Analysis of TPS’s Actualization Problem in China and the Countermeasure

Abstract: As an effective production system, TPS (Toyota Production System) has been gone in for by numerous domestic and foreign factories recently. However, it is not effectively as in Japan actually, and many problems appear. This article analyses TPS’s domestic operational status, and put forward a set of reasonable countermeasures and proposals. This analysis will promote the TPS applicability research and guide the domestic enterprises to push TPS entirely.
Electromagnetic and Microwave Absorption Properties of Carbonyl-Iron/Fe91Si9 Composites in Gigahertz Range  [PDF]

Abstract: Carbonyl-iron/Fe91Si9 composites for thin microwave absorbers were firstly prepared by a simple blending technique. The patterns of carbonyl-iron and Fe91Si9 were characterized by scanning electron microscope (SEM). The complex permittivity, permeability and microwave absorption properties of the composites were studied in the frequency range of 2 - 7GHz by a HP8720B vector network analyzer. Complex permittivity and permeability decrease gradually with increasing weight percentage of Fe91Si9 in the composites, the variation of permittivity was very large but the variation of permeability was very small. The composites exhibited excellent microwave absorption properties with increasing Fe91Si9 content. The reflection loss (RL) values less than –20 dB were obtained in the 3.7 - 6.7 GHz frequency range for the paraffin matrix composites with 80 wt% carbonyl-iron/Fe91Si9 powders (weight ratio of carbonyl-iron to Fe91Si9 was 1:1), with thickness of 4.0 - 2.4 mm, respectively. The optimal RL of –45 dB was observed at 5.2 GHz with a matching thickness (dm) of 3.0 mm. The excellent microwave absorption properties were attributed to a better electromagnetic impedance match and a higher electric resistivity.

Abstract: Marine shale gas in South China is widely distributed and demonstrates an enriched resource. Compared with the North American commercial shale gas field, the shale formation in South China is featured by old age, multiple stages tectonic movements, and high thermal evolution degree and complex reservoir forming conditions. As a result, the existing theories and technical methods of exploration in North America cannot be simply applied to South China. Since 2007, based on the in-depth study on a large quantity of analytical test data, we have conducted the theory and technology research for the southern marine shale gas, found Wufeng-Longmaxi Group deep water shelf high-quality shale gas critical parameters coupling laws, proposed the “Binary Enrichment” theory for highly evolved marine shale gas in southern complex tectonic zone, and established a zone selection and evaluation criteria, which are based on the quality of shale, for the key of preservation condition, and for the purpose of economy. Taking this as a guide, we selected Longmaxi formation Lower Silurian of Fuling area in southeastern Sichuan Province as the preferred breakthrough field for the shale gas exploration. The Jiaoye 1 well has the daily gas production of 20.3 × 104 m3, which embarked the found of China’s first large-scale business development gas field, the Fuling shale gas field. And we submit the first domestic shale gas proven reserves of 1067.5 × 108 m3. The Fuling shale gas reservoirs are deep water shelf marine high-quality shale, with favorable thickness and even distribution, without dissection in the middle. They are typical self-generation and self-storage shale gas reservoirs. The gas fields have high production gas well; high pressure gas reservoir, good gas components and good exploit results, and there for the Fuling shale gas field is characterized by mid-depth, high pressure, high reservoir pressure, and high quality gas accumulation. Up to March 24, 2014, all of the 101 fracture-gas testing wells have obtained middle and upper shale airflow, with the average single well test production of 32.6 × 104 m3/d. In the exploration and development process, technology series in geological evaluation, horizontal well, drilling, well completion, piecewise fracturing techniques have been gradually formed. It is of great importance to commercially develop the domestic shale gas and promote the restructuring of China’s energy structure.
Empirical Study of Influential Factors of Online Customers’ Repurchase Intention  [PDF]

Abstract: There is not a unanimous conclusion about the influential elements of online customers’ repurchase intention. We established a concept model and discussed how utilitarian values (perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness), social values (satisfaction and trust) and the hedonic value (perceived enjoyment) directly and indirectly influenced customers’ repurchase intention in the context of online shopping. It adapted questionnaire to collect data and testified the hypothesis by structural equation model. The results showed that perceived usefulness, online customers’ satisfaction and perceived enjoyment had significantly positive impact on online customers’ repurchase intention. Moreover, we found that compared with utilitarian factors, the hedonic factor had a stronger positive impact on repurchase intention.
An Empirical Analysis of the Impact of RMB Exchange Rate Fluctuation on Textile and Clothing Export of Guangdong  [PDF]

