Species diversity of the fungal genus Lachnum (Hyaloscyphaceae, Ascomycotina) from tropical China

Abstract: 本文在对我国盘菌资源调查的基础上 ,分析研究了热带地区粒毛盘菌属真菌的物种多样性。本研究共分析45 1份标本 ,属于 35个分类单位 ,其中Lachnumabnormevar.abnorme ,L .brasiliense,L .flavidulum ,L .pteri dophyllum ,L .sclerotii和L .virgineum 6个种的个体数量均在总数的 6 %以上 ,占已观察标本总数的 73 .4% ,是我国热带地区的常见种。物种多样性分析表明 ,海南的物种丰富度 (S =2 2 )和多样性指数 (H′ =2 .6 6 96 )最高 ,云南与广西的物种丰富度相似。采用群落系数 (coefficientofcommunity ,cc)比较了不同地区的物种分布相似性。本文还试图探讨物种分布与海拔高度、生境、基物间的关系。粒毛盘菌属真菌在海拔 6 0~ 2 70 0m的地带均有分布 ,由于调查和取样的局限性 ,物种随海拔高度变化的规律不明显 ;地理分布上大致可分为世界性分布、间断性分布和地方特有三种分布型。

Abstract: Current classification of the Hyaloscyphaceae is based mainly on morphological characteristics, which does not reveal the phylogenetic relationships among genera in the family. Investigation of the phylogenetic relationships of Lachnum and some related genera by using sequence analysis of partial 18S rDNA was carried out and the results indicated that Lachnum and its allies are possibly not monophyletic and that three lineages were recognized. Lachnum hyalopus and its closely related species, L. nudipes and L. virgineum, represent one group. L. brasiliense, L. sclerotii, L. singerianum, Albotricha guangxiensis, Calycellina populina, Cistella grevillei, Hyaloscypha aureliella, Lachnellula calyciformis, Parachnopeziza guangxiensis, and Trichopeziza sulphurea constitute another one with a low bootstrap value (57%). As currently defined, Lachnum is probably paraphyletic or polyphyletic. Lachnum and Cistella somewhat similar in morphological features were grouped together with 51% bootstrap value and might be close. Parachnopeziza previously placed in the Arachnopezizoideae seemed not close to Arachnopeziza, the type genus of that subfamily. Of the 14 species examined, the most distant species is Arachnopeziza aurata, which suggests that the Arachnopezizoideae might not be closely related to other members of the Hyaloscyphaceae.
DNA molecular marker techniques: application to and influence on fungal systematics

Abstract: DNA molecular markers technique has been introduced as new approaches to study fungal phylogeny and evolution. Nowadays, fungal molecular systematics is a mature discipline, and the history of development and representative research approaches of fungal molecular systematics and the main attributions of these approaches to fungal systematics are discussed in this paper. The organisms studied by mycologists, fungi, are divided into three different groups. The slime moulds and oomycetes do not belong to the Kingdom of Fungi. The recent milestone is the AFTOL (Assembling the Fungal Tree of Life) project, in which a higher-level phylogenetic classification of the Fungi is proposed. The kingdom Fungi traditionally consisted of Ascomycota, Basidiomycota, Chytridiomycota and Zygomycota, but more recent classifications of the fungal kingdom now include Ascomycota, Basidiomycota, Chytridiomycota, Blastocladiomycota, Neocallimastigomycota, Glomeromycota, Microsporidia and several subphyla incertae sedis, including Mucoromycotina, Entomophthoromycotina, Kickxellomycotina and Zoopagomycotina. The concept of the different taxa in fungi has also been revised. Furthermore, the investigation of molecular markers technique influences the fields such as fungal species concept recognition, the connection of teleomorph and anamorph, and molecular fungal ecology, etc.

Abstract: A new method to calibrate CCD camera was proposed.It consists of two-dimension rotate instrument,collimator and CCD camera.At first,through Hough translation and least squares image matching,the intersection point of crisscross fixed on collimator,which imaged on the CCD focus plane,was found,And then a linear regression of least squares was used to calibrate the inner orientation elements and the distorted parameters based on the non-linear distortion model of camera.Experimental results of this method reveal good performance in the application of aerial triangulation operation and digital mapping.
Identification and evaluation of main cultivated species of Pleurotus in China based on ITS sequence analysis

