[en] This paper is oriented to think from the theoretical diagnosis about the end of the television (Carlón: 2009; Verón: 2009; Perez Silva: 2000; Piscitelli: 1998) which is the developing of the television critique; some of the questions that guide this article are: what is happening with the television critique?, in what sense has mutated the critical speech? To do this, we will work with the thesis on the end of the television and with three stages of critique that we name paleo critique, neo critique and pos critique.

Comes,Yamila; Stolkiner,Alicia;
Anuario de investigaciones , 2005,
Abstract: this work is an advance of comes yamila phd fellowship financed by ubacyt. (fellowship director: lic. alicia stolkiner, thesis director dra. dora barrancos). it is framed from the investigation project titled: "reform in health care services of buenos aires: changes in the representations and practices of workers and poor users of the sector" (director lic. alicia stolkiner). it's aim is to describe nada analyze the symbolic access of poor women from the amba to health services. the social representations of free attention in public hospitals is analyzed as indicator of symbolic accessibility . methodology: semi structured interviews (applied to women selected by theoretic sampling. conclusions: the social representations about free attention in state hospitals are near to philosophical currents that deny the health attention as a right. they are close to the idea to free health attention as a "charity duty". they also expressed ideas about restriction of health rights for poor populations. this representations are in the same way that the discourses of the international agencies that had influenced in the health reform in argentina (wmf/wb). in the other hand this representations are far from the rights principles ``that emanates from the national constitutions.
Comes,Yamila; Stolkiner,Alicia;
Anuario de investigaciones , 2006,
Abstract: the aim of this work is to study the social representations of the right to heatlh attention of poor women selected by theoretical sampling. the methodology strategy is cualitative. twenty five semistructured interviews were done and the associative map technique was applied. the construction of the categories was based on the grounded theory principles. results: the central nucleus of most of the discourses is related with the equality concept. but this equality definition denotes correspondence with theoretical positions of liberalism related with charity concepts ("to every one according to his essential necessities"). the construction of a total citizenship based on the human and social rights guarantee with equality character and universal cover will need the transformation of this representations.
EMERGENCE OF BEGOMOVIRUSES IN CUBA
Martínez,Yamila;
Revista de Protecci?3n Vegetal , 2008,
Abstract: begomoviruses are plant pathogens that caused important losses to crops of economic interest in tropical and subtropical regions in the last decade. in cuba, nine begomoviruseshave been identified affecting tomato, beans, tobacco, pepper, squash, potato and weeds of different botanical families. the intergenic sequence (ir) and the n-terminal regions of the replication associated protein (rep) of begomoviruses identified in cuba were analysed using sequence data of gene collections (genebank). statistical programs were used for the alignments, phylogenetic analysis and searching of significant recombination fragments. the detection of possible recombination events was carried out for p=0.05, based on 10000 permutations. eleven ir recombination event sites between macroptilium yellow mosaic virus (maymv ) and tobacco leaf rugose virus (tlrv), and 15 between tomato mottle taino virus (tmotv) and dicliptera yellow mosaic virus (diymov ) were found. sixteen recombination event sites between maymv and sida golden yellow vein virus (sigyvv ) were also found in the rep region. jatropha mosaic virus (jmv) from jatropha gossipifolia and tomato yellow leaf curl virus tylcv-il( cu) from tomato and pepper showed base sequences in the alignments that were present in all the polymorphic sites detected and homologous to monomorphic sites. tmotv and diymov showed 3 and 4 polymorphic sites in the rep n-terminal region, respectively. all these sites constitute evidences of old recombination events destroyed during the evolution, and they may define the characteristics of the begomovirus species identified.
Exploring atmospheres of hot mini-Neptunes and extrasolar giant planets orbiting different stars with application to HD 97658b, WASP-12b, CoRoT-2b, XO-1b and HD 189733b

