Analysis of the mating type factors in natural populations of Pleurotus eryngii var. tuoliensis in China

Abstract: In order to investigate the genetic diversity and estimate the genetic abundance of natural populations of Pleurotus eryngii var. tuoliensis, mating type factors in 84 protoplast monokaryons derived from 51 isolations collected from Xinjiang were analyzed. There were 54 different A factors and 59 different B factors in the 84 monokaryons. Chi-square test indicated that A and B factors were distributed with equal probability. Therefore there would be 79 different A factors and 100 distinct B factors in natural populations of P. eryngii var. tuoliensis in Xinjiang, China, and the putative mating type factors from monokaryon are 7,900, and for dikaryon, there would be 31,201,050 in nature. In conclusion, genetic diversity of P. eryngii var. tuoliensis is very high in Xinjiang, and Xinjiang is a valuable wild P. eryngii var. tuoliensis germplasm resource pool.

Abstract: Artificial neural network and its application in near infrared spectroscopy are presented in brief.The basic structure of the BP network and its corresponding BP algorithm are given.The obvious superiority of the artificial neural network BP algorithm is shown through the determination of the fluidity of lubricating-oil and the recovery and RSD of benzene and methylbenzene.Finally,several existing problems are indicated.

Abstract: Mn-N co-doped ZnO film on sapphire substrate is fabricated by metal-organic chemical vapor deposition method with changing the acceptor-doped source and importing the hydrogen and increasing the pressure to suppress carbon (C) approach gradually. X-ray diffraction displays the strong C-axis orientation. Raman sepectrum is employed to analyze vibration modes related to C elements. Hall measurements on the samples by van der Pauw method reveal the transition from n-type to p-type after suppression of C, which is possible due to the complex of (CN)O acting as a shallow donor. The first principles simulation calculation for Mn and N codoped ZnO crystals has been perfermed, and the total density of states reveals the strong p-d interaction and magnetic moment existing in the Mn and N codoped ZnO. The introduction of the complex of (CN)O, causes the p-d interaction to disappear and the magnetic moment to reduce even disappear. Therefore, the formation of magnetic bound polaron of Mn 3d electronics and N 2p local bound electronic determines the magnetic interaction effect, which can be explained from the theoretical predication on the Mn 3d and N 2p ferromagnetic (hole) coupling on the ferromagnetism.

Abstract: 为了合理解释含稀土离子的高温超导材料的电子顺磁共振谱,从晶体场理论出发,给出晶体材料中稀土离子的微扰公式,阐述了高温超导材料中稀土Kramers离子的自旋哈密顿参量理论,并计算给出了稀土离子Re3+ 的电子顺磁共振(electron paramagnetie resonance,EPR)参量g因子和超精细结构常数A。计算结果与实验谱线符合较好,说明所采用的微扰公式和理论处理方法是有效和合理的。研究表明,对高温超导材料中Re3+的自旋哈密顿参量进行精确解释,通常应该考虑到二阶微扰项的贡献。
A Review on Theoretical Development of Vendor-Managed Inventory in Supply Chain  [PDF]

Vendor-managed Inventory (VMI) is a new inventory operation pattern in the supply chain environment, breaking the traditional independent inventory management pattern. It is a kind of cooperative strategies that improving continuously inventory management, which aims at obtaining the lowest cost for both users and suppliers, manages inventory by suppliers under a common agreement, and continuously supervises the implementation of the agreement and amends the content of the agreement. This paper discusses the existing literature of VMI, and reviews the research of VMI from its connotation, theoretical basis and four stages of development, points out the defects and deficiencies, and puts forward suggestions for further research direction.
Phase diagram and exotic spin-spin correlations of anisotropic Ising model on the Sierpiński gasket

Abstract: The anisotropic antiferromagnetic Ising model on the fractal Sierpi\'{n}ski gasket is intensively studied, and a number of exotic properties are disclosed. The ground state phase diagram in the plane of magnetic field-interaction of the system is obtained. The thermodynamic properties of the three plateau phases are probed by exploring the temperature-dependence of magnetization, specific heat, susceptibility and spin-spin correlations. No phase transitions are observed in this model. In the absence of a magnetic field, the unusual temperature dependence of the spin correlation length is obtained with $0 \leq$J$_b/$J$_a<1$, and an interesting crossover behavior between different phases at J$_b/$J$_a=1$ is unveiled, whose dynamics can be described by the J$_b/$J$_a$-dependence of the specific heat, susceptibility and spin correlation functions. The exotic spin-spin correlation patterns that share the same special rotational symmetry as that of the Sierpi\'{n}ski gasket are obtained in both the $1/3$ plateau disordered phase and the $5/9$ plateau partially ordered ferrimagnetic phase. Moreover, a quantum scheme is formulated to study the thermodynamics of the fractal Sierpi\'{n}ski gasket with Heisenberg interactions. We find that the unusual temperature dependence of the correlation length remains intact in a small quantum fluctuation.
Resveratrol and Arsenic Trioxide Act Synergistically to Kill Tumor Cells In Vitro and In Vivo

