Abstract: Creativity has been regarded as a positive force to promote the development of individuals, organizations and society. However, creativity also has a hidden dark side. In recent years, re-searchers have proposed the concept of the dark side of creativity and vicious creativity, and the concept focuses on the relationship between creativity and dishonesty. The article combed the researchers on the study of the relationship between creativity and dishonest behavior, creativity by improving individual defending their actions to increase the ability of the dishonest behavior of the individual in a dilemma situation.

Abstract: Due to many factors, more and more low- priced foreign products rushed into our domestic market in the past few years. It has brought heavy impact on some industries in our country. This paper specifically analyses the inherent incentives that foreign enterprises have imposed on our country, the existing problems of our anti-dumping legislation and the propaganda of anti-dumping and so on. Besides, the author gives some countermeasures accordingly.
The Contemporary Thinking of Chinese Traditional Political Thoughts

Abstract: The thesis synthesizes culture, political value and the system of domination to deduce the core of Chinese traditional culture, which is the traditional political thought. Their marrow can be summarized a sentence: the thought of Confucianism is a foundation, assisted by the thoughts of Legalist and adjusted by the thoughts of Taoism, at the same time containing other schools of thoughts. Then, based on the features of Chinese traditional thoughts, I introduce the three political thoughts and give some comments respectively. Next, I try to find the possibility and practical significance according to analyzing real examples in ancient times. After that, I change the angle of view to today, rethink profoundly and use the experience for reference. Finally, put forward to the assumption of setting up the Chinese modern political system which includes social leading system, social supporting system and social stable system. Leur moelle peut être résumée en une phrase: la pensée de Confucianism est une fondation assistée par les pensées des Légalistes et ajustée par les pensées du Taoisme , y compris d’autres courants de pensées Alors, basé sur les caractéristiques des pensées traditionnelles chinoises , J’introduis les 3 pensées politiques et donne chacun des commentaires. Ensuite, j’essaie de trouver une possibilité et une signification practique selon une analyse des exemples réels dans l’ancien temps. Après, je change des angles de vues aujourd’hui, approfondis et prends mes expériences comme référence. Abstract: Matrix-assisted Laser Desorption/Ionization with Time-of-flight Mass Spectrometry (MALDI-TOFMS) was investigated as a method for the rapid identifica-tion of species. Current demand in microbial identi-fication is how to compare unknown strains to the known one quickly, semi-automatically and accurately. In this paper, we present a software tool that allows flexibly microbial matching in a user-friendly way, by letting the users to customize comparison parameters including: in vitro transcription enzyme, mass tolerance,minimum fragment length, intensity threshold and corresponding weights. We provide three spectral scoring functions to compute the affin-ity between the species. Therefore, the precision of microbial comparison increases. To test and verify this tool, we employed experimental spectral data based on MALDI-TOFMS and the gene sequences of E.coli and Salmonella. This software is written in Java for cross-platform intention.
Suitability of Mulch and Ridge-furrow Techniques for Maize across the Precipitation Gradient on the Chinese Loess Plateau

Abstract: Mulch and ridge-furrow are effective techniques to improve water harvest, reduce evaporation and increase crop productivity in dry rainfed areas. We collected grain yield data of maize (Zea mays L.) across the precipitation gradient on the Loess Plateau under three treatments: (1) CK, flat plot without mulch; (2) HM, half-mulch flat plot, i.e. alternating mulched row and bare row without ridge-furrow; and (3) DRM, double ridges and the furrow fully mulched with plastic film. Maize grain yields were highest in the DRM treatment and lowest in the CK treatment. Mulch or ridge-furrow with mulch have increased maize grain yield significantly. The highest increase was found in low growing season precipitation regimes. Grain yields of the three treatments trended to converge in high growing season precipitation regimes. Regressions between grain yields and growing season precipitation for the three treatments showed that maize yields increased linearly with precipitation for CK; statistically significant quadratic models were found for HM and DRM treatments. The economic net incomes were calculated based on yields and inputs of capital and labor for the three treatments. Considering both water resource and economic outcome, we recommend that a precipitation range of 196-532 mm is most suitable for mulch and ridge-furrow techniques for maize on the Loess Plateau. Spatially, CK and HM treatment were most suitable for small parts of the southeast part of the plateau and DRM was suitable for most of (87%) the plateau.

