Abstract: 研究了淬火700℃回火的20Cr11MoVNbNB钢在550—650℃时效0—5000h的强度、硬度随L-M参数P=T(20+1gt)的关系曲线出现转折的现象.发现转折的原因是:(1)该钢的主要沉淀相M_(23)C_6的平均尺寸明显粗大化;(2)Iaves相MoFe_2的析出;(3)基体中固溶 Mo量明显减少;(4)基体发生明显回复和再结晶。

Abstract: Study was made on the swerving of the curves of strength and hardness vs L-M parameterP=T(20+lgt)for steel 20Crl 1MoVNbNB aged at 550.600 and 650℃ for 0—5000 h,Tbeing aging temperature in K and taging time in h.The swerving seems to be due to:(1)thecoarsening of the mean size of principal precipitate M_(23)C_6,(2)the precipitation of Lavesphase MoFe_2;(3)the decrease of Mo content in matrix and(4)the recovery andrecrystallization of the matrix phase.

Abstract: Three types of alloy carbides have been observed in tempered steel 4335V:M_3C,M_7C_3 andM_4C_3.The precipitation temperatures are 200—700,400 and 500 ℃ respectively.The com-position,morphologies and distribution patterns of the carbides as well as the relationship be-tween them and as-quenched substructures have been investigated.The influence of the car-bides on the low temperature impact toughness of the steel has also been discussed.

Abstract: The morphology, optical characteristics and composition of a titanium carbo-sulphide phase ccurred in certain low-alloy steels, stainless steels and superalloyshave been investigated by optical icroscopy, TEM and EPMA. Its crystallinestructure has been identified by selected-area electron diffraction echnique. Depend-ing on the mechanism of formation, this phase exhibits two different growthhabits: latelets formed directly from the molten alloy are distributed at cast grainboundries, while very thin aminae were precipitated at austenitic grain bound-aries during cooling from a high temperature. It appears hat the amount of thisbrittle phase in the alloys can be greatly diminished by the addition of smallamounts f rare-earth elements. The composition of this phase is found as:(Ti_(1-m)X_m)_2S(C_(1-n)N_n)

Abstract:

In order to identify the kinship of Shaolingyuan ancient human excavated from Shaolingyuan archaeological site with high level of certainty, and infer racial origins more clearly and reliably, this paper analyzed the hereditary constitution of this population. We used the “Reverse root canal technique” to extract ancient DNA from 28 teeth in 28 skeletal remains (3057-2784 BP) of Shaolingyuan archaeological site, obtained the sequences of mtDNA Hypervariable region I (HVR-I) by PCR amplifications; then used MEGA 5.5 software to construct phylogenetic trees and compared the sequences among the sequences of interraces, intraraces. The phylogenetic tree showed that there were two major clusters, Cluster 1 with 16 individuals, and Cluster 2 with 5 individuals. Either the genetic gap or the geographic position of the individuals was small. The frequency of SNP site 16223 T > C was 71.4%, significantly higher than other sites. The comparisons of different population demonstrated that there is no significant difference among them. All of them shared the same haplogroup L1’2’3’4’5’6, close to African. Finally, we confirm that there is a very close genetic relationship between some individuals in this cemetery. We regarded Shao-lingyuan Western Zhou cemetery as a family cemetery, and these people belong to East Asia lineage.

Abstract: 实验表明,4335V钢淬火回火后析出三种碳化物:(1)M_3C,在200至700℃回火时析出,其中溶有Cr,Mn,Mo,V,随回火温度升高,Cr含量从2.6%增至19.5%;(2)M_7C_3,在400℃以上回火时析出,其中含Cr20—30%,还溶有Mn和Mo;(3)M_4C_3,在高于500℃回火时析出,其中M为V,Mo,Cr,其原子比为V:Mo:Cr≈7:1:1。 本文还研究了碳化物的形貌和分布特征,以及与淬火亚结构的关系,初步分析了它们对钢的低温冲击韧性的影响。
