许多问题,尺寸效应即是主要问题之一。结合清江水布垭水利枢纽地下厂房P1q^3层软硬相间层状复合岩体力学参数取值问题,在现场岩体变形试验基础上,通过开展数值模拟试验,研究了不同加载尺寸对层状复合岩体变形参数的影响。研究成果表明:层状复合岩体变形模量具有明显的尺寸效应,岩体变形模量与加载面直径之间可近似采用负幂函数表示:E=7.989D^-0.552常规变形试验加载尺寸明显偏小,当加载面直径应达到3~5m,岩体等效变形模量取值3~4Gpa,比常规试验降低70%左右。
Dependency on de novo protein synthesis and proteomic changes during metamorphosis of the marine bryozoan Bugula neritina

Abstract: When larvae were incubated with transcription and translation inhibitors, metamorphosis initiated through the first phase but did not complete. We found a significant down-regulation of 60 protein spots and the percentage of phosphoprotein spots decreased from 15% in the larval stage to12% during early metamorphosis. Two proteins--the mitochondrial processing peptidase beta subunit and severin--were abundantly expressed and phosphorylated in the larval stage, but down-regulated during metamorphosis. MPPbeta and severin were also down-regulated on the gene expression level.The initial morphogenetic changes that led to attachment of B. neritina did not depend on de novo protein synthesis, but the subsequent gradual morphogenesis did. This is the first time that the mitochondrial processing peptidase beta subunit or severin have been shown to be down-regulated on both gene and protein expression levels during the metamorphosis of B. neritina. Future studies employing immunohistochemistry to reveal the expression locality of these two proteins during metamorphosis should provide further evidence of the involvement of these two proteins in the morphogenetic rearrangement of B. neritina.To explain the rapid metamorphosis of many marine invertebrates, a 'need for speed' hypothesis has been suggested due to strong predation pressures and the relative defenselessness of transitioning larvae [1]. To cope, the larvae of many marine invertebrates enable rapid metamorphosis by the pre-formation of some juvenile structures [1,2]. Metamorphosis of the cosmopolitan marine bryozoan Bugula neritina--a species that causes biofouling problems worldwide [3-5] and also yields the antitumor compound bryostatin [6]--completes very rapidly and the morphological changes associated with metamorphosis have been described well [7,8]. Quantitative Proteomics Study of Larval Settlement in the Barnacle Balanus amphitrite

Abstract: Barnacles are major sessile components of the intertidal areas worldwide, and also one of the most dominant fouling organisms in fouling communities. Larval settlement has a crucial ecological effect not only on the distribution of the barnacle population but also intertidal community structures. However, the molecular mechanisms involved in the transition process from the larval to the juvenile stage remain largely unclear. In this study, we carried out comparative proteomic profiles of stage II nauplii, stage VI nauplii, cyprids, and juveniles of the barnacle Balanus amphitrite using label-free quantitative proteomics, followed by the measurement of the gene expression levels of candidate proteins. More than 700 proteins were identified at each stage; 80 were significantly up-regulated in cyprids and 95 in juveniles vs other stages. Specifically, proteins involved in energy and metabolism, the nervous system and signal transduction were significantly up-regulated in cyprids, whereas proteins involved in cytoskeletal remodeling, transcription and translation, cell proliferation and differentiation, and biomineralization were up-regulated in juveniles, consistent with changes associated with larval metamorphosis and tissue remodeling in juveniles. These findings provided molecular evidence for the morphological, physiological and biological changes that occur during the transition process from the larval to the juvenile stages in B. amphitrite.
