Abstract: 咸淡水交接处这种特殊的生境造就了红树植物“抗污”和“降污”的功能,但能否将自然红树林湿地作为污水处理场所目前仍有争议。按照构建的人工红树林湿地的类型,分为三大类:模拟潮汐湿地系统、人工红树林污水处理系统以及红树林种植-养殖生态耦合系统。第一类系统模拟了自然海滩上的潮涨潮落的情形,第二类系统与一般人工湿地相类似,而第三类系统是指在养殖塘种植红树植物以去除有机物和营养盐。不同的类型反映了该领域研究工作的不断深入,展现了红树林湿地净化污水从理论探索向实际应用不断靠近的过程。应用人工红树林湿地净化污水具有较大的可行性,前景可观。

Abstract: The organic molecule in the title monohydrate, C6N6O5·H2O, presents an almost planar configuration, the greatest deviation from the least-squares plane through the atoms being 0.061 (1) for the O atom within the seven-membered ring. Each water H atom is bifurcated, one forming two O—H...N hydrogen bonds and the other forming O—H...N,O hydrogen bonds. The result of the hydrogen bonding is the formation of supramolecular layers with a zigzag topology that stack along [001].
Genetic Stability of A Recombinant Fowlpox Virus Co-expressing H5 HA and N1 NA Gene of Avian Influenza Virus

Abstract: A recombinant fowlpox virus (rFPV) containing H5 HA and N1 NA gene was serially passaged to passage 25 on specific-pathogen-free (SPF) chicken embryo fibroblast monolayer. The HA gene and NA gene from passage 5,15 and 25 were amplified by polymerase chain reaction (PCR) and sequenced. SPF chickens were vaccinated with the recombinant viruses of three passages. The results demonstrated that specific fragments of HA and NA were cloned, identified and sequenced from the three passages, respectively, and there were no change in the amino acid sequences. The virulence and immune efficacy of the recombinant virus was not changed with the passage of the virus. These three passages of recombinant virus could provide complete protection against challenge with homologous HPAIV strain and is genetically stable for at least 25 passages.
Production of Citric Acid from Apple Pomace Enzymolyzed by Cellulase

Abstract: Cellulase can evidently increase the content of glucose and has a significant effect on the production of citric acid from apple pomace by Aspergillus niger. Based on experiments, a cellulolytic enzyme named cellulase A6 was found able to produce about 170 g glucose from 1 kg dried apple pomace after 12 h reaction, with cellulase concentration of 20 U/g in the medium at 50oC, natural pH without pretreatment of alkali. Using the treated apple pomace as a liquid state substrate, Aspergillus niger-C selected out was able to produce about 256 g citric acid from 1 kg dried apple pomace at 35oC in 3 d or 30oC in 5 d with flask rotation speed of 210 r/min, and the conversion of citric acid could reach 80% based on the amount of sugar consumed.
Feasible pickup from intact ossicular chain with floating piezoelectric microphone

Abstract: Animal controlled experiment: five adult cats (eight ears) were sacrificed as the model to test the electroacoustic performance of the FPM. Three groups were studied: (1) the experiment group (on malleus): the FPM glued onto the handle of the malleus of the intact ossicular chains; (2) negative control group (in vivo): the FPM only hung into the tympanic cavity; (3) positive control group (Hy-M30): a HiFi commercial microphone placed close to the site of the experiment ear. The testing speaker played pure tones orderly ranged from 0.25 to 8.0 kHz. The FPM inside the ear and the HiFi microphone simultaneously picked up acoustic vibration which recorded as .wav files to analyze.The FPM transformed acoustic vibration sensitively and flatly as did the in vitro test across the frequencies above 2.0 kHz, whereas inefficiently below 1.0 kHz for its overloading mass. Although the HiFi microphone presented more efficiently than the FPM did, there was no significant difference at 3.0 kHz and 8.0 kHz.It is feasible to develop such an implantable FPM for future TICIs and TIHAs system on condition that the improvement of Micro Electromechanical System and piezoelectric ceramic material technology would be applied to reduce its weight and minimize its size.More and more patients with severe to profound hearing loss have benefited from using hearing devices such as hearing aids (HA) or cochlear implant (CI) to improve or restore their hearing. However, these auditory prostheses in clinical practice contain many exterior components which are not capable of being implanted into patients' bodies. Influence of process parameters on the microstructural evolution of a rear axle tube during cross wedge rolling

