Abstract:
Listed company information disclosure quality attracts more and more attention to capital subject. Great changes have occurred in the ways and content of information disclosure, and the mainstream has recognized by point of view that the increase of information disclosure quality will reduce the cost of equity financing. Under the background of the different periods of the accounting system, changes in the quality of information disclosure of listed companies will affect the cost of the company’s equity in varying degrees from the perspective of time series of listed company information disclosure quality and the cost of equity financing.

Abstract:
With the rapid and sustained development of China socialist market economy, the real estate industry has become the industry part that plays a dominant role in national economy. But the related accounting system of real estate enterprise is not perfect in China and fails to have a full range of coverage, so part of the real estate enterprises will take advantage of the system vulnerabilities to do some illegal behaviors, including manipulating profits, whitewash statements and other violations, especially in the case of income accounting. In this paper, by analyzing the reason and current situation that emerges in the income accounting of the real estate industry in our country, here we will put forward corresponding countermeasures on the accounting income of real estate enterprise, in order to ensure the normal operation and management of real estate enterprises, to ensure the interests of investors, then to stabilize the socialist market economy, and to guarantee the formulation of state macro-control policy.

The important part of the development of E-business enterprises cannot be separated from the effective management and controlling of logistics costs, especially the cost of controlling of self-logistics system. The research on logistics cost management is very important for the E-business enterprise management. In order to survive and develop, the E-business enterprise according to the environment and their own development, must continuously improve the logistics cost management method, especially find a breakthrough point in the new economic environment, strengthen its logistics cost controlling, follow the trend of the times, and enhance the self-competitiveness. The article will discuss the logistics cost management status and existing problems in the self-logistics business enterprises, and put forward some suggestions.

Abstract: In this paper, we analyze the random fluctuations in a one dimensional stochastic homogenization problem and prove a central limit result, i.e., the first order fluctuations can be described by a Gaussian process that solves an SPDE with additive spatial white noise. Using a probabilistic approach, we obtain a precise error decomposition up to the first order, which helps to decompose the limiting Gaussian process, with one of the components corresponding to the corrector obtained by a formal two scale expansion.

Abstract: The famous claim that we only use about 10% of the brain capacity has recently been challenged. Researchers argue that we are likely to use the whole brain, against the 10% claim. Some evidence and results from relevant studies and experiments related to memory in the field of neuroscience lead to the conclusion that if the rest 90% of the brain is not used, then many neural pathways will degenerate. What is memory? How does the brain function? What would be the limit of memory capacity? This article provides a model established upon the physiological and neurological characteristics of the human brain, which can give some theoretical support and scientific explanation to explain some phenomena. It may not only have theoretically significance in neuroscience, but can also be practically useful to fill in the gap between the natural and machine intelligence.

Abstract: NCEP/NCAR reanalysis data, the Arctic Oscillation (AO) index and the atmospheric visibility (Vis) data at 134 sites in eastern China (ECN) are used to investigate the possible influence of AO on the wintertime weather and Vis over ECN. A higher relative humidity (RH, compared with the normal year) is identified over ECN in the winters with a positive phase of AO, and the wind anomaly is generally inshore in the coast areas of China. All these processes are consistent with Vis degradation over ECN. On the contrary, in the winters with a negative phase of AO, a lower RH can be identified over ECN, and the wind anomaly is generally offshore, which is favorable for Vis improvement.

Abstract: Optimization of the phase offset at adjacent intersections is the key parameter regarding coordinated control of traffic signal for adjacent intersections, which decides the effect of the coordinated control for adjacent intersections. According to characters of saturated traffic flow of Chinese urban road, this thesis establishes a model for optimization of phase offset for adjacent interactions and finds a solution from such model by adopting genetic algorithm. The model is verified by actual traffic flow datum of two adjacent signal intersections on Changan Avenue. Then a comparison is made between the optimization result of such model and that of the existing mathematical method and SYNCHRO model, which indicates that the model established by this thesis can reduce the delay suffered by vehicles at the intersections and increase the traffic efficiency of the intersections.
