Abstract: 用Gibbs自由能最小化方法对粉煤气化过程进行了热力学平衡分析。对一混合煤种,在3.0MPa和气化温度限制在1200℃-1450℃时,研究了氧-煤比、蒸气-煤比对气化炉出口气体组成、温度和有效气产率的影响,并由此确定了可行的操作域是氧-煤比545m^3/t-605m^3/t、蒸气-煤比为152.64kg/t~313.92kg/t及其对应的工艺指标。从操作域中选择有代表性的工艺条件为氧-煤比578m^3/t、蒸气-煤比为187kg/t,对应的气化炉出口温度1358℃,CO H2干基体积分数为91.5%,有效气产率为2.123(CO H2)m^3/kg。同时,研究了碳转化率和热损失对气化工艺指标的影响,其影响是显著的。

Abstract: A stochastic model of the residence time distribution was established on the basis of a continuous-time Markov chain and some knowledge of matrix. According to the measurement of flow field for the opposed tetraburner gasifier, the gasifier was divided into several regions and the Markov chain states transfer diagram was formed. It is found that the calculated results can give a reasonable fit for the experimental data when the reflux ratio of jet reflux region and impinging stream reflux region is 1, and the tube stream region can be regarded as PFR, the other regions as CSTR. Based on the established model, the residence time distribution of cold model gasifier for different conditions is predicted. It can be concluded that the mean residence time is reduced and the variance is increased with the increase of flow rate. The mean residence time is increased and the variance is reduced with the increase of gasifier height. The prediction of residence time distribution for an industrial opposed tetra-burner gasifier shows that the flow pattern of industrial gasifier is closed to CSTR, which is beneficial to the gasification reaction.

Abstract: The CO2 gasification reactivity of coal chars blended with different proportions of coarse slag were investigated by using an STA449F3 thermo-balance in the isothermal mode at the temperature range from 900 ℃ to 1 380 ℃.The thermal behavior of the sample was studied using thermo-gravimetric analysis and differential scanning calorimetry(TG-DSC),and the two regions(i.e.the low temperature region and the high temperature region) for the gasification reactivity and carbon conversion of coal chars were defined according to the flow temperature of coal ash fusion.The gasification reactivity and carbon conversion of coal chars with coarse slag added are improved in the low temperature region.But the addition of coarse slag decreases the carbon conversion,and the gasification reactivity of coal chars blended with coarse slag to certain ratio also decreases in the high temperature region.It is indicated that the initial gasification reaction of coal chars is chemically controlled in the low temperature region,and diffusively controlled in the high temperature region.

Abstract: 对射流携带床液体停留时间分布进行了研究,考察了液体流量、气体流量和气体动量对液体停留时间分布的影响.结果表明,增加液体流量使停留时间分布密度曲线变得高而窄,且平均停留时间变短;气体流量增大使得停留时间出峰略有提前,气体流量大于4 L/min时,继续增大气体流量对液体停留时间分布影响较小;当液体流量小于60 L/h时,气体动量对液体停留时间的影响较明显,主要表现气体动量越大液体平均停留时间越长.基于实验结果分析及实验中观测的现象,将射流携带床内液体流动结构分为中心区和壁面区进行研究,建立了描述射流携带床内液体停留时间分布的数学模型,模型模拟结果和实验数据吻合良好.

Abstract: Effect of alkali metal K on the hydrogasification of lignite was studied in a pressurized fixed-bed reactor,and the effects of temperature,pressure and catalyst loading on the reactivity of hydrogasification of lignite coal were examined.The experimental results show that the alkali metal K has a superior catalysis on the hydrogasification of lignite,and the carbon conversion of hydrogasification and the methane content in gaseous products can be up to 95% and 89%,respectively.The gasification reactivity can be enhanced obviously by increasing temperature,pressure and catalyst loading,and the catalyst loading saturation level is about 15%.The surface morphology and pore structure of coal samples with different catalyst loadings have been analyzed using scanning electron microscope(SEM) and gas adsorption/desorption analysis,which indicates that the specific surface areas and total pore volume decrease initially,and then increase with the increasing of catalyst loading.
A Study of the Balanced Sections of the Structure in the Central Part of Southern Junggar Basin

Abstract: Based on the theory of balanced section, the author probed into structural geometry, kinematics and structural history of three typical sections in the study area by using the inversion technique of balanced section. It is shown that the fold-thrust zone in the central part of southern Junggar Basin can be longitudinally divided into two parts, namely the basement-involved belt and the décollement belt. The structure has the characteristics that displacement of the back thrust increases and its detached horizon deepens gradually from north to south. In the latitudinal direction, the conversion of regional shortening strain is changed regularly during the compressional deformation through the transfer and complementarity of the displacement.

Abstract: 在对新疆尉犁蛭石膨胀机理研究的基础上,研究了在不同温度和加热速率条件下该蛭石的体积膨胀率,试图得到影响蛭石膨胀的主要膨胀工艺参数,开发新型节能膨胀技术. 研究发现,新疆尉犁蛭石的单片体积膨胀率和集合膨胀率均随温度升高而增加,但当温度超过600℃后,体积膨胀率增加缓慢. 单片体积膨胀率存在很大的离散性,说明新疆尉犁蛭石不是单一的金云母-蛭石层间矿物,而是由一系列水化程度不同的金云母组成的次生变质矿. 在引起蛭石膨胀的150~300℃温度区间内出现3个吸热峰,它们分别是由与不同阳离子结合的层间水的脱除引起的. 加热速率影响热膨胀过程,快速加热有利于制备高膨胀率的蛭石粉体. 制备的高膨胀率蛭石的层孔直径大约为100 nm,粉体的室温热导率为0.113~0.115 W/(m·K),是一种性能优良的隔热材料.

Abstract: The expansion mechanism of vermiculite was characterized during heating-up with in-situ X-ray diffraction and TG-DSC analysis. Combining X-ray diffractions with their inherent colors and volumetric expansion ratios, vermiculite is statistically classified into three categories, yellow, deep-yellow and deep-green ones, based on its thermal behavior in the hydration process. Certain correlations are found existing between the hydration process and volumetric expansion ratio at certain heating conditions. Different microcosmic characters are detected with the three types of vermiculite. Combining the analyzing of structural change, volumetric expansion ratio and content of different types of water releasing during heating at various temperatures, the mechanism of volumetric expansion is discussed primarily, which provides some very useful indications for production of vermiculite powder with high expansion and high quality.

Abstract: This paper proposed a Web content information extraction method based on tag window, which could deal with some special circumstances, all the Web content information was put into one td or several tds, and the character numbers of Web content information was at most equal to that of the other information, navigation bars, advertisement, and the copyright, etc. Most especially, it could extract the Web content information which was not existed as the Table format. Experiments show that this method can improve the accuracy of the Web content information extraction and has a wide applicability.

Abstract: To solve the problem of mixed subjects returned by search engine results, a new subject phrases clustering algorithm is presented to help locate the valuable results that the users really need. The algorithm firstly extractes some subject phrases from the search results. Then, the vector space model is built. Finally, the results are clustered by the improved k-means algorithm. The algorithm was tested and validated by the experiments.
