Fuzzy Filter Spectrum of a BCK Algebra

Abstract: The notion of fuzzy s-prime filters of a bounded BCK-algebra is introduced. We discuss the relation between fuzzy s-prime filters and fuzzy prime filters. By the fuzzy s-prime filters of a bounded commutative BCK-algebra , we establish a fuzzy topological structure on . We prove that the set of all fuzzy s-prime filters of a bounded commutative BCK-algebra forms a topological space. Moreover, we show that the set of all fuzzy s-prime filters of a bounded implicative BCK-algebra is a Hausdorff space.
Construction of eukaryotic expression vector NONO expression product and its intracellular localization in cells

Abstract: Objective To construct an eukaryotic expression vector NONO(containing nucleotide octamer-binding protein without POU domain) of mouse,and detect its expression and intracellular localization in NIH3T3 cells,so as to obtain a tool to assist the study of intracellular biological functions of NONO.Methods The total RNA was extracted from the liver of BALB/c mice,the corresponding coding sequences of mouse NONO(GenBank accession No.53237024) were amplified by RT-PCR and then cloned into hemagglutinin(HA)-tagged vector of pcDNA3-HA to form a new recombinant plasmid named pcDNA3-NONO-HA.The recombinant plasmid was verified by polymerase chain reaction(PCR) and double digestion by restricted endonuclease,followed by sequencing.The recombinant plasmid was then transfected into NIH3T3 cells with the liposome transfection reagent Polyfect as a medium.Twenty-four hours later,immunofluorescence was performed.After detection of fusion protein NONO-HA by specific antibody of HA tag and the Alexa Fluor 488 coupled secondary antibody,the expression and localization of the fusion protein were observed by fluorescence microscopy.Results The results of identification by PCR,digestion with restriction endonuclease and sequencing indicated that the recombinant plasmid pcDNA3-NONO-HA was correctly constructed.After transfection of the recombinant plasmid,the fusion protein was found to highly express in NIH3T3 cells and distribute mainly in the cytoplasm.Conclusion The eukaryotic expression vector for HA-NONO fusion protein is successfully constructed and effectively expressed in mammalian cells.The constructed vector may serve as an assistant tool in the study of intracellular biological functions of NONO.

Abstract: 该文对西双版纳的4种次生植物群落优势树种的热值进行了研究。4种群落类型分别是山黄麻(Trema orientalis)群落、白背桐(Mallotus paniculatus)群落、中平树(Macaranga denticulata)群落和思茅崖豆(Millettia leptobotrya)群落,群落年龄分别为2,4、6年和大于15年。4种群落各优势树种的平均干重热值分别为19182.11、19474.81、19551.38和19445.95J·g^-1。总体来讲,热值随着群落年龄的增加而增加。增长的原因应该是群落光能利用效率的增加。思茅崖豆群落的热值稍有降低,是因为这个群落样地处在阴坡,不能接受到像其它3个群落那样在阳坡的充足光照。先锋树种的热值明显低于顶极树种。可能是因为在群落演替初期,生态系统增加能量耗散的主要方式是通过生物量的增加;而当结构建成,生物量增加到一定程度,已经没有足够增长空间的时候,生态系统将会改变能量储存方式,主要通过单位质量固定能量的增加,也就是热值的增加,来耗散能量。山黄麻群落中叶片的热值非常低,低于根的热值水平,是短命树种将能量更多地投资于繁殖的原因。

Abstract: The title compound, C21H21ClO7·C2H5OH was synthesized by the condensation reaction between helicid [systematic name: 4-(β-d-allopyranosyloxy)benzaldehyde] and 4-chloroacetophenone in ethanol. In the molecular structure, the pyranoside ring adopts a chair conformation. In the crystal structure, the molecules are linked by intermolecular O—H...O hydrogen bonds involving the OH groups from the pyranoside unit and from the ethanol solvent molecule.
Distribution in the stable nitrogen isotope of the suspended particulate organic matter in the Yangtze River (Changjiang) estuary, China and its biogeochemistry implications

Abstract: 对2006年2,5,8,11月份长江口海域表层水体中的悬浮颗粒物(SPM)进行稳定氮同位素分析,根据不同季节、不同区域内其δ15N值的变化研究水体中氮的迁移、转化等生物地球化学过程,揭示其环境行为,从而对该海域的氮循环机制进行探索。研究发现:该海域悬浮颗粒有机物的稳定氮同位素组成(δ15Np)分布范围较宽,在0.6‰~8.2‰之间,具有明显的时空分布特点,反映了不同程度的陆源输入和氮的生物地球化学过程的影响。口门内,表层水体中δ15Np的变化主要受长江径流的陆源输入影响,生物地球化学作用影响较弱;最大浑浊带,水体中的悬浮颗粒有机氮受微生物的降解活动影响明显,各季节均存在不同程度的颗粒物分解作用;外海区,陆源输入减弱,悬浮颗粒物的δ15Np值主要受微藻的同化吸收作用以及一定程度的颗粒物分解作用影响。

