Abstract: Team interaction process contains three stages: input, process and output. The effectiveness of team interaction is the decisive factor of team competition. Nowadays, many scholars study on team interaction process based on a particular view, but few scholars put up with an overview on the whole team interaction process research results. Based on the predecessors’ researches and centered on the team interaction process, this paper outlines the three stages and its elements, the influence to team performance and measurements of team interaction. This paper also puts forward some prospects finally.

Abstract: Based on the two theoretical hypotheses of “screening theory” and “cultivation theory”, this paper reviews the concepts and motivations of venture capital institutions’ management intervention, and summarizes the two modes of venture capital institution management intervention: supervisory control intervention and operational management intervention. Based on two management intervention modes, this paper divides the management involvement into three levels: no management intervention, moderate management intervention, and deep management intervention. This paper systematically analyzes the influence mechanism of the two management intervention modes and the degree of involvement on the performance of venture enterprises, and constructs a comprehensive theoretical framework of venture capital and entrepreneurial enterprise performance, which provides theoretical support and research direction for follow-up research.

Abstract: Target tracking is a challenging problem for wireless sensor networks because sensor nodes carry limited power recourses. Thus, scheduling of sensor nodes must focus on power conservation. It is possible to extend the lifetime of a network by dynamic clustering and duty cycling. Sensor Scheduling Algorithm Target Tracking-oriented is proposed in this paper. When the target occurs in the sensing filed, cluster and duty cycling algorithm is executed to scheduling sensor node to perform taking task. With the target moving, only one cluster is active, the other is in sleep state, which is efficient for conserving sensor nodes’ limited power. Using dynamic cluster and duty cycling technology can allocate efficiently sensor nodes’ limited energy and perform tasks coordinately.

Abstract: A seven-mode truncation system of the Navier-Stokes equations for a two-dimensional incompressible fluid on a torus is considered. Its stationary solutions and stability are presented; the existence of the attractor and the global stability of the system are discussed. The whole process, which shows a chaos behavior approached through instability of invariant tori, is simulated numerically by computers with the changing of Reynolds number. Based on numerical simulation results of bifurcation diagram, Lyapunov exponent spectrum, Poincare section, power spectrum and return map of the system, some basic dynamical behaviors of the new chaos system are revealed.

Abstract: To eliminate the irrational supposition that condensed liquid water always falls immediately, specific water m?and maximum airborne specific water mm are introduced into the dynamic framework on non-uniform saturated moist atmosphere (m?is the ratio of the airborne liquid water mass to the moist air mass in unit cubage moist air, mm is its maximum value with \"\" , \"\" , \"\" and \"\" are airborne coefficient, vertical velocity and saturated specific humidity respectively). The balance equation between water vapor and airborne liquid water is derived. From the balance equation, a new formula of precipitate rate is got. The analysis shows that in the air stream with some upward vertical velocity (\"\" ), the condensed liquid water can precipitate under the condition with \"\" (q is specific humidity) and?\"\" only, otherwise it is detained in the air and becomes airborne liquid water. Not only does precipitating liquid water contain condensed liquid water, but also contains converged and existing airborne liquid water. Following above discussion, improved dynamic equations on non-uniform saturated moist atmosphere are provided.

Abstract:

The externality of the goods in the market affects the diffusion process of the product, and also affects the price strategy and advertising strategy that manufacturer makes in the diffusion process of the product. Positive externalitiy can accelerate the speed of the product diffusion, increase product sales, and save the cost of advertising in order to increase enterprise’s profit; Strong negative externality reduces product sales, increases enterprise’s advertising costs and makes losses. Under the market of the monopoly structure, considering the effect of products’ externality, product price and advertising investment on the product’s demand, builds the dynamic decision model of the product and uses the control theory to get the manufacturer’s optimal price strategy and optimal controlling strategy of the advertisement expenditure, and relatively analysis the changing trend of optimal controlling strategy, the product’s diffusion process and manufacturer’s profit on the different condition of positive and negative externality, and obtains some conclusions which are provides theory support for the decision enterprise makes.

Abstract: In this paper, the feasibility and advantages of employing high performance liquid chromatographic-photodiode array detection (HPLC-DAD) fingerprint combined with chemical pattern recognition for quality consistency evaluation of widely used Rhizoma rodgersiae (RR) were investigated and demonstrated for the first time. The Similarity Evaluation System was employed to evaluate the similarities of 10 batches of RR sample; moreover, hierarchical clustering analysis (HCA) and principal component analysis (PCA) were also successfully applied to discriminate RR samples of different regions and seasons. Our results indicated that the seasonal variation had some influence on the chemical fingerprints of this herbal drug. This approach allowed the discrimination of RR samples from different sources. The current study demonstrated that fingerprint profiling coupled with chemical pattern recognition offered a reliable and efficient way to comprehensively assess the quality consistency of the tested samples.

Abstract:
Throughout the history of the world, the development of the cities are related to the large water systems and the ocean. Where the river is abundant, the trade and regional centres could be formed. However, along with the prosperity of the water-cities, massive urban construction and environmental issues are enormous challenges in human process. A “scientific” urban planning, “Sponge City”, “Resilient City”, regional and urban culture and characteristics get more and more attention. The theme of “water and city” is clearly of great historical value and practical significance for the new resilient urban and water management strategies. The paper will summarize characteristics of geographical, historical, socio-cultural and political realms in metropolitan deltas and the historical governance as well as the recent developments in the Yangtze River Delta. It will introduce urban development and water management in four water cities: the canal and the city-Yangzhou, the river and the city-Nanjing, the lake and the city-Suzhou and the sea and the city-Shanghai. And then it will analyze the inner motivation of the interaction between water and cities in Yangtze River Delta. Furthermore, learning from successful historical experiences, the paper will provide suggestions for future sustainable urban development.
