The present paper
deals with results of explicit traveling wave solutions for some coupled BBM
equations. By detailed computation and using the (G '/G)-expansion method, many traveling wave solutions
are given. These traveling waves are in the form of hyperbolic functions, the
trigonometric functions and the rational functions, which show the reliability
and efficiency of the used method.
Based on the literature review which concludes the Lean Six Sigma management
theory, Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) and the key
success factors of Information Technology service management (ITSM), this
paper analyzes the present situation of information system in G bank and also
the challenge it is facing. Furthermore, this paper puts forward a
process optimization scheme for the production changes of G bank’s ITSM with
the Lean Six Sigma management theory. What’s more, the paper dissects the production
changes of G bank’s ITSM by means of DMAIC method in order to achieve these
four goals: Firstly, optimizing the process and improving the internal work
efficiency also. Secondly, reducing the variation and the error rate and also improving
the system availability. Thirdly, strengthen the business interaction in order
that the IT value could be reflected preferably. The last but not least, cutting
the overtime is to improve employee satisfaction. But improving the ITSM of the
banking industry is our ultimate aim.
Using the 7-ELEVEn stores in Hong Kong as an example, this paper has studied customer satisfaction from the point of view of the enterprise. This paper has established a retail enterprise customer satisfaction model based on CCSI models. The secondary indexes of this customer satisfaction model include the following content: enterprise/brand image, quality expectations (shopping environment of convenience stores), quality perception (staff’s service quality), value perception, customer satisfaction, complaints and loyalty of customers and there are also 18 indexes in third class indicators. With the principal component analysis, it can be found that three important factors were value and overall satisfaction, employee service quality, shopping environment and brand image, besides three satisfaction factors were shopping environment, the staff’s service quality and perceived value. The aim of this paper is to provide reference for the key of enterprise’s future work and also for the optimal distribution of resources.
In this paper, a main structure of DC distributed power
system is introduced; the stability of the output voltage in parallel system is
put forward. This paper analyses the output impedance of master-slave current
sharing mode and average current sharing, analyses the stability of parallel
system through simulation, there is Right-half plane (RHP) polar in the Bode
plot of input impedance. At last this paper distinguishes whether this system
is stability and verifies the validity of the simulation.
