Review of Ecological Floating Bed Restoration in Polluted Water  [PDF]

Using Ecological Floating Bed (EFB) to purify polluted water is a process of ecological restoration at virgin position, as well as a complicated physical, chemical and biological process. Its core is utilizing aquatic plants and root’s microbes to absorb nitrogen and phosphorus elements, degrade organic matter and enrich heavy metal. EFB has been applied to some water pollution control projects at home and abroad, and has got several achievements. However, there are some factors influenced the removal rate of pollutants, including plants, temperature, seasons, processing time, coverage and initial concentration of pollutants. In the future, the development orientation has been prospected from plant and its combinations, the transformation of EFB structure and the utilization of aquatic resources, and probed the technology of EFB’s building and management, to implement the win-win of landscape benefit and ecological function.

Invariance of the Gibbs measure for the Benjamin-Ono equation

Abstract: In this paper we consider the periodic Benjemin-Ono equation. We will establish the invariance of the Gibbs measure associated to this equation, thus answering a question raised in Tzvetkov [20]. As an intermediate step, we also obtain a local well-posedness result in Besov-type spaces rougher than L^2, extending the L^2 well-posedness result of Molinet [14].

Abstract: In this paper we study radial solutions of certain two-dimensional nonlinear Schr\"odinger equation with harmonic potential, which is supercritical with respect to the initial data. By combining the nonlinear smoothing effect of Schr \"odinger equation with Lp estimates of Laguerre functions, we are able to prove an almost sure global well-posedness result and the invariance of the Gibbs measure. We also discuss an application to the NLS equation without harmonic potential.
Preparation of Ni-Co Alloy Foils by Electrodeposition  [PDF]

Abstract: Electrodeposition of Ni-Co alloy foils on titanium substrate was performed in an acid chloride- sulphate bath. The influences of electrodeposition parameters such as current density, temperature, pH value, cobalt sulphate and saccharin concentration on composition and current efficiency were investigated in detail. The morphology and the microstructure of deposits were analyzed by SEM and XRD, respectively. The results indicated that the optimum parameters were current density 3-4 A/dm2, pH 2-3, temperature 40-50?C, cobalt sulphate 20 g/l and saccharin 2-3 g/l. Chemical analysis of the deposits by EDS revealed anomalous Ni-Co codeposition occured in this system. The SEM showed that hydroxide particles were not present on the surface and that fine-grain, smooth and compact Ni-Co alloy deposits were obtained. The crystallographic structures of Ni-Co alloy foils were the fcc Ni solid solution. The Ni-Co alloy foils with Co content 17.3-37.2 wt% and thickness of 20-45 μm were bright with low residual stress and super toughness.
The Monte Carlo-Based Uncertainty Health Risk Assessment Associated with Rural Drinking Water Quality  [PDF]

Abstract: In this study, Triangular Fuzzy-number of the Fuzzy Set Theory was introduced to reform parameters of those previous health risk assessment (HRA) models, Monte Carlo simulation parameter was applied to lower the randomness and fuzziness of the HRA system, and the Monte Carlo-United States Environmental Protection Agency (MC-EPA) model was employed to evaluate the health risk associated with water quality (HRWQ), so as to solve the uncertainty HRA associated with rural drinking water quality. Results showed that the water in Mingshan was contaminated mainly by Cr(VI), nitrate, fluoride and Fe. The health risk primarily embodied in the carcinogenic risk (CR) caused by Cr(VI) that generally exceeds the limit while little non-carcinogenic toxic effected presents. However, non-carcinogenic risk (NCR) in some water resources was high, exceeding the limit “1”. The results revealed the health risk level of the water quality and the health risk degree caused by the pollutants, providing scientific support for the management of the HRWQ of the WR. It also indicated the significance of MC-EPA model’s application.

In this paper, taking three ethnic minority areas as an example, through a questionnaire to obtain relevant data, according to the characteristics of the ethnic minority areas, using the factor analysis method, we analyse the tourism in ethnic areas of country life with various effects. We summarize the pros and cons, avoid or minimize the adverse impacts within the maximum limits, mitigate the conflicts between the value of resource and the development, find a balance between tourism development and rural construction, realize win-win tourism development and rural construction.

In this paper, through understanding the basic situation of three villages at different stages of life cycle development about tourism, using the method of grey correlation analysis from the quantitative aspects, the results show that impact assessment on rural tourism in different stages is different [1]. The impact on tourism stable stage is the most; tourism decline stage is relatively weak; tourism development stage is the weakest.

Contribution to Confirmed & Synthesized on Mycorrhizae of Tuber indicum s.l. with Two Dominated & Subalpine Broadleaf Trees in Southwestern China  [PDF]

Abstract: The ascomata and mycorrhizae of Tuber indicum s.l. were collected under the forest of broad-leaf species Populus yunnanensis and Quercus pannosa in the field respectively. The symbiotic relationships of both trees with T. indicum were examined and affirmed based on morphology and ITS-rDNA sequences. These two mycorrhizal combinations were successfully produced on artificially controlled substrates and cultural condition. This is the first report of a mycorrhizal association and synthesis between Chinese black truffles and poplars. A hyphal net covering the mantle’s surface of the mycorrhizae was detected in both mycorrhizal combinations. The mycorrhizal colonization of P. yunnanensis and Q. pannosa suggests that T. indicum s.l. has a broader host range and that additional corresponding wood species would be used as candidates for the cultivation of T. indicum. The nuclear-ITS sequences of the mycorrhizae included in the phylogeny of the T. indicum complex revealed that the two clades within the complex do not markedly differ with respect to their preferences for host species or geographical origin. Our results help to explain the wide distribution of both clades of the T. indicum

Abstract: This paper studied the interpretation method of realization of data mining for large-scale petrophysical data, which took distributed architecture, cloud computing technology and B/S mode referred to big data technology and data mining methods. Based on petrophysical data mining application of K-means clustering analysis, it elaborated the practical significance of application association with big data technology in well logging field, which also provided a scientific reference for logging interpretation work and data analysis and processing method to broaden the application.
