THE TOXICITIES OF DETERGENTS ON THE FISHES
合成洗涤剂对鱼类的毒性试验

Abstract: 我国合成洗涤剂中,产量大而应用广的品种是烷基苯磺酸钠(简称LAS)。有些地区在生产洗衣粉的过程中,大量洗涤剂废水,未加任何处理排放于坑塘,淀泊、江、河、湖、海,对水产事业造成很大危害。为制定我国渔业用水标准,1980年4月至1981年11月,我们用LAS纯品,北海牌洗涤液及熊猫牌洗衣粉,分别为鱼卵的胚胎发育,稚鱼的急性中毒,鱼苗的敏感性,安全浓度试验,进行了试验观察,现将初步结果分述如下:

Abstract: This paper deals with the effects of chlorobenzene (CB), 1, 2, 3-trichlorobenzene(1,2, 3-TCB) and hexachlorobenzene (HCB) on aquatic community structure (and function) in simulation 4-cell stabilization pond systems. The purification of three chlorobenzenes in systems are also discussed. The results show that the specific diversity and densities of Bacterium,Micrococcus and Saccharomyces species of microorganisms were not affected while the specific diversity, density and chlorophyll a synthesis of the algae were inhibited significantly. The inhibition order was: HCB>1, 2, 3-TCB>CB.Chlorobenzenes could be removed in high rate in the simulation pond systems. The remove rate reached as high as >99% of all 3 pollutants in effluents after 7 day retention time.Most of chlorobenzenes were emitted into the air and some were degraded by organisms and algae.

Abstract: This study indicates that the wastewater import of Hangu stabilization pond is very harmful to fish. A value of 24 Lc50 of the influent for siver carp (Hypophthalrnichys molitrix)carp(Cyprinus carpio)and crucian carp(Carassiws aur-atus)was measured as 3 %,30% and 58% in V/V respectively.Hangu stabilization pond has ability to self-purification for chemical industry wastewater. Abstract: 对白洋淀水体、底泥及鲫鱼肌肉中的DDT及其衍生物和BHC的残留量进行了测定研究,分别给出含量范围.研究表明,鱼体肌肉中BHC的4种异构体的含量顺序(δ>α>γ>β)与其在水和底泥中的含量顺序(α>γ>δ>β)略有不同.鱼体肌肉中DDT主要以代谢物P,P′DDE形式存在.两种农药的污染具有明显的地域差异,位于府河入淀口及村庄附近的水体、底泥及鱼体肌肉中DDT及其衍生物,BHC含量较高,与1975—1977年检测结果相比,鲫鱼肌肉中DDT及其衍生物残留量下降了542%,BHC下降了869%.

Abstract: Copper K edge EXAFS spectrum of the metallic glass Cu_(70)Ti_(30) has been measured using RU-1000 rotating anode X-ray system with goniometer. Data analysis has processed based on the EXAFS analysis program package written in the authors' laboratory. The distances, coordination numbers and Debye-Waller factors between Cu atoms and neighbouring atoms are determined by fitting the experimental data with theoretical phase and backscattering amplitude. The chemical short range order and the atomic neighbouring structure feature of metallic glass Cu_(70)Ti_(30) have been discussed.

Abstract: A new low-temperature anomalous magnetism at about 29 K for the oxygen-doped (Eu1-x, Yx)2CuO4 and Sm2CuO4, prepared under high pressure, has been investigated. This anomaly originated from different mechanisms to weak ferromagnetism (WF) behavior of T′ phase, and should be assigned to the ferromagnetic clusters formed by doped holes.

Abstract: The result of a simulation experiment on purification of salt and mercury containgwastewater using algae-artemia-prawn system showed that 95.5%and 80.8%of BOD5 andCOD and over 98%of PO and Hg2+ were removed.When artemia densities were 52.1and 36.0 ind./L with algae densities of 2.57×108 and 2.09×108 ind./L,the algae remov-ing ratios by artemia were 98.6%and 94.3%,respectively.The Hg in the water could beaccumulated by organisms in different nutrient levels. When the concentraltion of Hg was1.0×10-4 to 3.0×102mg/L, the concentration factors in algae and artemia were 7. 5×102to 7.8×103 and 2.1×102 to 1.04× 104.The Hg concentration factor in artemia was ratherlow,being 0.1-1.7.No evident of Hg accumulation in prawn was found.
