An Approach to Evaluating Computer Network Security with Intuitionistic Trapezoidal Fuzzy Information

Abstract: We investigate the multiple attribute decision-making problems for evaluating the computer network security with intuitionistic trapezoidal fuzzy information. We utilize the intuitionistic trapezoidal fuzzy weighted average (ITFWA) operator to aggregate the intuitionistic trapezoidal fuzzy information corresponding to each alternative and get the overall value of the alternatives and then rank the alternatives and select the most desirable one(s) according to the distance between the overall value of the alternatives and ideal solution. Finally, an illustrative example for evaluating the computer network security is given. 1. Introduction With science and technology development, computer technology improves constantly and more and more software and hardware of education industry have appeared [1]. Uses in educating the profession especially the software and the hardware appear one after another, have brought a lot of convenience for the school teaching management, and simultaneously have also provided many convenient conditions for teacher’s and student’s daily life. The application of these high-techs in the school convenient for the educational circles also gave the educational circles a question about the safety of the information management; the network security question has become a new question to educational circles [2, 3]. As a result of a one-card appearance, the school has applied this technology in the first time. It provides the convenience for both teachers and students. Meanwhile, the school also must consider the safety of the card. The enhancement of network and the server security is the most important thing for schools. These high-techs, for example, multimedia slides, network information, laser projection, and so on, bring about new breakthrough to school education. The emergence of one-card also as the education sector development has played a role and significantly improved the management of schools in various fields [4]. The appearance of the card has solved a lot of niggling problems and makes the campus consumptions more convenient. A card can be slippery in school, and it also facilitates schools in wealth management. The development of the education sector is affected by the technical implications and also constrained by economic conditions, particularly those three-table institutions or nongovernmental institutions. Effects of Liuwei Dihuang Pills on expressions of apoptosis-related genes bcl-2 and Bax in pancreas of OLETF rats

Abstract: Objective: To investigate the effects of Liuwei Dihuang Pills (LWDHP) on expressions of apoptosis-related genes bcl-2 and Bax in pancreas of OLETF rats. Methods: Forty male OLETF rats were randomly divided into LWDHP-treated group and untreated group. Another ten male LETO rats were included in normal control group. OLETF rats in the LWDHP-treated group were given LWDHP (2.4 g·kg-1·d-1) orally since the age of 8 weeks and the rats in the other two groups were given distilled water orally. Body weights of rats were recorded weekly and blood glucose concentration was determined by oral glucose tolerance test (OGTT). Pancreas weights were recorded after rats were killed and the expression levels of bcl-2 mRNA and Bax mRNA were detected by reverse transcriptase-polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR). Results: In the LWDHP-treated group, the expression of bcl-2 mRNA in the pancreas of rats at the age of 40 weeks (1.25±0.07) was much higher than that in the untreated group (1.01±0.16), P<0.01. Bax mRNA level in the LWDHP-treated group (0.57±0.11) was obviously lower than that in the untreated group (1.18±0.28), P<0.01. There was no significant difference of pancreas-to-body weight ratios between the LWDHP-treated group and the untreated group. The ability of glucose tolerance was improved in the LWDHP-treated group. Conclusion: LWDHP can up-regulate the expression of bcl-2 and down-regulate the expression of Bax at transcription level, which maybe contribute to the anti-apoptosis effects of LWDHP.

Abstract: A class of new generalized orthogonality of quasiBanach spaces is given in this paper. It is a generalization of orthogonality. First, the relation of orthogonality and linear functional are introduced. At the same time, a necessary and sufficient condition of orthogonality in quasiBanach spaces is given. Namely, let X be a quasiBanach spaces on * is equivalent to x⊥H. The sufficient conditions of rightexistence and leftexistence of orthogonality are discussed. Seamless Multi-Projector Displays Using Nonlinear Edge Blending  [PDF]

The seamless tiled display is an effective realization for the wide field and high-resolution display of media; the technology of edge blending is the core of seamless tiled display system and is also the hot-spot of Digital Light Process (DLP). The paper introduces the technique of edge blending process and puts forward the improved algorithm of edge blending in order to eliminate the edge of the light generated regional integration and achieve seamless connection. The algorithm is the modification of existing fusion algorithm that using two addition parameters p and a, and finally adds Gamma operator to further correction of the pixel brightness. Experimental results show that, the proposed algorithm effectively eliminates the light generated by the edge of the integration region and the image has good transitions, the proposed algorithm reduces the output of the projector color differences by the value of SNR.
Study on the Critical Production Calculation Method of the Water-Flooding Reservoir with Gas Cap  [PDF]

Abstract: The aim of this paper is to solve the problems that the existing method of critical production of gas cap reservoir is only suitable for single-phase flow, and the method of critical production of gas cap reservoir under water-flooding is still blank. In this paper, the relationships between dynamic and static equilibrium, plane radial flow theory, oil-water infiltration method and three-dimensional seepage field decomposition theory, were applied to study a calculation method for critical production of directional wells and horizontal wells. Furthermore, the effects of different factors on critical output were studied, such as horizontal permeability, ratio of horizontal permeability to vertical permeability, length of horizontal section, effective thickness, viscosity of crude oil and water content etc. Results show that the critical production increases with the increment of the horizontal permeability, the ratio of the vertical permeability to the horizontal permeability, the reservoir thickness and the horizontal well length; when the viscosity of crude oil is small, the critical production decreases first and then increases with the increase of water content; when the viscosity of crude oil is high, the critical production increases continuously with the increase of water content. This study could provide theoretical and technical guidance for changing of the working system of oil wells. It can avoid gas channeling and improve the development effect.

