Abstract: 利用多途径探测与再分析资料, 通过诊断分析、 数值模拟和敏感性试验, 对2008年7月20~21日一次高原涡东移诱生西南涡并引发川中特大暴雨的天气过程进行了初步分析, 探讨了西南涡特大暴雨发生的中尺度环境场特征, 特殊地形和非绝热物理过程在高原涡东移诱生西南涡特大暴雨中的作用。结果表明, 高原涡形成后沿高原东北侧下滑, 在四川盆地诱生出西南涡, 川中特大暴雨在西南涡形成过程中由强中尺度对流系统(MCSs)的活动造成。高原涡东移诱生的低层偏东气流在川西高原东侧地形的动力强迫抬升作用下, 释放对流有效位能激发出MCSs产生强降水, 降水凝结潜热加热反馈驱动西南涡快速发展。地形的动力作用仅能形成浅薄的西南涡, 降水凝结潜热的加入才能使西南涡充分发展。高原涡的发展主要受地面热通量影响, 它的发展与否在很大程度上决定西南涡能否形成。盆地周边高大山脉对西南涡的位置分别有不同程度的影响, 而盆地周边高大山脉上叠加的中小尺度地形对西南涡和暴雨带的整体位置影响不大, 在一定程度上影响暴雨的落区。
The Covariance Structure Model Analysis of the Factors affecting the Entrepreneur's Human Capital Pricing in Venture Capital

Abstract: This paper carries on the analysis of the factors affecting entrepreneur's human capital pricing in venture capital, focusing on the much-dimensionality characteristic, then establishes a logical and comprehensive theory frame which can reflect all the factors affecting entrepreneur's human capital pricing. Further by using covariance structure model (CSM), we make an empirical analysis of these factors. The result shows, in venture capital the control rights of entrepreneur is the most important factor affecting the entrepreneur's human capital pricing, the scale of enterprise is the least one, with the enterprise management performance in the middle. Key Words: venture capital, the entrepreneur's human capital pricing, factors, covariance structure model Résumé: L’article présent, sur la base de l’analyse des facteurs affectant la fixation du prix du capital humain de l’entrepreneur dans l’investissement-risque, a établi pour ce problème multi-dimensions un cadre théorique logique et capable de refléter complètement ces facteurs influants. L’auteur adopte d’ailleurs la méthode analytique du modèle de la structure de covariance (CSM) pour effectuer une étude positiviste sur ces facteurs. Le résultat montre que, dans l’investissement-risque, le pouvoir de contr le de l’entrepreneur est le premier facteur en jeu, la perfomance de l’entreprise le deuxième et la dimension de l’entreprise le dernier. Abstract: Enhancing immunity and antiturnor activity is the important biological activity of polysaccharide. Studies showed that it enhanced immunity through improving the activity of immtmocyte, activising the secretion of cell factor, inducing the production of antibody and activising the complementary system, etc. The antitumor ways of polysaccharide mainly were inhibiting the growth of cancer cells and the synthesis of protein and nuclear acid in the cells, inducing apoptosis, affecting the expression of cancer gene and changing the growing specialities of the cancer cell membrane. In this review, research advances in the field of immunomodulation and antitumor activity ofpolysaccharides in recent years were briefly summarized and analysed.
Research on the chaos recognition method based on differential entropy

Abstract: Phase space reconstruction is the first step to recognizing the chaos from observed time series. On the basis of differential entropy, this paper introduces an efficient method to estimate the embedding dimension and the time delay simultaneously. The differential entropy is used to characterize the disorder degree of the reconstructed attractor. The minimum value of the differential entropy corresponds to the optimum set of the reconstructed parameters. Simulated experiments show that the original phase space can be effectively reconstructed from time series, and the accuracy of the invariants in phase space reconstruction is greatly improved. It provides a new method for the identification of chaotic signals from time series.
2006年6月5~8日梅雨锋上中尺度对流系统引发福建北部暴雨的诊断分析

Abstract: 利用1°×1°经纬度的NCEP再分析资料、地面1h降水和卫星黑体辐射亮度温度资料,分析了2006年6月5~8日引发福建北部大暴雨的梅雨锋上的中尺度对流系统活动,探讨了梅雨锋上或锋前暖区一侧中尺度对流系统触发和增强的动力机制,并进一步研究了强降水凝结潜热造成的非绝热加热在对流系统发生发展中的作用。结果发现:福建北部强降水产生是由梅雨锋上或锋前多个β中尺度或α中尺度的强对流系统活动造成的,这些中尺度对流系统的发生发展与大尺度地转强迫造成的上升运动、武夷山脉等的地形动力强迫抬升作用、梅雨锋锋生以及锋面的阻挡和直接抬升作用有关。梅雨锋上强降水造成的非绝热加热在中尺度对流系统的形成和发展中起到了重要作用。最后,总结出梅雨锋上中尺度对流系统发生发展的概念模型。
Development of a Humanized HLA-A2.1/DP4 Transgenic Mouse Model and the Use of This Model to Map HLA-DP4-Restricted Epitopes of HBV Envelope Protein

