Justice Could Be Highlighted in the Perspective of Historical Materialism  [PDF]

Abstract: How to understand the relationship between historical materialism and Marx’s idea of justice? The well-know Canadian philosopher, Kai Nielsen, “who is indeed closer to Marxist moralism in substantive conclusion, but, methodologically speaking, it is more in the spirit of Marxist immoralism” (Nielsen,1987: p. 114), points out Marx’s ideological system is not a valueless theory of science and society, and the facts and value judgments can be unified in Marx’s theory. Nielsen reveals the profound idea of justice as the basic dimension of historical materialism, and the internal unity of fact judgment and value judgment in a dual dimensions, based on the perspective of historical materialism, showing “justice could be highlighted in the perspective of historical materialism”.
Study on the Development of the Chip Information Industry Based on Moore’s Law  [PDF]

Abstract: Chips are the carriers of ICs (integrated circuits). As a result of design, manufacturing, and packaging and testing processes, chips are typically wholly independent entities intended for immediate use. According to known data, one unit of chip output can drive up to ten units of output in the electronic information industry and 100 units of GDP (Gross Domestic Product). The Chip Information Industry is a strategic industry in most developed countries in Europe and North America. The development of the Chip Information Industry is related to national economies and personal livelihoods. Moore discovered a certain trend after analyzing data: in general, every newly produced chip has twice the capacity of the previous generation, and it takes 18 to 24 months for the next generation to be subsequently invented. This trend has come to be known as Moore’s Law. It applies not only to the development of memory chips but also to the evolutionary paths of processor capability and disk drive storage capacity. Moore’s Law has become the basis of performance prediction in several industries. However, since 2011, the size of silicon transistors has been approaching its physical limit at the atomic level. Due to the nature of silicon, additional breakthroughs in the running speed and performance of silicon transistors are severely limited. Elevated temperature and leakage are the two main sources that invalidate Moore’s Law. To counter these issues, This paper analyzes specific problems challenges in the Chip Information Industry, including the development of carbon nanotube chips and fierce competition in the international Chip Information Industry. In addition, this paper undertakes a critical analysis of the Chinese Chip Information Industry and countermeasures to Chinese Chip Information Industry development.

Abstract: Recent studies have shown that polyunsaturated fatty acids (PUFA) regulated the functions of membrane receptors in T cells and suppressed T cell-mediated immune responses. But the molecular mechanisms of immune regulation are not yet elucidated. Lipid rafts are plasma membrane microdomains, in which many receptors localized. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of DHA on IL-2R signaling pathway in lipid rafts. We isolated lipid rafts by discontinuous sucrose density gradient ultracentrifugation, and found that DHA could change the composition of lipid rafts and alter the distribution of key molecules of IL-2R signaling pathway, which transferred from lipid rafts to detergent-soluble membrane fractions. These results revealed that DHA treatment increased the proportion of polyunsaturated fatty acids especially n 3 polyunsaturated fatty acids in lipid rafts and changed the lipid environment of membrane microdomains in T cells. Compared with controls, DHA changed the localization of IL-2R, STAT5a and STAT5b in lipid rafts and suppressed the expression of JAK1, JAK3 and tyrosine phosphotyrosine in soluble membrane fractions. Summarily, this study concluded the effects of DHA on IL-2R signaling pathway in lipid rafts and explained the regulation of PUFAs in T cell-mediated immune responses.

Abstract: Objective: To identify the chemical and metabolic components. Method: UFLC gradient elution with TOF detection in positive and negative mode. Result: 40 chemical components were identified in Liuwei Dihuang extract. 6 original component and 9 metabolites were identified in rat serum. The proposed metabolic pathway was given. Conclusion: UFLC-ESI-IT-TOF was a powerful method in the analysis of complicated TCM samples. It helps the comprehensive understanding of the chemical and metabolic components of Liuwei Dihuang Pills.
