Hasan KILI?,Abuzer SA?IR,Yunus BAYRAM
Notulae Scientia Biologicae , 2009,
Abstract: Experiments were carried out in four different locations with 14 durum wheat genotypes in two successful seasons of 1999- 2000 and 2000-2001. Black point disease of genotypes was evaluated by interactions of genotypes and environment as well as heritability (h2). It was found that black point disease affected differently in different locations and growing seasons. This indicates that the genotypes have different adaptation ability for traits studied in different locations. Heritability rate that variance analyzes accepted means squares calculated was found as phenotypic variance rate of genotypic variance was found as 49%. Variance of genotype x location x year was bigger than other variance components. Genotype x year variance was bigger than genotype x location variance too. The heritability of black point disease was founded moderate. In addition to one of factors on the black point disease genotype also environment x genotype interactions were found effective. According to evaluation of black point disease, the highest value was obtained from Sorgül (2.7%), Dicle-74 (2.56%) and Gidara-II (2.32%) varieties; the least value was obtained from Balcal -2000 variety (0.64%). Alternaria spp., Phoma sp., Fusarium spp., Helminthosporium spp., and Stemphylium spp., fungi were isolated from the grain affected by black point diseases.

Int'l J. of Communications, Network and System Sciences (IJCNS) , 2015, DOI: 10.4236/ijcns.2015.813052
Abstract: The Mobile Commerce (m-commerce) becomes very powerful tool in the competitive business markets. Companies started to use this technology to attract their customers and catch their attention. Usage of Mobile commerce applications spreaded around different countries and became very popular. Different communication protocols and security techniques are designed for business use of m-commerce. Mobile Commerce, likewise the e-commerce brought significant difference in the market. People start to use this technology by feeling the freedom of having transactions at anywhere and anytime. However, consumers face lot of difficulties while using this technology which is consumer-based or service provider based. This research exposes the impact of determinants that influences mobile commerce application users’ attitudes by classifying and investigating the internal and external variables in a case study of Cyprus Research Centre.

Psychology (PSYCH) , 2014, DOI: 10.4236/psych.2014.510134
Abstract:

The purpose of this study is to examine the predictive effect of life satisfaction and loneliness level of adolescents with divorced parents on resilience. The study has been carried out on 144 adolescents, 75 of whom are female and 69 are male, and whose parents are officially divorced. The study group consisted of students who are attending different types of high schools in the city of Bolu central districts. Loneliness Scale, Life Satisfaction Scale and Adolescents Resilience Scales were utilized in the data collection process. Pearson Moment Correlation and Multiple Regression analyses were used in data analysis. The results revealed that, while there was a positive relationship between resilience and life satisfaction, a strong negative relationship was found between their resilience and loneliness level of the adolescents whose parents are divorced. Regression analysis revealed that, while loneliness was a significant predictor on resilience, life satisfaction was not a significant predictor of resilience. The findings of this research were discussed within the scope of the related literature.

Abstract: In this study, it has been aimed to reveal that pre-school children’s social adaptation skills can be supported by the application of frame code. The other aim of this study is to create awareness about the possible application areas of mobile learning technologies within the frame code in pre-school education. For this purpose, the study that consists of four experimental and four control group classes coming from similar socio-economic families children in five age groups that continued in kindergarten was carried out. 162 children participated in this study including 81 applications and 81 control groups. “Social Skills Training Program” supported by Frame Code Application (consisting of 12 acquisitions and 41 indicators) was prepared and during seven weeks, it was administered under the guidance of teachers. In order to evaluate the data before and after implementation, “Social Adaptation and Skills Scale” was used. According to the results of the study, in terms of sub-factors and social adaptation of the scale of “Social Adaptation and Skills Scale”, it was found that there was a significant difference in favor of the experimental group between experimental and control groups after application; however, after the application, social inadaptability sub-factor scores of the children in the experimental group were lower than the scores of control group children.