Abstract: The West Slope of SL Basin, China, mainly targets on lithologic reservoirs for oil and gas. The paleogeomorphology and provenance direction analysis has great significance for predicting the type and distribution of sand body. According to the analysis of well logging, core and seismic data, braided delta and gravity sediment mainly develop in the study area. A backs tripping method is used to reconstruct the topography of Qingshankou to Yaojia Formation, Cretaceous. The West Slope is mainly controlled by two slope belts in Qingshankou Formation, with the width of upper slope 12 - 18 km and the gradient 0.7 - 0.8 degrees, the width of lower slope 13 - 15 km and the gradient 1.0 degrees. The West Slope is controlled by a single slope belt in Yaojia Formation, with the lower slope width of 13 - 16 km and the gradient 0.4 degrees. The relationship between the slope belt, provenance direction and sand body distribution is analyzed, and result shows that the combination of upper and lower slope controls the distribution of reservoir types, and the provenance supply rate controls the scale of sand body. The gravity flow develops when the provenance direction is parallel to slope direction, and the slope becomes transporting channel in vertical to provenance direction. The paleogeomorphology, lake level and provenance direction are the main control factors of sand body in West Slope.
An Integrated Interpolation-based Super Resolution Reconstruction Algorithm for Video Surveillance

Abstract: This paper aims at implementing an integrated super resolution reconstruction algorithm to interpolate the missing pixels in the grid to create a high resolution image for a specific purpose. One of the most important application areas of super resolution reconstruction is video surveillance for the purpose of public security. Although, the video surveillance technology are going under tremendous transformation from analog generation to IP-based systems. However, their replacement rate is still not encouraging due to installation and operating costs as well as low output video quality. To overcome this problem, we propose a new hybrid model to integrate super resolution reconstruction into video surveillance. Our proposed algorithm is based on interpolation of cropped low resolution frames extracted from a low quality video surveillance sequence for effective and efficient reconstruction of a high resolution license plate recognition image. Our super resolved image utilizing multiple frames provides far more detail information than any interpolated image from a single frame. The proposed algorithm requires a relatively small number of self extracted low resolution frames from a low quality input sequence. This is important for practical applications, because if a large number of low resolution frames were required the accumulation of imaging errors would adversely affect the reconstruction accuracy. We apply our proposed algorithm to a real sequence from video surveillance and compare our results with those obtained via well-established techniques. Experimental results show that the proposed algorithm performs much better than the conventional MISO super resolution techniques. We also noticed significant reduction in the computational cost and memory requirement during the whole reconstruction process.
Baicalin, a natural compound, promotes regulatory T cell differentiation

Abstract: HEK 293?T cells were transfected with Foxp3 expression plasmid, and then treated with different compounds, Foxp3 mRNA expression was determined by real-time RT-PCR. CD4+CD25-T cells were stimulated with Baicalin, Foxp3 protein expression were analyzed by flow cytometry and confocal microscopy, the regulatory function of T cells stimulated with Baicalin was detected by the carboxyfluorescien succinimidyl ester.We demonstrated that Baicalin, a compound isolated from the Chinese herb Huangqin, induced Foxp3 protein expression in cultured T cells, promoted Treg cell differentiation and regulatory activity. Our data also indicated that Baicalin restored Foxp3 expression following its initial interleukin-6-mediated inhibition and induced Foxp3 expression in vitro.These data suggest that Baicalin may promote Treg cell differentiation and regulatory activity and may serve as a promising natural immunosuppressive compound for treating autoimmune inflammatory diseases.

Abstract: 对辽南滨海黄土粒度研究证明,滨海黄土是在第四纪冰期寒冷气候下的产物,但是,由于滨海黄土所处靠近沿海的地理位置使得这种黄土的形成机制具有独特性。冰期的渤海湾西岸海面下降出露的冲洪积物和海底砂是滨海黄土除西北内陆地区以外的另一重要物源,搬运以风砂跃移方式进行。滨海黄土的粒度中包涵了丰富的有关渤海湾海面变化的信息。辽南滨海黄土剖面中的粒度拟合值、2-3φ粒级百分含量反映了渤海的海退、海侵过程和末次冰期蒙古高压的强弱,这种变化与滨海黄土3个孢粉组合带所反映的古气候环境相吻合,同邻近地区的海面升降变化和深海岩芯氧同位素阶段也存在良好的对应关系,海海黄土粒度的拟合度是本区古环境变化的重要的替代指标。
A Study on a Snowband Associated with a Coastal Front and Cold-Air Damming Event of 3-4 February 1998 along the Eastern Coast of the Korean Peninsula

Abstract: A 24-h simulation with the Advanced Regional Prediction System (ARPS) nonhydrostatic model is performed for the heavy snowfall event of 3–4 February 1998 along the eastern coast of Korean Peninsula; the results are used to understand the snowfall process, including why the precipitation maxima formed along the Yeongdong coastal region rather than over the mountain slope and ridge top during. The numerical simulation with a 4-km horizontal grid spacing and 43 levels reproduces very well the narrow snowband located off the eastern Korean coast, away from, instead of over, the Yeongdong coastal mountain range. The general evolution of the snowband agrees quite well with radar observations, while the water-equivalent precipitation amount agrees reasonably well with radar precipitation estimate. The simulation results clearly show that the snow band developed due to the lifting by a coastal front that developed because of the damming of cold air against the eastern slope of the coastal mountain range. The damming was enhanced by the advection of cold air by a low-level mountain-parallel jet from the north, formed due to geostrophic adjustment as the on-shore upslope air was decelerated by the mountain blocking. As the onshore flow weakened later due to synoptic-scale flow pattern change, the cold front propagated off shore and the precipitation dissipated.
