Abstract: The interoperation of existing middleware technologies such as CORBA and the emerging Web services is necessary to implement new, value-added services. Two key issues needed to be solved is how to transform IDL of CORBA object to WSDL of Web Services automatically and efficiently and how to enable Web access to services built using CORBA without changing the original programming mode. The design and implementation of the two issues were put forward.
Significance and relationship between Yes-associated protein and survivin expression in gastric carcinoma and precancerous lesions

Abstract: AIM: To analyze the differences and relevance of Yes-associated protein (YAP) and survivin, and to explore the correlation and significance of their expression in gastric carcinoma and precancerous lesions.METHODS: The PV9000 immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expression of YAP and survivin in 98 cases of normal gastric mucosa, 58 intestinal metaplasia (IM), 32 dysplasia and 98 gastric carcinoma.RESULTS: The positive rates of YAP in dysplasia (37.5%) and gastric carcinoma (48.0%) were significantly higher than that in normal gastric mucosa (13.3%), P < 0.01. The positive rates of survivin in IM (53.4%), dysplasia (59.4%) and gastric carcinoma (65.3%) were significantly higher than in normal gastric mucosa (11.2%), P < 0.01. Survivin expression gradually increased from 41.7% in well differentiated adenocarcinoma through 58.3% in moderately differentiated adenocarcinoma to 75.6% in poorly differentiated adenocarcinoma, with significant Rank correlation, rk = 0.279, P < 0.01. The positive rate of survivin in gastric carcinoma of diffused type (74.6%) was significantly higher than that in intestinal type (51.3%), P < 0.05. In gastric carcinoma with lymph node metastasis (76.9%), the positive rate of survivin was significantly higher than that in the group without lymph node metastasis (41.2%), P < 0.01. In 98 cases of gastric carcinoma, the expression of YAP and of survivin were positively correlated, rk = 0.246, P < 0.01.CONCLUSION: YAP may play an important role as a carcinogenic factor and may induce survivin expression. Detecting both markers together may help in early diagnosis of gastric carcinoma.
Clinicopathological significance of B-cell-specific Moloney murine leukemia virus insertion site 1 expression in gastric carcinoma and its precancerous lesion

Abstract: AIM: To explore the relation between B-cell-specific Moloney murine leukemia virus insertion site 1 (Bmi-1) expression and the clinicopathological features of gastric carcinoma (GC).METHODS: Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of Bmi-1 and ki-67. Double-labeling staining was used to display the distribution of Bcl-2+/ki-67- cells in 162 cases of GC and its matched normal mucosa and precancerous lesion.RESULTS: The positive rate of Bmi-1 expression in GC (52.5%) was significantly higher than that in normal gastric mucosa (21.6%, χ2 = 33.088, P < 0.05). The Bmi-1 expression in GC was closely related with the Lauren’s and Borrmann’s classification and clinical stage (χ2 = 4.400, 6.122 and 11.190, respectively, P < 0.05). The expression of ki-67 was related to the Borrmann’s classification (χ2 = 13.380, P < 0.05). Bcl-2 expression was correlated with the Lauren’s classification (χ2 = 4.725, P < 0.05), and the Bmi-1 expression both in GC (rk = 0.157, P < 0.05) and in intestinal metaplasia (rk = 0.270, P < 0.05).CONCLUSION: Abnormal Bmi-1 expression in GC may be involved in cell proliferation, apoptosis and cancerization. This marker can objectively indicate the clinicopathological characteristics of GC.
Inverse Problem Identification of Thermal Defects of Fault Components in Electric Control Cabinet Based on Infrared Temperature Measurement

Abstract: The method and standard for judging overheated components in an electric control cabinet are established according to the related GB in China. The thermal radiation emitted from the overheated components to the inner surface in an electric control cabinet is analyzed according to the infrared radiation theory. The heat flux distribution of the inner surface in the cabinet is obtained and a two-dimensional heat transfer model for the heated cabinet casing is built. On the basis of the infrared imaging temperature measurement data obtained, a L-M algorithm is used to study the inverse heat conduction problem and the heating temperature of the overheated component with different thermal defects in an electric control cabinet is solved accurately. Finally, the severity of the thermal defects of the component in the electric control cabinet is identified by using a surface temperature judgment method. The result shows that the method is useful for the fault diagnosis of the overheated components in electric control cabinets.

Abstract: To the Tibet Ali district M6.9 earthquake occurred on 9/ 01/ 2008, the monthly and daily changing characteristics of satellite remote sensing Outgoing Long-wave Radiation(OLR) messages at west part of China are analyzed in this paper. After researching the relative phenomena in step between the OLR increase and the atmosphere pressure change, it is suggested that the OLR anomaly increasing origination may be in the atmosphere not the ground heat, and the pressure increasing before earthquake may be to induce the M6.9 earthquake occurrence. Certainly, the OLR message is also a important physical element as a indicator of atmosphere trigger earthquake.

Abstract: An experimental study was carried out in order to determine the characteristics of migration and its influencing factor of soil fluorine in the electrokinetic process under different applied voltage and concentration of anolyte. The feasibility of anolyte enhanced on electrokinetic remediation of fluorine-contaminated soil was analyzed. The results show that when deionized water is used as anolyte with the 1.0 V/cm voltage gradient, the cumulative mass of fluorine in catholyte and anolyte are 8.2 mg and 47.7 mg respectively and the removal rate of fluorine is only 8.8%. Anolyte enhanced electrokinetic process can promote effectively the migration of fluoride in soil. When 0.02 mol/L NaOH solution is employed as the anolyte, the removal rates are 25.9%, 31.2% and 47.3% with 1.0, 1.5 and 2.0 V/cm voltage gradient respectively. As the concentration of anolyte increased to 0.1 mol/L, the removal rates are 55.4%, 61.1% and 73.0%. The electromigration is the main transport mechanism and the electroosmotic flow has an effect on the migration of fluorine in soil. The voltage gradient and the concentration of anolyte are the main factors influencing the removal rate of fluorine in soil. Appropriate anolyte enhanced electrokinetic method can be applied to remediate fluorine from contaminated soil.

Abstract: One configuration for realizing voltage-mode multifunction filters and another configuration for realizing current-mode multifunction filters using current feedback amplifiers (CFAs) are presented. The proposed voltage-mode circuit exhibit simultaneously lowpass and bandpass filters. The proposed current-mode circuit exhibit simultaneously lowpass, bandpass and highpass filters. The proposed circuits offer the following features: no requirements for component matching conditions; low active and passive sensitivities; employing only grounded capacitors and the ability to obtain multifunction filters from the same circuit configuration.

Abstract: The extraction of asiaticoside from Centella asiatica by enzymatic pretreatment and microwave extraction (EPME) was studied in this article. The effects of several important factors such as temperature of enzymatic pretreatment, liquid to solid ratio and microwave radiation time were investigated by quadric regression orthogonal design experiment and were analyzed by response surface. An extraction model with well forecast performance was then established. The results indicate that the optimum extraction condition was as follows: liquid to solid ratio was 36mL/g, temperature of enzymatic pretreatment was 45℃, enzymatic time was 30min, and microwave ra-diation time was 11