Abstract: Because the Industrial Computed Tomography(ICT) images have complex object edge,in this paper,the updated active contour model based on greedy algorithm was used in image segment.And,the endoscope show and measure of the 3D object in industrial computer tomography were realized.The experimental results confirmed that the algorithm was effective.
Fabrication of Transparent Conductive Al―doped ZnO Thin Films by Aerosol―assisted Chemical Vapour Deposition

Abstract: Al―doped ZnO thin films were prepared by aerosol―assisted chemical vapour deposition (AACVD) on glass substrates. The effect of Al content (2at%―8at%) on the structural, optical and electrical properties of Al―doped ZnO thin films was investigated in detail. The samples were tested by XRD, SEM, EDAX and UV―Vis spectrophotometer. The results indicate that the AZO films have a hexagonal (wurtzite) structure without preferential orientation along c―axis, and however no Al related phases are observed. The average transmittances of the AZO film is over 72% in the visible regions. The optical band gap for the AZO films becomes narrow with the increasing Al dopant. The four―point probe technique is used to characterize thin films electrically. The data shows that Al dopant decrease the sheet resistance. The ZnO films doped with 6at% Al exhibit a minimum of sheet resistance (18Ω/ ).
Coffee Consumption and Risk of Breast Cancer: An Up-To-Date Meta-Analysis

Abstract: Objectives This updated meta-analysis was conducted to assess the association between coffee consumption and breast cancer risk. Methods We conducted a systematic search updated July 2012 to identify observational studies providing quantitative estimates for breast cancer risk in relation to coffee consumption. Pooled relative risks (RRs) with 95% confidence intervals (CIs) were calculated using a random-effects model, and generalized least square trend estimation was used to assess dose–response relationships. Results A total of 26 studies (16 cohort and 10 case–control studies) on coffee intake with 49497 breast cancer cases were included in the meta-analysis. The pooled RR showed a borderline significant influence of highest coffee consumption (RR = 0.96; 95% CI 0.93–1.00), low-to moderate coffee consumption (RR = 0.99; 95% CI 0.95–1.04), or an increment of 2 cups/day of coffee consumption (RR = 0.98; 95% CI 0.97–1.00) on the risk of breast cancer. In stratified analysis, a significant inverse association was observed in ER-negative subgroup. However, no significant association was noted in the others. Conclusions Our findings suggest that increased coffee intake is not associated with a significantly reduced risk of breast cancer, but we observe an inverse association in ER-negative subgroup analysis. More large studies are needed to determine subgroups to obtain more valuable data on coffee drinking and breast cancer risk.
Determination of Beberine Hydrochloride and Puerarin in Tangwei Capsules by RP-HPLC of Gradient Elution Method

Abstract: A reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatographic gradient elution method was developed for the determination of beberine hydrochloride and puerarin in Tangwei capsules. Separation was obtained by using Hypersil ODS (150 mm x 4.6 mm i.d., 5 microns) column and mobile phase of methanol and acetic acid, triethylamine water solution. Detection was performed with UV detector at 230 nm. The column temperature was 35 degrees C. The calibration curves were linear within the range of 0.18 microgram-1.66 micrograms for beberine hydrochloride (n = 5, r = 0.9999) and 0.09 microgram-0.89 microgram for puerarin (n = 5, r = 0.9998). The recovery and RSD of beberine hydrochloride were 98.2% and 1.6% and those of puerarin were 97.5% and 1.8%, respectively.
Effect of the content of metallic component on Cu-Mn-Zn/Y catalysts for direct synthesis of DME

Abstract: 通过对不同金属负载量Cu-Mn-Zn/Y催化剂的研究,结果发现,金属组分的负载量为30 mmol时,CO的转化率和二甲醚的选择性分别可达65.6%和67.0%。金属组分负载量20 mmol~30 mmol时,催化剂中各金属组分均呈高分散状态,增加金属组分负载量主要是增加了催化剂吸附CO和H2活性中心的数目,使得催化剂对CO的转化能力增加。当金属组分负载量达到35 mmol时,催化剂的微观结构发生了改变,作为主要活性组分的铜也发生了聚集,造成催化剂对CO和H2吸附能力降低;由于作为酸性组分的分子筛含量相对减少和大量金属组分对酸中心的覆盖作用,导致催化剂酸性降低,使得催化剂对CO的转化率和对二甲醚的选择性均降低。
