Abstract: Taking a robot manufacturing cell of repetitive production as subject investigated, a modeling method of robot manufacturing cell based on max algebra is presented in this paper according to analysis of the constraints exerted on the actions of machining and transfer process of a manufacturing cell. Based on the states space model constructed, stationary performance of the system under deterministic decision is analyzed and a method of deriving the cycle time of the system is obtained.

Abstract: The book Fenmensuosuilu was written by Wen Ge, who lived in early time of the Southern Song Dynasty. It includes the enhanced parts of Chen Ye, a famous writer in the Mid-term of Southern Song. Most of the contents quoted by Sikuquanshu and other ancient books come from the original texts of Fenmensuosuilu. The agricultural part of Fenmensuosuilu enlarges agricultural work fields, and it has an active effect on establishing a greater agricultural framework. Most of items in this part reflect the actual agricultural situations between Song Dynasty and Yuan Dynasty, some of which can rewrite the conclusions of the agriculture history. It also provides more evidence for the research on some ancient books. Keywords: Fenmensuosuilu; greater agricultural framework; agriculture history Résumé: Le livre Fenmensuosuilu est écrit par Wenge, qui vivait au début de la dynasite Song du Sud. It englobe des écrits de Chenye, un écrivain célèbre dans le mi-parcours de la dynastie Song du Sud. Sikuquanshu (四庫全書) et d'autres livres anciens ont cité des textes originaux de Fenmensuosuilu. La partie agricole' de Fenmensuosuilu élargit les domaines des travaux agricoles, et il a un effet actif sur la construction d'un cadre de l'agriculture à grande échelle. La plupart des articles dans cette partie reflètent la situation réelle de l'agriculture entre la dynastie Song et la dynastie Yuan, dont certains peuvent réécrire l'histoire de l'agricultre. Artificial Intelligence Techniques to Optimize the EDC/NHS-Mediated Immobilization of Cellulase on Eudragit L-100

Abstract: Two artificial intelligence techniques, namely artificial neural network (ANN) and genetic algorithm (GA) were combined to be used as a tool for optimizing the covalent immobilization of cellulase on a smart polymer, Eudragit L-100. 1-Ethyl-3-(3-dimethyllaminopropyl) carbodiimide (EDC) concentration, N-hydroxysuccinimide (NHS) concentration and coupling time were taken as independent variables, and immobilization efficiency was taken as the response. The data of the central composite design were used to train ANN by back-propagation algorithm, and the result showed that the trained ANN fitted the data accurately (correlation coefficient R2 = 0.99). Then a maximum immobilization efficiency of 88.76% was searched by genetic algorithm at a EDC concentration of 0.44%, NHS concentration of 0.37% and a coupling time of 2.22?h, where the experimental value was 87.97 ± 6.45%. The application of ANN based optimization by GA is quite successful.

Abstract: 以水分选城市生活有机垃圾为原料,采用35 L厌氧反应器进行中温(30(2)℃]批式厌氧消化,考察了反应器总固体浓度(TSr)对厌氧消化启动稳定性及启动性能的影响.结果表明,3种TSr下(16.0%,13.5%和11%)均能实现正常启动,没有挥发性有机酸(VFAs)和氨抑制,也未出现"抑制型稳态".系统具有自我调节能力,启动后的系统pH值逐渐上升并维持在中性,游离VFAs和游离氨分别稳定在50和6 mg/L以下,低于产甲烷抑制浓度.较低的TSr有助于快速启动并缩短厌氧消化周期,3种TSr的厌氧消化分别于32,25和12 d达到产气高峰,启动延滞期分别为10.8,5.6和1.9 d.

Abstract: To detect lines in digital image, this paper proposed a new algorithm. Different form traditional line detection algorithms, the algorithm does not search another coordinate transformation, but defines the line degree of a point in a curve as the sum of k Euclidean distance square between points centered at the point, and deduces that except limited points in the head and tail, points in a line segment will have the maximum line degree. Derived from this characteristic, the new algorithm detects line segments in a two-pass manner. Firstly, the points on a curve that obviously belonged to a line segment were selected by using Freeman chain-code. Secondly, the points that were continuous and had the maximum line degree were selected. The result shows the algorithm is stable, precise and fast.

Abstract: Electricigens play an important role in microbial fuel cell (MFC). This review provides an introduction of different electricigens on theirs taxonomical group, biochemical, physiological and morphological characteristics. The ability of electricity production of electricigens and electron transfer mechanisms in microbial fuel cells are also concluded. The prospect of waste water treatment and bio-electricity production is underlined, it is point out in this review that the future research of microorganism for MFC should be focused on enrichment, adaptation, modification and optimization by multi-strains application to improve the performances of MFC.

Abstract: Effects of transition metals(La,Ce,Zr,Mn) on catalytic performance of double metal cyanide(DMC) catalysts for biodiesel synthesis were studied.The structure and performance of the catalysts were studied using XRD,FT-IR,ICP,BET et al.The experimental results showed that the DMC catalyst prepared by adding 1% of transition metal salts had higher activity.The catalyst with highest catalytic activity was prepared by adding 1% of La(NO3)3·nH2O.Under the conditions of methanol/oil mol ratio of 16∶1,catalyst amount of 2% and temperature of 160 ℃,a high yield(99.3%) of fatty acid methyl esters(FAME) was obtained within 7 h.The analytical results showed that adding 1% of transition metals did not change the molecular formula of Fe(II)-Zn double metal cyanide complex catalysts,while it improved particle dispersion,decreased particle size and increased surface area.This was the reason that transition metals promoted catalysts had higher activity.

Abstract: In a class of numerical computation problems,the complexity of an algorithm depends onthe order of variables eliminated.The optimal order of variables eliminated is the one thatmakes the complexity as low as possible.This paper presents a method that formulates an order of variables to be eliminated as theorder of nodes to be deleted from a graph,and gives two heuristic algorithms for finding agood order of nodes to be deleted from a graph.Finally,some open problems are proposed forfurther study.
