Study on Spatial Econometrics of Level Spatial Data of Knowledge Spillover Effect in Industrial Industry in Guangdong Province  [PDF]

Abstract:
This paper uses an econometric model of hierarchical data space to do empirical research on the knowledge spillover effect of industrial industries in Guangdong Province. Specifically, three-dimensional panel data (regions, industries, and time) of 21 prefecture-level cities and 31 industrial industries in Guangdong Province from 2005 to 2016 were used and spatial correlation, time factors, and hierarchical nesting effects were taken into consideration to establish hierarchical data. The spatial econometric model uses an industrial structure to empirically analyze the impact of the knowledge spillover effect of the industrial industry in Guangdong on its economic development.
Verification of Mongolian Cyclone-Induced Snowstorm Model Forecast in Jilin Province, China  [PDF]

Abstract: Situation field forecast and rainfall forecast in typical numerical forecast models including EC (The European Centre for Medium-Range Weather Forecasts), t639 (T639 Global Forecast System) and Japanese model were verified by set statistics and TS (Threat Score) scoring based on 8 cases of Mongolian cyclone-induced snowstorm in Jilin Province in this paper. As shown by the results, for the forecast of Mongolian cyclone location and intensity, EC has significantly higher accuracy than Japanese model and t639, and there is a high likelihood that it forecasts the southerly cyclone location, relatively fast movement and comparatively weak intensity within 72 hours; for snowfall forecast, Japanese model shows significantly higher accuracy than other models, especially it has obviously stronger ability to forecast the heavy rainfall above snowstorm than other models, while WRF model (The Weather Research and Forecasting Model) has strong forecast ability of normal snowfall; for normal snowfall, the 72-hour missing forecast rate is higher than false forecast rate in all the models.
Statistical Recognition Method of Binary BCH Code  [PDF]

Abstract: In this paper, a statistical recognition method of the binary BCH code is proposed. The method is applied to both primitive and non-primitive binary BCH code. The block length is first recognized based on the cyclic feature under the condition of the frame length known. And then candidate polynomials are achieved which meet the restrictions. Among the candidate polynomials, the most optimal polynomial is selected based on the minimum rule of the weights sum of the syndromes. Finally, the best polynomial was factorized to get the generator polynomial recognized. Simulation results show that the method has strong capability of anti-random bit error. Besides, the algorithm proposed is very simple, so it is very practical for hardware im-plementation.
SF6 Byproducts in High-Humidity Environment: an Experimental Evaluation between 200oC and 500oC  [PDF]

Abstract: Abstract: In the occurrence of arc discharges, spark discharges, corona discharges and overheated faults in electrical equipment, SF 6would be decomposed to complicated byproducts, such as SO2 , H2S and HF. Analyzing these byproducts is an effective method to judge the internal operation condition of electric equipment. In order to study characters of SF6byproducts at different temperature of overheated faults in the electric equipment, a series of overheated faults of electric equipment were simulated. SF6is very stable and not significantly decomposed at 200oC, 250oC and 300oC. SF6is significantly decomposed to SO2, H2S and HF at 350oC. The concentration of SO2, H2S and HF was 7.2, 1.6 and 1.9 μL/L after heating for 5 hours in environment of SF6with 3616 μL/L water, and it was increased to 23.0, 3.0 and 1.2 μL/L 3 hours later. SF6is more easily to be decomposed and decomposed more rapidly at higher temperature. The concentration of SO2, H2S and HF was 62.2, 15.6 and 3.6 μL/L after heating for 5 hours in environment of SF6with 4064 μL/L water, and it was increased to 91.4, 25.2 and 2.3 μL/L 3 hours later. SF6will be decomposed to format HF, which is strongly corrosive and whose concentration is likely to decrease when it is above a certain concentration.

Abstract: In this paper we consider the high-tech equipment import market in a developing country. We discuss the behaviors of the foreign supplier, the domestic user, the new domestic supplier, and the role that the government can play in such a bi-oligopoly market. We apply both non-cooperative and cooperative game theory to analyze the market, and conduct comparative static and dynamic analysis on the equilibrium outcomes. We point out that government’s intervention may accelerate the market structure evolution and may improve the welfare outcome.

Abstract: The key generation algorithm of AES was introduced; the weaknesses of the key generation design of AES were investigated. According to the key demand put forward a kind of new design idea, and this designing strategy was developed, which can be used to improve the key generation algorithm of AES. An analysis shows that such improvement can enhance the safety of the original algorithm without reducing its efficiency.

Abstract:

The experiments of single factor evaluation method, principal component analysis and voronoi area weighting factor method on the sample data of Liangzi Lake in October 2012 combined with the national surface water environment quality standards can get the map of comprehensive water quality distribution by Kriging interpolation. The analysis shows, the grades of comprehensive water quality gained by three methods are all only class III or class IV, and the quality of water is different from east and west that the water quality of east is better. However, the percent of IV class water is higher in the result of single factor evaluation method means class IV is the main grade of water quality. The result of principal component analysis shows the percent of class water is higher than other classes. The result of voronoi area weighting factor method shows the percent of IV class is higher than other classes. CODMn is the main factor that influences the method of singal factor evaluation and reduces the grade of water quality overall. The effect of single factor is reduced by principal component analysis, and the analysis on water quality is more accurate. The voronoi area weighing factor method reduces the effect of single factor and extends the content, can make a comprehensive evaluation on water quality.

Abstract: Interpretation of geophysical material is the prospecting method. Interpretation of Gravity-megnetic data is based on data processing and inversion. When the grid is divided into several million cells, the computing task is heavy and time-consuming. In order to increase efficiency of the 3D forward modeling, the paper will adopt MPI parallel algorithm and the several processes will deal with data in the method. Finally, we can gather the result. Through comparing the result of sequence algorithm with the result of MPI parallel algorithm, we can see the result is the same. When the number of processes is 2 to 8, the speed-up ratio is 1.97 to 5. The MPI parallel algorithm is very efficient.

Abstract: This article puts forward the gray markov prediction model to predict mine gas emission by combining grey system theory and markov chain theory. And GM (1, 1) model is established in the first place for grey data by the model. To eliminate the error, and improve the prediction accuracy of the model, secondary parameters fitting was done on the basis of GM (1, 1) model. And we get second parameter fitting for trend prediction. Then using Markov state transfer probability matrix prediction method to do quadratic fitting for its predictive value, which can improve the prediction precision of the volatile random variables. It proves the prediction results of the model are satisfactory by analyzing history data of gas emission prediction. This conclusion broadens the application scope of grey forecast model and provides a new method for mine gas emission scientific forecast.

Abstract: Blunt cardiac rupture is a characteristic of high death rates and rapid death process. But sometimes it is hard to find out the cause of cardiac rupture of traumatized patients, especially when it relates the relationship between injury and disease. In the 2 cases reported herein, both of the 2 patients had pre-existent cardiac pathological changes when suffered from traumatic injury. Our aim is to evaluate autopsy findings from a medicolegal point of view, and offer our proposals on how to deal with this sort of cases.