Budesonide-Loaded Guar Gum Microspheres for Colon Delivery: Preparation, Characterization and in Vitro/in Vivo Evaluation

Abstract: A novel budesonide (BUD) colon delivery release system was developed by using a natural polysaccharide, guar gum. The rigidity of the microspheres was induced by a chemical cross-linking method utilizing glutaraldehyde as the cross-linker. The mean particle size of the microspheres prepared was found to be 15.21 ± 1.32 μm. The drug loading and entrapment efficiency of the formulation were 17.78% ± 2.31% and 81.6% ± 5.42%, respectively. The microspheres were spherical in shape with a smooth surface, and the size was uniform. The in vitro release profiles indicated that the release of BUD from the microspheres exhibited a sustained release behavior. The model that fitted best for BUD released from the microspheres was the Higuchi kinetic model with a correlation coefficient r = 0.9993. A similar phenomenon was also observed in a pharmacokinetic study. The prolongation of the half-life ( t 1/2), enhanced residence time (mean residence time, MRT) and decreased total clearance (CL) indicated that BUD microspheres could prolong the acting time of BUD in vivo. In addition, BUD guar gum microspheres are thought to have the potential to maintain BUD concentration within target ranges for a long time, decreasing the side effects caused by concentration fluctuation, ensuring the efficiency of treatment and improving patient compliance by reducing dosing frequency. None of the severe signs, like the appearance of epithelial necrosis and the sloughing of epithelial cells, were detected.
High precision predictions for exclusive $VH$ production at the LHC

Abstract: We present a resummation-improved prediction for $VH$ + 0 jets production at the Large Hadron Collider. We focus on highly-boosted final states in the presence of jet veto to suppress the $t{\bar t}$ background. In this case, conventional fixed-order calculations are plagued by the existence of large Sudakov logarithms $\alpha_s^n \log^m (p_T^{veto}/Q)$ for $Q\sim m_V + m_H$ which lead to unreliable predictions as well as large theoretical uncertainties, and thus limit the accuracy when comparing experimental measurements to the Standard Model. In this work, we show that the resummation of Sudakov logarithms beyond the next-to-next-to-leading-log accuracy, combined with the next-to-next-to-leading order calculation, reduces the scale uncertainty and stabilizes the perturbative expansion in the region where the vector bosons carry large transverse momentum. Our result improves the precision with which Higgs properties can be determined from LHC measurements using boosted Higgs techniques.
Plasmon modes in the magnetically doped Single Layer and Multilayers of Helical Metals

Abstract: We study the plasmon excitations and the electromagnetic response of the magnetically doped single layer and multilayer of ``helical metals'', which emerge at the surfaces of topological insulators. For the single layer case, we find a ``spin-plasmon'' mode with the rotating spin texture due to the combination of the spin-momentum locking of ``helical metals'' and the Hall response from magnetization. For the multilayers case, we investigate the electromagnetic response due to the plasmon excitations, including the Faraday rotation for the light propagating normal to the helical metal layers and an additional optical mode with the frequency within the conventional plasmon gap for the light propagating along the helical metal layers.
Fast Overlapping Group Lasso

Abstract: The group Lasso is an extension of the Lasso for feature selection on (predefined) non-overlapping groups of features. The non-overlapping group structure limits its applicability in practice. There have been several recent attempts to study a more general formulation, where groups of features are given, potentially with overlaps between the groups. The resulting optimization is, however, much more challenging to solve due to the group overlaps. In this paper, we consider the efficient optimization of the overlapping group Lasso penalized problem. We reveal several key properties of the proximal operator associated with the overlapping group Lasso, and compute the proximal operator by solving the smooth and convex dual problem, which allows the use of the gradient descent type of algorithms for the optimization. We have performed empirical evaluations using the breast cancer gene expression data set, which consists of 8,141 genes organized into (overlapping) gene sets. Experimental results demonstrate the efficiency and effectiveness of the proposed algorithm.