Creative Education (CE) , 2019, DOI: 10.4236/ce.2019.103045
Abstract: The Literacy, Numeracy and screening (LINUS LBI) 2.0, an intervention program was first implemented in 2013. It aimed to enhance the rate of English literacy among lower primary ESL learners. However, the number of non-achievers increased every year. The effectiveness of this program depends largely on the teachers, as they play a significant role in implementation. To a noteworthy extent, the teachers’ perception which covers the factors leads to the failure of this program will realize the dream of Ministry of Education. Thus, this study was embarked to investigate teacher’s perceptions on failure in achieving LBI KPI in grade B national schools in Temerloh District. A mixed method study was adopted to carry out this research with 80 teachers from 36 grade B national schools in Temerloh district. The participants were questioned on unavailability of resources, lack of training and support and other contributing factors. Questionnaire and individual interview were used to gather data. The overall findings of the study were?that?unavailability of resources and facilities, lack of training and support, pupils’ attendance, cooperation of stakeholders and pedagogical knowledge played a huge role in the failure in achievement of LBI KPI. The implication of the study is that Ministry needs?to be made aware of these factors in order to reevaluate the program to be successfully implemented and to take into considerations of the factors for other programs implementation as well.
Influence of Host Breed, Sex and Age on the Prevalence and Intensity of Cysticercus tenuicollis in Sheep
Bayram Senlik
Journal of Animal and Veterinary Advances , 2012,
Abstract: The aim of this study was to determine the effects of host breed, sex and age on the prevalence and intensity of Cysticercus tenuicollis infections in sheep in Bursa province, Turkey. A total of 594 sheep were slaughtered and examined for the presence of C. tenuicollis. C. tenuicollis cysts were found in 143 sheep and an overall infection rate was 24.1%. The predominant predilection site of cysticerci in infected sheep was significantly (p<0.01) the omentum (76.9%). No difference in the prevalence of C. tenuicollis could be found between kivircik (25.2%) and merino breeds (22.1%). Although, numerically higher prevalence was observed in male animals (26%) compared to females (23.9%), there was no significant difference between the sex groups. Prevalence of infection on the different age groups was insignificant. A significantly (p<0.05) higher mean intensity rate of C. tenuicollis was detected in kivircik breed sheep (3.3 0.6) compared with merino breed sheep (1.8 0.2). The mean intensity rate between male and female animals showed significant difference (p<0.01) with intensity rate of 5.5 2.2 and 2.2 0.2, respectively. Although, the number of C. tenuicollis cyst was higher in older animals compared to younger ones, no significant differences in mean intensity of infections were observed in the studied age categories. These results suggest that the intensity of C. tenuicollis infections in sheep may be influenced by host breed and sex. This study also indicated that sheep was acquired immunity to reinfection by Taenia hydatigena eggs.
A New Treatment of Musculoskeletal System Lesions: Platelet Rich Plasma
Bayram Kelle
Arsiv Kaynak Tarama Dergisi , 2012,
Abstract: Platelet rich plasma (PRP) is a treatment modality that is very popular in recent years. It is obtained by centrifuging autologous blood. Although it has been used for tendon lesions, it could also used for many other lesions. Vascularization of tendons is relatively insufficient and therefore the treatment is difficult. They tend to be chronic. Although there are other treatments methods, the results are not always satisfactory. There are no known side effects of PRP. However, the effectiveness is highly controversial. Some studies indicated that PRP is very effective, but some say that PRP is ineffective. In this review we try to analyze the effectiveness and usability of PRP. [Archives Medical Review Journal 2012; 21(4.000): 236-245]

One of the areas where these inventions and discoveries were carried out was Geology the science of the Earth. Al-Raz (606/1210) who discussed this subject in his commentary, translates the verses about the Earth with the help of the scientific knowledges of his age in a detailed way. Therefore, some of his explanations may be the opposite of the facts of modern Geology from time to time. . ( ) . (606/1210) .