Abstract: A new homozygous humanized transgenic mouse strain, HLA-A2.1+/+HLA-DP4+/+ hCD4+/+mCD4?/?IAβ?/?β2m?/? (HLA-A2/DP4), was obtained by crossing the previously characterized HLA-A2+/+β2m?/? (A2) mouse and our previously created HLA-DP4+/+ hCD4+/+mCD4?/?IAβ?/? (DP4) mouse. We confirmed that the transgenes (HLA-A2, HLA-DP4, hCD4) inherited from the parental A2 and DP4 mice are functional in the HLA-A2/DP4 mice. After immunizing HLA-A2/DP4 mice with a hepatitis B DNA vaccine, hepatitis B virus-specific antibodies, HLA-A2-restricted and HLA-DP4-restricted responses were observed to be similar to those in naturally infected humans. Therefore, the present study demonstrated that HLA-A2/DP4 transgenic mice can faithfully mimic human cellular responses. Furthermore, we reported four new HLA-DP4-restricted epitopes derived from HBsAg that were identified in both vaccinated HLA-A2/DP4 mice and HLA-DP4-positive human individuals. The HLA-A2/DP4 mouse model is a promising preclinical animal model carrying alleles present to more than a quarter of the human population. This model should facilitate the identification of novel HLA-A2- and HLA-DP4-restricted epitopes and vaccine development as well as the characterization of HLA-DP4-restricted responses against infection in humans.

Abstract: 对藏红花(Crocus sativus L.) 愈伤组织的诱导条件进行了优化。结果表明:MS 是藏红花芽愈伤组织的最佳诱导培养基,而B5是叶子和花愈伤组织的最佳培养基。藏红花芽、叶和花愈伤组织的最佳诱导温度分别是18℃、25℃和21℃。光照是叶子愈伤组织诱导的有利因素,但不利于芽和花愈伤组织的诱导。1.5~2.0 mg.L-1 NAA和0.25 mg.L-1 6-BA是愈伤组织诱导的最佳激素组合。通过目视法和HPLC方法, 从229株细胞系中筛选出细胞系Corm1,其藏红花素1 的含量是1 677 mg.g-1,生长较快,且不易褐化。为采用植物细胞工程法解决藏红花素1资源短缺问题打下了基础。

Abstract: 提出了一个优化的简单的超低温保藏方法,成功地运用于肉苁蓉愈伤组织的低温保藏. 为了获得最佳的实验结果,肉苁蓉愈伤组织首先在添加了6%二甲亚砜的B5培养基中进行预培养,然后用玻璃化保护剂在25℃处理20 min,最后投入液氮中进行冷冻. 玻璃化保护剂的成分为30%(ψ)甘油 15%(ψ)乙二醇 10%(ψ)二甲亚砜 0.5 mol/L蔗糖. 冷冻后的愈伤组织在30℃的水浴中迅速解冻,接着用25℃的1.0 mol/L蔗糖溶液洗净愈伤组织上附着的玻璃化保护剂,最后在B5培养基上对愈伤组织进行恢复性培养. 经过上述冻存处理的肉苁蓉愈伤组织存活率可达86%. 恢复培养5个月后,愈伤组织中苯乙醇糖甙类化合物的含量和产量分别达到冷冻前的97%和95%.
Promotion of Cell Growth and Flavonoids Production in Saussurea medusa Cell Suspension Cultures by Rare Earth Elements

Abstract: Cell suspension culture of Saussurea medusa was cultivated with either Ce3+, La3+, Nd3+ or a mixture of rare earth elements (MRE) supplemented. After 20 d culture, moderate concentrations of Ce3+, La3+ and MRE can promote cell growth and flavonoids biosynthesis, while Nd3+ presented an inhibitting effect. Ce3+ at 0.025 mmol/L, gave the highest cell dry weight (17.7 g/L) and flavonoids production (942 mg/L) with both NAA and 6-BA in the culture medium. They were 34% and 67% higher than those without Ce3+ addition, respectively. Ce3+ at 0.005~0.05 mmol/L or the mixture of rare earth elements at 0.01~0.025 mmol/L, can substitute for 6-BA in promoting cell growth and the biosynthesis of total flavonoids of S. medusa while without 6-BA in the culture medium. When NAA were removed from the culture medium, none of the four rare earth elements can substitute for it in promoting S. medusa cell growth and the flavonoids biosynthesis. The kinetic curves of cell biomass, flavonoids production, residual sugar, NH4+ and NO3- concentration with or without 0.025 mmol/L Ce3+ in the culture medium were also obtained. The mechanism of the promotion effect of Ce3+ on cell growth and the biosynthesis of total flavonoids of Saussurea medusa was explained in some degree.