Abstract: In the shaping process of cross wedge rolling (CWR), metal undergoes a complex microstructural evolution, which affects the quality and mechanical properties of the product. Through secondary development of the DEFORM-3D software, we developed a rigid plastic finite element model for a CWR-processed rear axle tube, coupled with thermomechanical and microstructural aspects of workpieces. Using the developed model, we investigated the microstructural evolution of the CWR process. Also, the influence of numerous parameters, including the initial temperature of workpieces, the roll speed, the forming angle, and the spreading angle, on the grain size and the grain-size uniformity of the rolled workpieces was analyzed. The numerical simulation was verified through rolling and metallographic experiments. Good agreement was obtained between the calculated and experimental results, which demonstrated the reliability of the model constructed in this work.
Comparative Evaluation of Light-Trap Catches, Electric Motor Mosquito Catches and Human Biting Catches of Anopheles in the Three Gorges Reservoir

Abstract: The mosquito sampling efficiency of light-trap catches and electric motor mosquito catches were compared with that of human biting catches in the Three Gorges Reservoir. There was consistency in the sampling efficiency between light-trap catches and human biting catches for Anopheles sinensis (r = 0.82, P<0.01) and light-trap catches were 1.52 (1.35–1.71) times that of human biting catches regardless of mosquito density (r = 0.33, P>0.01), while the correlation between electric motor mosquito catches and human biting catches was found to be not statistically significant (r = 0.43, P>0.01) and its sampling efficiency was below that of human biting catches. It is concluded that light-traps can be used as an alternative to human biting catches of Anopheles sinensis in the study area and is a promising tool for sampling malaria vector populations.

Abstract: Stripe rust caused by Puccinia striiformis f. sp. tritici Westend is one of the most important epidemic diseases of wheat in the world. To understand the population evolution of this rust fungus will facilitate the control of this disease and the breeding of rust-resistant wheat. In the past decades, DNA molecular markers have been applied to investigate the population genetics of wheat stripe rust fungus, and rapid progress has brought out in the research of P. striiformis molecular ecology. In this paper, the main research progress in the molecular ecology of stripe rust was reviewed, and the limitations and trends of related research in China were discussed.
Fabrication of High Acoustic-Electric Efficient Piezoelectric Ceramic Bimorph Element and Pickup in Middle Ear of Cat

Abstract: A novel PZT piezoelectric ceramics with high d31 (-480pC/N) and Tc (280℃) was developed to shape a long strip of piezoelectric ceramic bimorph element (PCBE), with 0.3 mm in thickness, 1.0 mm in width and three lengths (3.5, 4.0, 4.5 mm), which were assembled to the cantilever structure anchoring a Preamplifier, and were implanted totally into tympanic cavity of cat ear to analyze their ability of picking up acoustic signal. This study explores that the PCBEs have high efficient acoustic-electric performance. They can pick up 20-20000Hz acoustic signal with an approximate flat frequency curve when they are implanted the tympanic cavity of cat. The maximal output of -13.16 dB Volt p-p value (@1.5kHz, 0dB input) is picked up by the 4.5mm PCBE. This validates that PCBE might be totally implanted into tympanic cavity of cat ear as a piezoelectric microphone.

Abstract: High Voltage Direct Current (HVDC) electric power transmission is a promising technology for integrating offshore wind farms and interconnecting power grids in different regions. In order to maintain the DC voltage, droop control has been widely used. Transmission line loss constitutes an import part of the total power loss in a multi-terminal HVDC scheme. In this paper, the relation between droop controller design and transmission loss has been investigated. Different MTDC layout configurations are compared to examine the effect of droop controller design on the transmission loss.
