Abstract: In twenty-first century, the information revolution changes the way of human life, changes the enterprise business process, and further promotes the development of economic information and economic globalization. Especially in the new Internet era, the rapid development of E-business enterprise continues to heat up. Under the informatization of E-business enterprises, the circulation of commodities, logistics, capital flow and information flow unite highly. The important part of the development of E-business enterprises cannot be separated from the effective management and controlling of logistics costs, especially the cost of controlling of self-logistics system. The research on logistics cost management is very important for the E-business enterprise management. In order to survive and develop, the E-business enterprise according to the environment and their own development, must continuously improve the logistics cost management method, especially find a breakthrough point in the new economic environment, strengthen its logistics cost controlling, follow the trend of the times, and enhance the self-competitiveness. The article will discuss the logistics cost management status and existing problems in the self-logistics business enterprises, and put forward some suggestions.

A brief report on statistical study of net electric current in solar active regions with longitudinal fields of opposite polarity

Abstract: Dynamic processes occurring in solar active regions are dominated by the solar magnetic field. As of now, observations using a solar magnetograph have supplied us with the vector components of a solar photospheric magnetic field. The two transverse components of a photospheric magnetic field allow us to compute the amount of electric current. We found that the electric current in areas with positive (negative) polarity due to the longitudinal magnetic field have both positive and negative signs in an active region, however, the net current is found to be an order-of-magnitude less than the mean absolute magnitude and has a preferred sign. In particular, we have statistically found that there is a systematic net electric current from areas with negative (positive) polarity to areas with positive (negative) polarity in solar active regions in the northern (southern) hemisphere, but during the solar minimum this tendency is reversed over time at some latitudes. The result indicates that there is weak net electric current in areas of solar active regions with opposite polarity, thus providing further details about the hemispheric helicity rule found in a series of previous studies.

Abstract: In this paper, we are concerned with the Cauchy problem of the full compressible Hall-magnetohydrodynamic equations in three-dimensional whole space. By the energy method, global existence of a unique strong solution is established. If further that the L1-norm of the perturbation is bounded, we prove the decay rates in time of the solution and its first-order derivatives in L2-norm via some Lp-Lq estimates by the linearized operator.

Abstract:

This paper considers the problem of robust passive control for uncertain discrete systems with time-varying delays. We pay attention to designing a state feedback controller which guarantees the passivity of the closed-loop system for all admissible uncertainties. In terms of a linear matrix inequality, a sufficient condition for the solvability of this problem is presented and the explicit expression of the desired state feedback controller is given.

A Study on the Moderating Effect of Family Functioning on the Relationship between Deviant Peer Affiliation and Delinquency among Chinese Adolescents  [PDF]

Abstract:

This study examined the interaction effect between family functioning and delinquent peer association on delinquent behavior in a sample of 534 adolescents from five middle schools in Shenzhen, the People’s Republic ofChina. The results showed that both exposure to delinquent peers and family functioning had significant main effects on delinquency, and family functioning significantly buffered the negative effect of association with deviant peers on delinquency. Further analyses using the five subscales of family functioning demonstrated that family harmony and parental concern were significantly predictive of delinquency, and harmony, parental concern and control significantly moderated the risk of affiliating with deviant peers. This study suggested that harmonious family environment with high levels of parental concern and parental control were effective in alleviating the negative impact of deviant peer association on delinquent behavior in the Chinese context.

Abstract: In this paper, we give a smoothing neural network algorithm for absolute value equations (AVE). By using smoothing function, we reformulate the AVE as a differentiable unconstrained optimization and we establish a steep descent method to solve it. We prove the stability and the equilibrium state of the neural network to be a solution of the AVE. The numerical tests show the efficient of the proposed algorithm.

Abstract: This paper considers the computation of sparse solutions of the linear complementarity problems LCP(q, M). Mathematically, the underlying model is NP-hard in general. Thus an lp(0 < p < 1) regularized minimization model is proposed for relaxation. We establish the equivalent unconstrained minimization reformation of the NCP-function. Based on the generalized Fiser-Burmeister function, a sequential smoothing spectral gradient method is proposed to solve the equivalent problem. Numerical results are given to show the efficiency of the proposed method.

Abstract: Graduate students are an essential part of the national high quality talents, and their learning situation is closely related with the development of the whole world. As a result, we argue that it is of vital importance to study the current situation of them. To understand the learning situation of basic mathematics master students, we have performed a deep investigation. In this paper, we first classify the study into two categories, i.e., study in class and study after class. Then we further refine them into 10 fine-grained aspects. Finally, we explain the conclusions that we find for master student of different categories.
