Abstract: The hierarchy clustering methods based on vertex similarity have the advantage that global evaluation can be incorporated for community discovery. Vertex similarity metric is the most important part of these methods. However, the existing methods perform not well for community discovery compared with the state-of-the-art algorithms. In this paper, we propose a new vertex similarity metric based on local flow model, called Local Flow Metric (LFM), for community discovery. LFM considers both the number of connecting paths and local edge density which are essential measures in community structure. Compared with the existing metrics of vertex similarity, LFM outperforms substantially in community discovery quality and the computing time. Furthermore, our LFM algorithm is superior to the state-of-the-art algorithms in some aspects.
Wavelets, Multiplier spaces and application to Schr?dinger type operators with non-smooth potentials

Abstract: In this paper, we employ Meyer wavelets to characterize multiplier spaces between Sobolev spaces without using capacity. Further, we introduce logarithmic Morrey spaces $M^{t,\tau}_{r,p}(\mathbb{R}^{n})$ to establish the inclusion relation between Morrey spaces and multiplier spaces. By wavelet characterization and fractal skills, we construct a counterexample to show that the scope of the index $\tau$ of $M^{t,\tau}_{r,p}(\mathbb{R}^{n})$ is sharp. As an application, we consider a Schr\"odinger type operator with potentials in $M^{t,\tau}_{r,p}(\mathbb{R}^{n})$.

Abstract: The innovation-driven development strategy based on the essential component of intellectual property is an important strategy in the new period of China. Based on the understanding of generalized innovation and the model of input-output, the article analyzes the support for innovation-driven development of intellectual property, and from three aspects of intellectual property: investment, conversion and output, starting to build a model of three first-level indicators and twenty-four secondary indicators to evaluate the innovation-driven economic development based on the essential component of intellectual property.
Creation of atomic coherent superpositions in manifolds of levels without multi-photon resonance

Abstract: We propose a scheme for creating atomic coherent superpositions via stimulated Raman adiabatic passage in a Lambda-type system where the final state has twofold levels. In the employ of a control field, the presence of double dark states leads to two arbitrary coherent superposition states with equal amplitude but inverse relative phase without the condition of multi-photon resonance. In particular, two orthogonal maximal coherent superposition states are created when the control field is resonant with the transition of the twofold levels. This scheme can also be extended to manifold Lambda-type systems.

Abstract: 四川省丹巴县城坐落在古滑坡体上,自20世纪90年代以来,新城迅速扩展,建设用地严重不足,致使在滑坡前缘开挖要地,最高切坡达28 m.由于未采取科学合理支护,诱使古滑坡复活,位移量达50 mm/d,滑移体积达2.5×106 m3,新城面临被摧毁的危险.对丹巴县城滑坡治理提出了一种新型结构类型,并给出土石混合体滑坡变形破坏、稳定性评价和治理措施.在应急治理中,及时在滑坡前缘堆载约4 000 m3的沙袋压脚,位移量明显降低为5 mm/d,有效控制了整体滑动,同时,在滑坡中前部施加了6排1 300 kN级的预应力锚索,明显提高了整体稳定性.运用FLAC3D分析了未切坡开挖、切坡开挖、前缘堆载压脚和施加预应力锚固工程4种工况下的滑坡变形破坏特征.运用强度折减法求解了不同工况下的滑坡稳定系数,与常用的Janbu简化法、Morgenstern-Price法和Sarma法对比表明,其误差为0.1%~4.1%,可以满足工程设计的要求.但是,用强度折减法对堆积层滑坡滑带的确定误差较大,不能满足设计要求.由于常用的滑坡稳定性分析方法应用于土石混合体结构类型的滑坡中存在滑带的残余抗剪强度估计和摩擦滑动失真,因此在应急治理工程设计中,采用了φ= 29°的值.从经验上来看,对巨石土混合体,反演所采用的内摩擦角应该比滑带土的残余抗剪强度试验值高20%~30%.在考虑滑带土性状时,应研究滑体结构对滑坡稳定性的影响.
Relaxation Algorithm of Piecing-Error for Sub-Images

Abstract: During the process of automatic image recognition or automatic reverse design of IC, people often encounter the problem that some sub-adages must be pieced together into a whole image. In the traditional piecing algorithm for subimages, a large accumulated error will be made. In this paper, a relaxation algorithm of piecing-error for subimages is presented. It can eliminate the accumulated error in the traditional algorithm and greatly improve the quality of pieced image. Based on an initial pieced image, one can continuously adjust the center of every sub-image and its angle to lessen the error between the adjacent sub-images, so the quality of pieced image can be improved. The presented results indicate that the proposed algorithm can dramatically decrease the error while the quality of ultimate pieced image is still acceptable. The time complexity of this algorithm is O(n lnn).
Photocatalytic degradation kinetics and mechanism of pentachlorophenol based on superoxide radicals

Abstract: The micron grade multi-metal oxide bismuth silicate (Bi12SiO20, BSO) was prepared by the chemical solution decomposition technique. Photocatalytic degradation of pentachlorophenol (PCP) was investigated in the presence of BSO under xenon lamp irradiation. The reaction kinetics followed pseudo first-order and the degradation ratio achieved 99.1% after 120 min at an initial PCP concentration of 2.0 mg/L. The pH decreased from 6.2 to 4.6 and the dechlorination ratio was 68.4% after 120 min at an initial PCP concentration of 8.0 mg/L. The results of electron spin resonance showed that superoxide radical (O2·-) was largely responsible for the photocatalytic degradation of PCP. Interestingly, this result was different from that of previous photocatalytic reactions where valence band holes or hydroxyl radicals played the role of major oxidants. Some aromatic compounds and aliphatic carboxylic acids were determined by GC/MS as the reaction intermediates, which indicated that O2·- can attack the bond between the carbon and chlorine atoms to form less chlorinated aromatic compounds. The aromatic compounds were further oxidized by O2·- to generate aliphatic carboxylic acids which can be finally mineralized to CO2 and H2O.
