Abstract: In the title molecule, C26H25FN2O5, the fluoromethoxy-, methoxy- and trimethoxy-substituted benzene rings form dihedral angles of 12.65 (2), 84.15 (2) and 55.67 (2)°, respectively, with the imidazole ring. The crystal structure is stabilized weak intermolecular C—H...F and C—H...O hydrogen bonds.
No Evolutionary Shift in the Mating System of North American Ambrosia artemisiifolia (Asteraceae) Following Its Introduction to China

Abstract: The mating system plays a key role during the process of plant invasion. Contemporary evolution of uniparental reproduction (selfing or asexuality) can relieve the challenges of mate limitation in colonizing populations by providing reproductive assurance. Here we examined aspects of the genetics of colonization in Ambrosia artemisiifolia, a North American native that is invasive in China. This species has been found to possess a strong self-incompatibility system and have high outcrossing rates in North America and we examined whether there has been an evolutionary shift towards the dependence on selfing in the introduced range. Specifically, we estimated outcrossing rates in one native and five invasive populations and compared levels of genetic diversity between North America and China. Based on six microsatellite loci we found that, like the native North American population, all five Chinese populations possessed a completely outcrossing mating system. The estimates of paternity correlations were low, ranging from 0.028–0.122, which suggests that populations possessed ~8–36 pollen donor parents contributing to each maternal plant in the invasive populations. High levels of genetic diversity for both native and invasive populations were found with the unbiased estimate of gene diversity ranging from 0.262–0.289 for both geographic ranges based on AFLP markers. Our results demonstrate that there has been no evolutionary shift from outcrossing to selfing during A. artemisiifolia's invasion of China. Furthermore, high levels of genetic variation in North America and China indicate that there has been no erosion of genetic variance due to a bottleneck during the introduction process. We suggest that the successful invasion of A. artemisiifolia into Asia was facilitated by repeated introductions from multiple source populations in the native range creating a diverse gene pool within Chinese populations.

Abstract: Basing on PKI and obeying the criterion of hospital management and workflow patterns, certificate authority system and digital signature manage system were designed. The interface of CA and DSMS integrating with various hospital information systems ( such as RIS,HIS and PACS) was realized and the security verification of system information was completed. Abstract: The synthesis of Sialon ecomaterials drived from solid waste of containing silican and aluminum provides a new method to utilize the solid waste high-technically, and a new green process for low-cost preparation of Sialon material. Blast furnace slag, coal gangue, fly ashes, sediment, tailings, etc, are briefly introduced. It could be designed to synthesize a-Sialon, β-Sialon, O′-Sialon, etc, composite materials based on the chemical composition of these solid waste. The present development and prospects of Sialon ecomaterials drived from solid waste are reviewed and predicted.

Abstract: Based on the characteristic of microwave heating, the numerical heat-transfer model of two-dimensional stable-state heat conduction of microwave sintering for ceramics composites with heat conduction phases was built up and validated by the experiment of microwave sintering densification for SiCw/TZP ceramics. The prediction of the newly-established model is in accord with experimental results of composite ceramics such as SiCw/TZP ceramics. The influencing factors about two-dimensional stable-state temperature field distribution such as concentration and distribution of heat conduction phases, category of matrix and mode of thermal insulation are analyzed. The results indicate that matrix with high coefficient of thermal conductivity, heat conduction phases with high concentration, uniform distribution of heat conduction phases in matrix and appropriate thermal insulation equipment should be considered in the design of composite ceramics with heat conduction phases.

Study on vasculogenic mimicry in malignant esophageal stromal tumors

Abstract: AIM: To investigate whether malignant esophageal stromal tumors contain PAS-positive patterned matrix-associated vascular channels, which are lined by tumor cells, but not vascular endothelial cells. That is vasculogenic mimicry (VM) independent of tumor angiogenesis.METHODS: Thirty-six tissue samples of malignant esophageal stromal tumors were analyzed. Tissue sections were stained for Vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF), CD31 and periodic acid Schiff (PAS). The level of VEGF, the microvascular density (MVD) and the vasculogenic mimicry density (VMD) were determined.RESULTS: PAS-positive patterned matrix-associated vascular channels were detected in 33.3% (12/36) of tumor samples. Within these patterned channels, red blood cells were found. The level of VEGF and the MVD in tumors containing patterned channels were significantly higher than those in tumors not containing patterned channels (P < 0.05). At the same time, the malignant degree of tumors was higher, the proportions of tumors containing patterned channels were not only more, but also in the each kind of tumors containing patterned channels.CONCLUSION: In malignant esophageal stromal tumors, a VM mechanism causes some tumor cells to deform themselves and secrete extracellular matrix; thus, PAS-positive patterned matrix-associated vascular channels appear and supplying blood to the tumors to sustain their growth and metastasis.

Abstract: A near-diffraction-limited green source is generated at 1kHz repetition rate by frequency doubling of a diode stack end-pumped electro-optically Q-switched Nd:YAG slab laser. We obtain 9.7mJ green light with pulse width of 12.2ns at a repetition rates of 1kHz. The pump to green optical conversion efficiency is 12.9%. The energy pulse stability at 532nm is about 0.8%