Abstract: Phylogenetic relationships of main cultivated Pleurotus species in China were evaluated and elucidated. ITS sequences were produced from 20 strains of Pleurotus by clone sequencing of PCR products. Additional 27 sequences of ITS were obtained from GenBank which included 15 species of Pleurotus and 2 species of Hohenbuehelia. Phylogenetic analyses indicated that Pleurotus was monophyletic with Hohenbuehelia grisea and H. tremula as the outgroups and seven lineages were recognized. Twenty strains of Pleurotus in Chinawere placed into three groups. P. eryngii, P. nebrodensis, P. eryngii var. ferulae, P. spodoleucus, P. sajor-caju, P. ostreatus and Pleurotus spp. PHZAU8, 10, 12-13, 15, and 17 represent Ostreatus-eryngii-populinus complex group and P. pulmonarius, P. sapidus, and Pleurotus spp. PHZAU9, 11, 14 constitute another one with bootstrap value of 84% and 89%, respectively. Citrinopileatus-cornucopiae group included P. cornucopiae, P. citrinopileatus and Pleurotus sp. PHZAU16. The result also showed that there was close relationships between P. eryngii and P. nebrodensis as well as between P. cornucopiae and P. citrinopileatus. P. sajor-caju was distant to P. pulmonarius.
Mycorrhizal Microstructure of Cymbidium georingii and Its Mycorrhizal Fungi Isolation and Identification

Abstract: 以盆栽春兰和野生春兰的根为材料,通过切片观察菌根真菌的分布特点和菌根的显微结构.同时采用组织分离方法从盆栽和野生春兰根分别分离得到6个和15个真菌菌株,分离菌株的出现频率分别为16.7%~50%和6.7%~73.3%,并由此判断CGP-3为盆栽春兰菌根的优势菌种,CGW-3为野生春兰菌根的优势菌种.经形态学观察将其初步分为6个分类单元,其中CGP-2和CGW-2分别具有拟日本曲霉(Aspergillus japonicus-like)和拟木霉属(Trichoderma sp.-like)的形态特征.此外,对兰科植物与内生真菌间的专一性进行了讨论.
Research on Rapid Automatic 3D City Model Reconstruction Based on Multi-view Images

Abstract: A rapid automatic 3D city model reconstruction method based on multi-view images is proposed. First, the multi-view images are captured from the region to be reconstructed. After the processing of digital photometric information, the 3D information on terrain is extracted automatically. Then, the geometrical information about buildings are captured semiautomatically with an interactive mapping process and the roof and wall texture of the buildings is extracted automatically from the multi-view images. Thus, the model of buildings and the 3D scene of the reconstructed region can be established. Experimental results have shown that this method is feasible and effective.

Abstract: Genomics that indicates DNA sequence of genomes of different organisms and their genetics background is a core of discipline closely related with biology and medical research. The last decade has witnessed a revolution in the genomics of the fungal kingdom and fungi have become the best model organisms of the eukaryotes. By June of 2008, there were less than 80 fungal genomes that were completely or almost completely sequenced and publicly accessible representing the widest sampling of genomes from any eukaryotic kingdom. These genomes belonging to true fungi, Microsporidia and Oomyces vary in size from approximately 2.5 Mb to 81.5 Mb. This review here provides an overview of available fungal genomes.
Ecological Effects and Fate of Fluoroquinolones Residues in Soil

Abstract: Fluoroquinolones are synthetic antimicrobial agents that are active against a broad spectrum of pathogenic Gram-negative and -positive bacteria by selectively inhibiting DNA gyrase and used in a wide variety in clinic because of their good pharmic kinetics and curing effects, thus causing environmental pollution. The physicochemical characteristics of fluoroquinolones and their environmental effect, identification, monitoring and bioremediation in soil were summarized in this paper.
The antifungal components from Daedaleopsis tricolor

Abstract: Through screening antifungal components from secondary metabolites of polypores, a strain of Daedaleopsis tricolor was found to produce metabolites that showed antifungal activities against Candida albicans AS2.2086, Saccharomyces cerevisiae AS2.1882, Aspergillus flavus AS3.0951 and Aspergillus fumigatus AS3.5835. The solid culture of D. tricolor was extracted with methyl ethyl ketone and the extracts were fractionated by vacum liquid chromatography, Sephadex LH-20 and HPLC. Three isocoumarins (1-3) were identified as 4-(2-hydroxyethanol)-8-hydroxyisocoumarin, 4-(2-hydroxyacetyl)-8-hydroxyisocoumarin and 4-(2-hydroxyacetyl)-5, 8-hydroxyisocoumarin by analyses of their ESIMS and NMR data. These compounds were isolated for the first time from the genus Daedaleopsis and compound 2 showed antifungal activity.