Abstract: The main purpose of this paper is to analyze if RMB appreciation is the reason for the decline of Guangdong textile and garment exports and how to make textile and garment industry of Guangdong province break through the bottleneck of development, so as to achieve a qualitative leap in the context of the RMB exchange rate fluctuations and rising production costs. Five parts are included, the first part is introduction, which elaborates the research significance and literature review; the second part is about data and research methods; the third part is an empirical analysis of the impact of RMB exchange rate fluctuation on textile and clothing export of Guangdong; the fourth part is the conclusion analysis, while the last part are policy suggestion, which includes three aspects, government industry and enterprise themselves. In theory, the appreciation of the exchange rate will reduce the export price advantage to reduce exports. However, in this paper, the VAR and VEC models were constructed by using the monthly data of Guangdong textile and clothing export (LNEX), RMB real exchange rate (LNER) and purchasing price index (LNPPI) in 2007-2014, finding that Although LNEX has a co-integration relationship with LNER in the long run, LNER is not the Granger Cause of LNEX, while LNPPI passes the test of causality; Impulse response curves show that LNER has a negative impact on LNEX in the short term, while there is no shock effect for a long time; Variance decomposition analysis shows that contribution of LNER to LNEX was 0, both in the long term and short term, while the long-term contribution of LNPPI to LNEX is about 8%.
Wafer-scale graphene on 2 inch SiC with uniform structural and electrical characteristics

Abstract: Wafer-scale graphene on SiC with uniform structural and electrical features is needed to realize graphene-based radio frequency devices and integrated circuits. Here, a continuous bi/trilayer of graphene with uniform structural and electrical features was grown on 2 inch 6H-SiC (0001) by etching before and after graphene growth. Optical and atomic force microscopy images indicate the surface morphology of graphene is uniform over the 2 inch wafer. Raman and transmittance spectra confirmed that its layer number was also uniform. Contactless resistance measurements indicated the average graphene sheet resistance was 720 Ω/□ with a non-uniformity of 7.2%. Large area contactless mobility measurements gave a carrier mobility of about 450 cm2/(V s) with an electron concentration of about 1.5×1013 cm 2. To our knowledge, such homogeneous morphology and resistance on wafer scale are among the best results reported for wafer-scale graphene on SiC.
Tape Casting of Al_2O_3-TiB_2/Al_2O_3-Nano-TiC Multilayer Composites

Abstract: Ceramic tapes, containing Al2O3-25 wt pct TiB2(B) and Al2O3-25 wt pct nano-TiC (c), have been obtained by tape casting process. Numerous tapes (about 60~80 tapes) were prepared by stacking in turn the composition (B) and (C), laminating under 10 MPa pressure, eliminating the solvent and burning out the polymer additives. The final green bodies were hot pressed at 1750℃ and 30 MPa. The composite has a bending strength of 568 MPa and a fracture toughness of 5.8 M Pa·m1/2. SEM analysis exhibits that Al2O3 particle growth was inhibited by TiC particles in C. but TiB2 particles could not hinder Al2O3 growth in B. The curves of GTA indicates that all organic additives could be removed completely above 600℃
A Geometric Distortion Resilient Image Watermark Algorithm Based on DWT-DFT

Abstract: In this paper, a robust watermarking algorithm against geometric distortions and common signal processing is proposed. This algorithm is based on two method to solve the synchronization of the original watermarking images and test images in the wavelet domain watermarking. One method, which estimates rotation and scaling based on embedding a template in a circle of middle frequency in DFT, One method which estimates translation based on extracting an invariant centroid from a restricted area inside the image. In the embedding process, a watermark is embedded adaptively in low band of DWT domain, according to the conceal quality of Human Visual System (HVS).The experiment results show robustness against common signal processing attacks ,several geometric distortions and some combination attacks, Also the comparison with the prior algorithms shows the better performance of the proposed algorithm.
Probing Outflows in z= 1~2 Galaxies through FeII/FeII* Multiplets

Abstract: We report on a study of the 2300-2600\AA FeII/FeII* multiplets in the rest-UV spectra of star-forming galaxies at 1.01.5 \AA and of the FeII* emission lines to W_r>0.5 \AA. Whenever we can measure the systemic redshift of the galaxies from the [OII] emission line, we find that both the FeII and MgII absorption lines are blueshifted, indicative that both species trace gaseous outflows. We also find, however, that the FeII gas has generally lower outflow velocity relative to that of MgII. We investigate the variation of FeII line profiles as a function of the radiative transfer properties of the lines, and find that transitions with higher oscillator strengths are more blueshifted in terms of both line centroids and line wings. We discuss the possibility that FeII lines are suppressed by stellar absorptions. The lower velocities of the FeII lines relative to the MgII doublet, as well as the absence of spatially extended FeII* emission in 2D stacked spectra, suggest that most clouds responsible for the FeII absorption lie close (3~4 kpc) to the disks of galaxies. We show that the FeII/FeII* multiplets offer unique probes of the kinematic structure of galactic outflows.
An Evolutionary Algorithm Based on a New Decomposition Scheme for Nonlinear Bilevel Programming Problems  [PDF]

Abstract: In this paper, we focus on a class of nonlinear bilevel programming problems where the follower’s objective is a function of the linear expression of all variables, and the follower’s constraint functions are convex with respect to the follower’s variables. First, based on the features of the follower’s problem, we give a new decomposition scheme by which the follower’s optimal solution can be obtained easily. Then, to solve efficiently this class of problems by using evolutionary algorithm, novel evolutionary operators are designed by considering the best individuals and the diversity of individuals in the populations. Finally, based on these techniques, a new evolutionary algorithm is proposed. The numerical results on 20 test problems illustrate that the proposed algorithm is efficient and stable.
