Abstract: 通过竖直直方投影和均匀网格离散将激光雷达扫描得到的输电线路三维点云降维成二维灰度图像,提取其中直方响应最大的地方作为杆塔的水平位置,分离杆塔,输电线在走向上以杆塔为界分段;再沿其悬垂面的法线方向对各段输电线作正投影,对投影的散点进行迭代的鲁棒二次曲线拟合,实现在竖直方向上的各层输电线的分离。杆塔的提取和输电线的拟合是实现电力系统净空排查分析、输电线点云实体化和场景漫游的重要环节。

Abstract: 讨论了一种基于自发参量下转换双光子场绝对校准光电探测器灵敏度的新方法,着重推导了对自发参量下转换过程中产生的单光子的探测概率和双光子的符合速率,从而阐明了绝对测量光电探测器量子效率的原理.基于这一方法对光子计数型光电倍增管的响应灵敏度进行了测量,并将实验结果与常规方法测得的结果进行了比较.
Maintenance of cooperation induced by punishment in public goods games

Abstract: In this paper, we study the public goods games with punishment by adopting the well-known approximate best response dynamics. It shows that the evolution of cooperation is affected by two aspects when other parameters are fixed. One is the punishment mechanism which can avoid the dilemma of lacking investment, and the other is the degree of rationality. Theoretical analysis and numerical results indicate that the existence of punishment mechanism and distribution of rationality are the keys to the enhancement of cooperation level. We also testify that they can heavily influence the payoffs of system as well. The findings in this paper may provide a deeper understanding of some social dilemmas.

Abstract: In this work, the optional public goods games with punishment are studied. By adopting the approximate best response dynamics, a micro model is given to explain the evolutionary process. Simultaneously, the magnitude of rationality is also considered. Under the condition of bounded rationality which provides a light to interpret phenomena in human society, the model leads to two types of equilibriums. One is the equilibrium without punishers and the other is the equilibrium including only punishers and cooperators. In addition, the effects of rationality on equilibriums are briefly investigated.

Abstract: The internal friction (49kHz), ultrasonic attenuation (4-82 MHz) and Young's modulus associated with martensitic transition (MT) were measured in AuCd alloys containing 46.1 at%, 47.5 at% and 52.5 at% Cd respectively.The internal friction due to MT in the kHz range was confirmed as the hysteresis loss just the same as we have disclosed in the Hz range. The origin of internal friction peak was explained by elastic softening and the interaction of the interface dislocations with point defects. But the ultrasonic attenuation in the MHz range is frequency dependent, this implies that there exist components of resonance and relaxation loss contributed by viscous motion of dislocations.In addition, the isothermal martensitic transition peak and the premartensitic phase transformation peak in AuCd alloys were observed as well.
Synthesis and Broad-Spectrum Antiviral Activity of Some Novel Benzo-Heterocyclic Amine Compounds

Abstract: A series of novel unsaturated five-membered benzo-heterocyclic amine derivatives were synthesized and assayed to determine their in vitro broad-spectrum antiviral activities. The biological results showed that most of our synthesized compounds exhibited potent broad-spectrum antiviral activity. Notably, compounds 3f (IC 50 = 3.21–5.06 μM) and 3g (IC 50 = 0.71–34.87 μM) showed potent activity towards both RNA viruses (influenza A, HCV and Cox B3 virus) and a DNA virus (HBV) at low micromolar concentrations. An SAR study showed that electron-withdrawing substituents located on the aromatic or heteroaromatic ring favored antiviral activity towards RNA viruses.

Abstract: 将马鞍山钢铁股份公司高炉瓦斯泥配入东凯肥煤中制备水煤浆,分析了瓦斯泥和煤样的物理化学特性,采用回归方法研究了瓦斯泥与水煤浆表观粘度、定粘浓度(室温25℃、表观粘度定为1200mPas时水煤浆的浓度)及发热量的关系.结果表明,加入高炉瓦斯泥能明显改善水煤浆的流变性,降低其表观粘度,但稳定性和发热量均有所降低.主要原因是高炉瓦斯泥的主要组分改变了水煤浆溶液的酸碱度导致其成浆性发生改变,瓦斯泥中矿物表面带电及矿物含量也是影响成浆性的重要因素.添加24%瓦斯泥能制备较理想的水煤浆.

Abstract: The structure of the title compound, [Mn(NCS)2(C6H8N2)4], consists of isolated molecules of [Mn(NCS)2(Aim)4] (Aim = 1-allylimidazole), which contain a compressed octahedral MnN6 chromophore (site symmetry overline1). The NCS anions are trans and four N atoms from the Aim ligands define the equatorial plane. The mean Mn—N(Aim) and Mn—N(NCS) distances are 2.270 and 2.229 , respectively. Weak C—H...N interactions contribute to the crystal packing stability.

Abstract: Osteoarthritis (OA) means inflammation of the joints, with the symptoms of joint pain, stiffness, and swelling of the joints. It is a degenerative disease that appears to be caused by both biomechanical and bio-chemical factors. Intra-articular (IA) injection treatment is one of the main treatment methods for OA because of its positive effect in reducing joint pain and increasing joint mobility. IA injection of xanthan gum (XG) could protect the joint cartilage, relieve the synovitis and reduce the OA progression in experiment OA. The injection of XG may have a long-lasting effect in the joint cavity, which could avoid frequent IA injections. However, for the development of this potential therapy, further studies such as the effective long-term pain relief properties, the detailed action mechanism and the pharmacokinetics of the XG injection will be conducted. This article briefly reviewed the preparation, safety evaluation, pharmacodynamics and possible action mechanism of XG injection, and come up with the ideas for further development of this potential therapy for OA.
Chamaejasmine Inactivates Akt To Trigger Apoptosis in Human HEp-2 Larynx Carcinoma Cells

Abstract: In the present study, we investigated the mechanisms of chamaejasmine action on human HEp-2 larynx carcinoma cells, which possess constitutively active Akt. Results indicated that chamaejasmine showed more notable anticancer activity than apigenin against HEp-2, PC-3, NCI-H1975, HT-29 and SKOV-3. Moreover, chamaejasmine presented most significantly inhibition towards HEp-2, with IC50 values of 1.92 μM. Treatment of HEp-2 cells with chamaejasmine (1–4 μM) resulted in signi?cant dose-dependent decrease in Akt phosphorylation at Serine473. Chamaejasmine-mediated dephosphorylation of Akt resulted in inhibition of its kinase activity, which was con?rmed by reduced phosphorylation of proapoptotic proteins BAD and glycogen synthase kinase-3, essential downstream targets of Akt. Inactivation of Akt seems to be associated with downregulation of insulin-like growth factor receptor 1 protein level and inhibition of its autophosphorylation upon chamaejasmine treatment. Exposure to chamaejasmine signi?cantly induced caspase-9 and caspase-3 activity. In vivo, chamaejasmine intake through gavage resulted in inactivation of Akt and induction of apoptosis in HEp-2 tumors. These results suggest that Akt inactivation and dephosphorylation of BAD is a critical event, at least in part, in chamaejasmine-induced HEp-2 cells apoptosis.
