Abstract: 研究了一种在动态环境下的新型协作多机器人路径规划算法。采用集中式与分布式相结合的多机器人系统体系结构,弥补了在分布式环境下的全局性较差和在集中式环境下的实时性较差等不足。在此基础上,通过融合免疫协同进化算法与人工势场法解决全局路径规划与局部路径规划问题,以有效提高机器人的全局协调能力及自适应水平。仿真实验证明了所提算法在动态环境下实现的可行性与有效性。

Abstract: This paper introduces a new path planning in dynamic nondeterministic environments.We combine POMDP and APF into the new path planning which takes full account of the uncertainty of the information in real world.Based on the APF’s advantage of avoiding the expensive computation,it guides the setting of POMDP’s rewards value to improve the efficiency of decision making.The result of the simulation shows that the proposed algorithm has higher search efficiency and can make the robot reach the target faster.
Microstructure and Mechanical Property Analysis of AlN Ceramic with Mo-Ni-Cu Alloy Active Brazed Joints

Abstract: AlN ceramic is a higha2performance electronic packaging material, but it is difficult to joint with metals directly. AlN ceramic and Mo-Ni-Cu alloy was brazed using 98£¨Ag28Cu£ 2Ti active filler alloy in vacuum. EBSD, EDS and XRD were used to study the microstructure and phases of bonding area and the surface of the sheared sample. The mechanical properties and hermeticity performance were measured. It is found that TiN exists in the interface of AlN ceramic, which indicate that there is a chemical bond between ceramic and filler metal, but there is a few of Ni-Ti intermetallics in the interface of Moa2Ni-Cu alloy. TiN and AlN are found on the sheared fracture surface, which indicate that fracture occurrs from the bonding area near the AlN ceramic. The sample has good performance with gas leakage rate of 1.0 0-11Pa ¤m3/s, average bending strength of |мSUB>£ SUB>=78.55MPa and shear strength of |мSUB>| /SUB>=189.58MPa.

Abstract: Previous research has indicated there are some defects in the traditional immune-based algorithm of detecting abnormity. Two common defects of this are as follows: the detectors created by the algorithm cannot cover all Nonself-space, and the number of the detectors in the algorithm is too big to keep the detectors from covering each other. These defects are the main reasons why the algorithm is not efficient. In this paper, an algorithm, which can deal with mixed-type data and produce detectors in different sizes to improve the capacity of covering Nonself-space is proposed. The simulated and compared experiments show that this algorithm can preferably process mixed-type data and effectively improve the efficiency of generating detectors .

Abstract: AlN陶瓷是一种性能优良的电子封装材料,但不容易与金属直接连接在一起.实验采用98(Ag28Cu)2Ti活性焊料, 在真空条件下实现了AlN陶瓷与Mo-Ni-Cu合金的活性封接.利用EBSD、EDS、XRD方法研究了焊接区域以及剪切试样断裂表面的微观结构和相组成,测定了焊区的力学性能和气密性.研究结果显示:在AlN陶瓷界面上有TiN生成,说明陶瓷与焊料之间是一种化学键合,而在Mo-Ni-Cu合金的界面上有少量的Ni-Ti金属间化合物存在.剪切后试样的断裂面上有TiN和AlN,说明断裂发生在靠近陶瓷的焊层区域.焊接试样性能优良:气密性达到1.0×10-11Pa·m3/s,平均抗弯强度σb=78.55MPa,剪切强度στ=189.58MPa.

Abstract: Nucleation process was an important part of earthquake mechanism.Through rock experiment,high temperature or high press and numerical model,we hold that the time critical scale of earthquake nucleation is 1/10,it generally is about 10~20km;the time of earthquake is from year to minute,so far as to millisecond.In this paper,we used rock-explosion observation in Hurfeng coal mine,Ningyang County in Shandong Province to study km-scale nucleation process.seismic pulse and 12,000 small rockbursts recorded at Huafeng seismograph station was analyzed between Feb.in 1995 and May in 1996.The result shows that the critical scale of earthquake nucleation is about 5 km,and the time of earthquake nucleation is about 50 days for a M_L=2.9 mine shock.

Abstract: 单矿物分析既要求测定主元素,也要求测定痕量元素。矿物中一些痕量元素的分布及其含量变化可以为矿床成因、成矿预测和普查探勘的研究提供有关的科学信息。对单矿物中痕量元素的测定既要求少取样,又要求有高准确度,在这一方面,等离子体直读光谱法相对优于其他分析方法。本文选定黄铁矿及几个主要硫化物单矿物作为研究课题,根据等离子体直读光谱分析原理及其突出优点拟定相对合理的分析步骤以满足工作需要。试验结果表明,本方法可适用于快速分析以铁、铜、铅、锌为基体的多种硫化矿物,以至类似的非硫化矿物。可以预料,等离子体直读光谱技术有可能在单矿物分析领域中发挥更大作用。

Abstract: The matrix eigenvalues method is used to analyze the laser cavity in which the traditional spherical mirror is replaced by the phase type diffraction optical elements. The authors analyze the characteristics of the modes under the conditions of different Frenesl number. The results show that this laser cavity can enhance the discrimination between spatial modes effectively and can be used to design the output laser beam.

Abstract: A special version of the Time Dependent Shortest Paths(TDSP) problem is studied in this paper.The objective is to find the minimum cost path considering node-waiting cost in a network,in which,waiting is allowed at every node and the arc-traversing cost,node-waiting cost and arc-traversing time are all discrete functions of time.An label correcting algorithm is introduced to find all the minimum cost paths from every node to the destination node simultaneously with time complexity of O(n~3M~3),where n is the number of the nodes in the network and M is the time interval count.

Abstract: A dark-hollow beam (DHB) is generated by a coupling of a single fundamental mode He--Ne laser beam with a misalignment multimode fibre (MMF) in a special way. Effects of the misalignment angle, diameter and length of the MMF are studied. The generated DHBs can be used for guiding and trapping of atoms, manipulating particles, or as optical tweezers.