Abstract: Background and Aims Arsenic trioxide (As2O3), which used as an effective agent in the treatment of leukaemia and other solid tumors, is largely limited by its toxicity. QT prolongation, torsades de pointes and sudden heart death have been implicated in the cardiotoxicity of As2O3. The present study was designed to explore whether the combination of As2O3 and resveratrol could generate a more powerful anti-cancer effect both in vitro and in vivo. Materials and Methods MTT assay was performed to assess the proliferation of Hela, MCF-7 and NB4 cells. Isobolographic analysis was used to evaluate combination index values from cell viability data. The apoptosis and the cellular reactive oxygen species (ROS) level were assessed by fluorescent microscopy and flow cytometry separately in vitro. The effect of As2O3, alone and in combination with resveratrol on Hela tumor growth in an orthotopic nude mouse model was also investigated. The tumor volume and the immunohistochemical analysis of CD31, CD34 and VEGF were determined. Results Resveratrol dramatically enhanced the anti-cancer effect induced by As2O3 in vitro. In addition, isobolographic analysis further demonstrated that As2O3 and resveratrol generated a synergistic action. More apoptosis and ROS generation were observed in the combination treatment group. Similar synergistic effects were found in nude mice in vivo. The combination of As2O3 and resveratrol dramatically suppressed both tumor growth and angiogenesis in nude mice. Conclusions Combining As2O3 with resveratrol would be a novel strategy to treat cancer in clinical practice.
Comparison of Territorial Spatial Planning System between China and Japan and Its Enlightenment  [PDF]

Abstract: At present, China is carrying out “from the top to the bottom” government-authorized “Multi-planning United” reform pilot, exploring to establish “one city or county, one planning and one blue-print”, improving the spatial planning system in the city and the county. The paper compares the spatial planning system between China and Japan in the planning compilation system, the management system and the legal system, and finds out that there are many types of plannings in China, each with different characteristics; the rights of the sector are separated and each planning system has their own rules; it’s lacking in strategy and hard to implement; unified authority laws and regulations haven’t been issued to secure the planning system. In terms of the results from “Multi-planning United” and the experience from Japan, the paper puts forward reconstructing spatial planning system, giving concrete suggestions on how to promote the planning system, the legal system, the coordinating management division and the unified information platform.

Abstract: Rural revitalization is a policy introduced under the background of the integration of urban and rural development. With the government as the guide, the village-based ruling philosophy promotes rural development. In the development of this policy, the village has been further developed and adapted to the needs of the times. However, there are still a series of problems. The planning mode of the hard-working has made the participation of the villagers mostly in the form, which leads to the lack of support system and limited social development. Therefore, the formulation of villagers’ participation in rural construction is the cornerstone for rural development. In various aspects, the village name was adopted to participate in the rural construction planning strategy, in order to achieve rural renewal and prosperity.
Aquaporin3 Is Required for FGF-2-Induced Migration of Human Breast Cancers

Abstract: Purpose The aquaporin (AQP) family consists of a number of small integral membrane proteins that transport water and glycerol. AQPs are critical for trans-epithelial fluid transport. Recent reports demonstrated that AQPs, particularly AQP1 and AQP5, are expressed in high grade tumor cells of a variety of tissue origins, and that AQPs are involved in cell migration and metastasis. Based on this background, we examined whether AQP3, another important member of the AQP family, could facilitate cell migration in human breast cancers. Methods Potential role of AQP3 was examined using two representative breast cancer cell lines (MDA-MB-231 and Bcap-37). Briefly, AQP3 expression was inhibited with a lentivirus construct that stably expressed shRNA against the AQP3 mRNA. AQP3 expression inhibition was verified with Western blot. Cell migration was examined using a wound scratch assay in the presence of fibroblast growth factor-2 (FGF-2). In additional experiments, AQP3 was inhibited by CuSO4. Fibroblast growth factor receptor (FGFR) kinase inhibitor PD173074, PI3K inhibitor LY294002, and MEK1/2 inhibitor PD98059 were used to dissect the molecular mechanism of FGF-2 induced AQP3 expression. Results FGF-2 treatment increased AQP3 expression and induced cell migration in a dose dependent manner. Silencing AQP3 expression by a lentiviral shRNA inhibited FGF-2 induced cell migration. CuSO4, a water transport inhibitor selective for AQP3, also suppressed FGF-2-induced cell migration. The FGFR kinase inhibitor PD173074, significantly inhibited FGF-2-induced AQP3 expression and cell migration. The PI3K inhibitor LY294002 and MEK1/2 inhibitor PD98059 inhibited, but not fully blocked, FGF-2-induced AQP3 expression and cell migration. Conclusions AQP3 is required for FGF-2-induced cell migration in cultured human breast cancer cells. Our findings also suggest the importance of FGFR-PI3K and FGFR-ERK signaling in FGF-2-induced AQP3 expression. In summary, our findings suggest a novel function of AQP3 in cell migration and metastasis of breast cancers.
