Agricultural intellectual property is the core force for the development of agricultural industry, and it is also an important part of the national strategies of strengthening the country. Based on the strategic background of the power of intellectual property, it is far-reaching for the development of agricultural intellectual property to be closely linked with the realization of rural prosperity. Strengthening the transformation of agricultural scientific and technological achievements and improving the core competitiveness of agriculture are important guarantees for the benefit of peasants. In view of the status quo of agricultural intellectual property development in our country, the paper analyzes the existing problems and the challenges faced in the transformation of agricultural scientific and technological achievements and it also proposes some practical strategies to realize the enrichment of the rural areas by agricultural intellectual property, which will provide some theoretical guidance for the early realization of IPR-based agriculture to benefit the farmers.
A Real-Time Urban Traffic Detection Algorithm Based on Spatio-Temporal OD Matrix in Vehicular Sensor Network  [PDF]

Abstract: Currently, there are kinds of algorithms in order to detect real-time urban traffic condition. Most of these approaches consider speed of vehicles as a main metric to describe traffic situation. In this paper, we find out two important observations through several experiments. (1) In urban city, the speed of vehicles is influenced significantly by some factors such as traffic lights delay and road condition. The actual situation rarely satisfy hypothesis required for these solutions. Therefore, these traditional algorithms do not work well in practical environment. (2) Traffic volume on a road segment shows strong pattern and changes smoothly at adjacent time. This feature of traffic volume inspires us to define a metric: traffic-rate, which is used to detect traffic condition in real time. In our solution, we develop a novel traffic-detection algorithm based on original- destination (OD) matrix. We illustrate our approach and measure its performance in real environment. The performance evaluations confirm the effectiveness of our algorithm.

This paper suggests that the knowledge-based GDP should be included in the scope of national accounts, which will bring about the total expansion and great improvement of China’s GDP accounting and promote the development of China’s knowledge-intensive industries. At the same time, it will also become an important basis for the government’s macro management and micro decision-making.
Preparation of MgAl LDHs Intercalated with Amines and Effect on Thermal Behavior for Poly(vinyl chloride)  [PDF]

Abstract: MgAl LDHs intercalated with CO(NH2)2, NH4Cl and NH3·H2O were prepared by co-precipitation and XRD, FT-IR, TGA-DTA and SEM techniques were employed for characterization. The results indicated that the layer-layer spacing of LDHs was enlarged by 0.169, 0.285 and 0.227 Å with the intercalation of CO(NH2)2, NH+4 and NH3, separately. The effects on thermal stability and degradation behavior of synthesized LDHs where mole ratios of Mg/Al/urea = 3:1:1, Mg/Al/NH4Cl = 3:1:1.5 and Mg/Al/NH3·H2O = 3:1:0.5 were investigated by Congo Red Method and thermogravimetric analysis (TGA) from 25°C - 800°C under N2. The TGA and DTA results showed, by incorporating 5% MgAl-CO(NH2)2 LDH, the dehydrochlorination temperature of PVC composites is 12°C higher than MgAl-NH+4 and MgAl-NH3 LDHs. MgAl-NH3 LDH enhances the ending temperature of the first degradation stage of PVC composites by 8°C compared with MgAl LDH. The LDH intercalated with CO(NH2)2 is proved to be an effective thermal stabilizer for PVC processing.

Abstract: MgAl-NH3 LDHs (layered double hydroxides), ZnAl-LDHs and ZnAl-NH3 LDHs with different molar ratio of Al/ammonia were synthesized by co-precipitation method. The synthetic LDHs samples were characterized by XRD, FT-IR, TGA-DTG and SEM techniques and tested by Congo red method. In addition, after PVC (Poly vinyl chloride) and DOP (Dioctylphthalate) were added to LDHs, the thermal stability for PVC was characterized by TGA-DTG. The results indicated that LDHs intercalated with ammonia improved thermal stability for PVC significantly, MgAl-NH3 LDHs (Mg2+:Al3+: NH3·H2O = 3:1:0.5) and ZnAl-NH3 LDHs (Zn2+:Al3+:NH3·H2O=2:1:1.5) showed the best thermal stability for PVC, interlayered space of LDHs became larger by intercalating ammonia.

Abstract: This paper presents a new conception—ecological tunnel, which is contrived to meet increasingly tough challenges in the 21st century. Ecological tunnel refers to integrating ecological principles into tunnel design, construction and operation in order to create a balanced and sustainable tunnel-nature system. It consists of four elements: green tunneling, green lighting, green lining, and green recycling of excavated material. The conception, function and implementation of each part are elaborated in the paper. In addition, computer visualization technique is applied to simulate complicated internal conditions of an ecological tunnel.
Kinetics Analyzing of Direction Reduction on Manganese Ore Pellets Containing Carbon  [PDF]

Abstract: Using high temperature carbon tube furnace, reduction of manganese ore pellets containing carbon was investigated. The reaction was divided into two stages at five minutes after reaction, and the kinetics model of reduction process was established. The experimental results showed that, the reaction rate in the earlier stage was controlled by the chemical reactions between FeO, MnO and carbon reductant, and the activation energy was 28.85 KJ/mol. In the later stage, as the carbon reductant replaced by CO, the reaction rate was controlled by CO-diffusing in solid products, and the cor- responding activation energy was 86.56 KJ/mol. Reaction rate of the later stage was less than the earlier one.
