Investigation and Analysis of the Actuality of Female College Students’ Extracurricular Athletics since the Sunshine Sports Was Developed

Abstract: In the process that China actively pushes the sunshine sports, the research of the development of college students’ extracurricular athletics is very important to respond the national call and actively enhance college students’ physical quality. By the investigation, analysis, and research about the female college students’ cognition degree of “sunshine sports”, intention of participating in the extracurricular athletics, cognition of extracurricular athletics, liking items, exercise times, exercise time, exercise place, and influencing factors in Tianjin, relative suggestions about the female college students’ extracurricular athletics in Tianjin are proposed in the article.
Weak Convergence of Equity Derivatives Pricing with Default Risk

Abstract: This paper presents a discrete--time equity derivatives pricing model with default risk in a no--arbitrage framework. Using the equity--credit reduced form approach where default intensity mainly depends on the firm's equity value, we deduce the Arrow--Debreu state prices and the explicit pricing result in discrete time after embedding default risk in the pricing model. We prove that the discrete--time defaultable equity derivatives pricing has convergence stability, and it converges weakly to the continuous--time pricing results.
The Complete Convergence Theorem Holds for Contact Processes in a Random Environment on $Z^d\times Z^+$

Abstract: In this article, we consider the basic contact process in a static random environment on the half space $Z^d\times Z^+$ where the recovery rates are constants and the infection rates are independent and identically distributed random variables. We show that, for almost every environment, the complete convergence theorem holds. This is a generalization of the known result for the classical contact process in the half space case.

After decades of practice and development, the GMP of drug production has entered the cGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practice) era. In 21st century, PAT has become one of the new trends in the reform of the United States cGMP. In order to learn from foreign pharmaceutical quality control and production management experience, in this paper, the concept of PAT was introduced, the background of drug production PAT and its significance, the development trends of domestic pharmaceutical production PAT were reviewed. The domestic pharmaceutical engineering education under the new situation of PAT was discussed with emphasis. It was pointed out that to meet the requirements of the development of PAT, China's pharmaceutical engineering education needs constant adjustment and reform.

Fatigue Strength and Modal Analysis of Bogie Frame for DMUs Exported to Tunisia  [PDF]

The equivalent stress at key positions of Bogie Frame for DMUs Exported to Tunisia is obtained by using simulation analysis. The evaluation of static strength and fatigue strength is checked referring to UIC specification and Goodman sketch for welding materials. In addition, the modal analysis of the frame is made, and the vibrational modal of frame in given frequency domain is predetermined to evaluate the dynamical behavior of the frame in order to meet the dynamical design requirements. The results show that the key points of the calculated frame of the equivalent stress are less than allowable stress, and thus it could provide a theoretical foundation for the optimized design of frame structure and safety of industrial production.

Abstract: Experimental study was conducted with regard to upgrading low-quality coal by low temperature pyrolysis technology and fluidization classification technology, which laid the theoretical foundation for research and development of low-quality coal upgrading process. Firstly, a pyrolysis pilot experiment of long-flame coal was performed and the optimum pyrolysis conditions were found. When the final pyrolysis temperature was 450?C and the residence time was 10 minutes, the content of semicoke volatile dry ash-free was about 22.89% and the content of semicoke ash was about 16.1%. More than 5% of the ash needs to be removed before entering the pyrolysis fluidized bed. Thus, classification tests were carried out to pick out the coal particles with the target size of 500 μm, using a gas-solid fluidized bed coal picker. It was found that the separating effect of coal particles was the most satisfactory when the inlet velocity at the bottom was 3.27 m/s. The percentage of particles with diameters less than 500 μm was as low as 28.7% in the coarse samples. Based on the test results, a novel process of low-quality coal upgrade and coupling was proposed, which realized the sorting, grading, drying and pyrolysis of low-quality coal through the multi-stage fluidized bed integrated process.

SAD phasing by OASIS at different resolutions down to 0.30nm and below

Abstract: Single-wavelength anomalous diffraction (SAD) phasing is increasingly important in solving de novo protein structures. Direct methods have been proved very efficient in SAD phasing. This paper aims at probing the low-resolution limit of direct-method SAD phasing. Two known proteins TT0570 and Tom70p were used as test samples. Sulfur-SAD data of the protein TT0570 were collected with conventional Cu-K\alpha source at 0.18nm resolution. Its truncated subsets respectively at 0.21, 0.30, 0.35 and 0.40nm resolutions were used in the test. TT0570 Cu-K$\alpha$ sulfur-SAD data have an expected Bijvoet ratio <\vert\Delta F\vert>/\ \sim 0.55%. In the 0.21nm case, a single run of OASIS-DM-ARP/wARP led automatically to a model containing 1178 of the total 1206 residues all docked into the sequence. In 0.30 and 0.35nm cases, SAD phasing by OASIS-DM led to traceable electron density maps. In the 0.40nm case, SAD phasing by OASIS-DM resulted in a degraded electron density map, which may be difficult to trace but still contains useful secondary-structure information. Test on real 0.33nm selenium-SAD data of the protein Tom70p showed that even automatic model building was not successful, the combination of manual tracing and direct-method fragment extension was capable of significantly improving the electron-density map. This provides the possibility of effectively improving the manually built model before structure refinement is performed.
DEB: A web interface for RNA-seq digital gene expression analysis

Abstract: Digital expression (DE) is an important application of RNA-seq technology to quantify the transcriptome. The number of mapped reads to each transcript or gene varies under different conditions and replicates. Currently, three different statistical algorithms (edgeR, DESeq and bayseq) are available as R packages, to compare the reads to identify significantly expressed transcripts or genes. So far, users have to manually install and run each R package separately. It is also of users’ interest to compare the results of different approaches. Here, we present a pipeline DEB which automates all the steps in file preparation, computation and result comparison.
