Abstract: The molecule of the title compound, C8H3Cl2FN2, is essentially planar, with a maximum deviation of 0.018 (2) . In the crystal, π–π stacking is observed between parallel quinazoline moieties of adjacent molecules, the centroid–centroid distance being 3.8476 (14) .

Abstract: As one of the major techniques for determining high-resolution protein structures, high-field solution NMR has achieved remarkable developments during the past twenty years. With the advances of advanced spectrometer hardware, NMR pulse techniques and protein labeling strategies, the size of the protein that can be studied by solution NMR now exceeds 25 k, and can reach tens and even hundreds of kilo Dalton. In addition, solution NMR has also been widely used in the studies of protein dynamics, and is the only technology that can be used to probe protein motions at multiple sites simultaneously. In this review, we briefly summarize the methods for studying protein structures and dynamics using solution NMR, accompanied by examples to demonstrate the latest developments in the field.

Abstract: To find all extreme points of multimodal functions is called extremum problem, which is a well known difficult issue in optimization fields. Applying ant colony optimization (ACO) to solve this problem is rarely reported. The method of applying ACO to solve extremum problem is explored in this paper. Experiment shows that the solution error of the method presented in this paper is less than 10^-8. keywords: Extremum Problem; Ant Colony Optimization (ACO)

Abstract: Two new limonoids, toonins A ( 1) and B ( 2), and one new dihydrobenzofuran norlignan, toonin C ( 3), were isolated from the roots of Toona sinensis together with the ten known compounds 4-methoxy-6-(2′,4′-dihydroxy-6′-methylphenyl)-pyran-2-one ( 4), bourjotinolone A ( 5), proceranone ( 6), matairesinol ( 7), 4-hydroxy-3-methoxybenzene-ethanol ( 8), syringic acid ( 9), isoscopoletin ( 10), lyoniresinol ( 11), aloeemodin ( 12), and β-sitosterol ( 13). Their structures were elucidated on the basis of one- and two-dimensional spectroscopic analysis. Isolation of compounds 4, 6– 13 from this plant is reported here for the first time.

Abstract: The definition of reliability of knowledge-updating in network knowledge resource management system (NKRM system for brief) has been given in this paper, which has important reference value to the evaluation of NKRM system. Besides, two kinds of models in NKRM system have been introduced. And one of the most common methods to improve reliability is the redundant technique. However, reliability and efficiency are inconsistent each other. By treating each knowledge as one part of the system, this paper proposes method of joint reserve of knowledge that may resolve this problem.

Abstract: Simulation has become a significant way for performance evaluations in switching and scheduling, however,the existing simulation softwares have some limitations in inheritability and cxtcnsibility.Based on the current crossbar switching fabric,by employing system level design method,and object oriented technology,a simulation platform called SPES(switching performance evaluation system)for switching fabrics and scheduling policies' developments are designed and implemented.Input queuing,output queuing,combined input-output queuing and combined input-crosspoint queuing and corresponding scheduling policies arc integrated.Inheritability and extensibility attributes are obtained by designing traffic sources,switching fabrics and scheduling policies separately,and it exhibits good performances for supporting multi-fabric,variable packets sizes and QoS model's simulations.By configuring the platform through a uniform view,users can fulfill their concrete simulation environment.Besides,it can carry out end to end performances' evaluations with little modification.Finally,this paper presents a simulation case based on combined input-crosspoint queuing switch,displaying the good performance of SPES.

Abstract: Multi-agent planning (MAP) is a cross field based on automated planning and multi-agent system (MAS). With constantly widen researches in automated planning and continuously deepen researches in multi-agent system, MAP has attracted increasing attentions. So this paper gives a review on MAP, including background knowledge, formalism and methods of distributed planning based on plan repair, plan merge or Markov Decision Process (MDP), and finally summaries the trends in the researches of MAP.