Abstract: We calculated an atmospheric grid for hot mini-Neptune and giant exoplanets, that links astrophysical observable parameters- orbital distance and stellar type- with the chemical atmospheric species expected. The grid can be applied to current and future observations to characterize exoplanet atmospheres and serves as a reference to interpret atmospheric retrieval analysis results. To build the grid, we developed a 1D code for calculating the atmospheric thermal structure and link it to a photochemical model that includes disequilibrium chemistry (molecular diffusion, vertical mixing and photochemistry). We compare thermal profiles and atmospheric composition of planets at different semimajor axis (0.01$\leq$a$\leq$0.1AU) orbiting F, G, K and M stars. Temperature and UV flux affect chemical species in the atmosphere. We explore which effects are due to temperature and which due to stellar characteristics, showing the species most affected in each case. CH$_4$ and H$_2$O are the most sensitive to UV flux, H displaces H$_2$ as the most abundant gas in the upper atmosphere for planets receiving a high UV flux. CH$_4$ is more abundant for cooler planets. We explore vertical mixing, to inform degeneracies on our models and in the resulting spectral observables. For lower pressures observable species like H$_2$O or CO$_2$ can indicate the efficiency of vertical mixing, with larger mixing ratios for a stronger mixing. By establishing the grid, testing the sensitivity of the results and comparing our model to published results, our paper provides a tool to estimate what observations could yield. We apply our model to WASP-12b, CoRoT-2b, XO-1b, HD189733b and HD97658b.
A semi-analytical model for exploring Galilean satellites formation from a massive disk

Physics , 2015, DOI: 10.1016/j.icarus.2015.10.030
Abstract: A better knowledge of Jovian satellites' origins will bring light on the environment that surrounded Jupiter during its formation and can help us to understand the characteristics of this unique satellite system. We developed a semi-analytical model to investigate Jupiter's regular satellite formation and present the results of our population synthesis calculations. We performed simulations adopting a massive, static, low-viscosity circumplanetary disk model, in agreement with a current study of magnetorotational instability in a circum-planetary disk. We find that the high gas density leads to very rapid migration of satellitesimals due to gas drag and type II migration of satellites in a faster disk-dominated mode. A large concentration of solids, large building blocks and longer type II migration time-scales favor formation and survival of large satellites. However, bodies as massive as Ganymede and those located far away from Jupiter, such as Callisto, are difficult to form with this scenario.
Liderazgo del Formador en el área de Recursos Humanos: Comparativa Entre Formadores Internos y Externos
Silva,Yamila; del Cerro,Antonio;
Psicoperspectivas , 2012, DOI: 10.5027/psicoperspectivas-Vol11-Issue2-fulltext-190
Abstract: this research focuses on detecting the presence of transactional and transformational leadership activity in human resource trainers' critical incidents and compares internal and external trainers in this arena. we chose critical incident interview as the data collection technique because it offers the possibility to obtain direct testimony about the trainers' concrete practices. results show that critical incidents linked transactional and transformational activity. the most recurrent transactional dimension was active management by exception and the most recurrent transformational dimension was individual consideration. the research contributed with empirical evidence about the simultaneity of both types of leadership behaviour in each individual trainer, with major transactional incidents being more frequent in the case of external trainers and major transformational incidents being more frequent in the case of internal trainers.

Abstract: We develop a simple model of planetary formation, focusing our attention on those planets with masses less than 10 Earth masses and studying particularly the primordial spin parameters of planets resulting from the accretion of planetesimals and produced by the collisions between the embryos. As initial conditions, we adopt the oligarchic growth regime of protoplanets in a disc where several embryos are allowed to form. We take different initial planetary system parameters and for each initial condition, we consider an evolution of 20 millon of years of the system. We perform simulations for 1000 different discs, and from their results we derive the statistical properties of the assembled planets. We have taken special attention to the planetary obliquities and rotation periods, such as the information obtained from the mass and semi major axis diagram, which reflects the process of planetary formation. The distribution of obliquities was found to be isotropic, which means that planets can rotate in direct or indirect sense, regardless of their mass. Our results regarding the primordial rotation periods show that they are dependent on the region where the embryo was formed and evolved. According to our results, most of the planets have rotation periods between 10 and 10000 hours and there are also a large population of planets similar to terrestrial planets in the Solar System.
