Fe-MOF Derived Ferrous Hierarchically Porous Carbon Used as EF Cathode for PFOA Degradation  [PDF]

Pentadecafluorooctanoic acid (PFOA) is environmentally persistent, bioaccumulative, globally distributed and dangerous to human beings. Thus, the degradation of PFOA with effective method remains further exploration. Here, an Electro-Fenton (EF) system was studied for efficient PFOA degradation, and where a new composite material ferrous hierarchically porous carbon (FHPC) prepared by high temperature activation of MIL-100 (Fe) was applied as the cathode, and 81.4% PFOA (Initial 50 mg/L) elimination was achieved at a low potential of ?0.4 V (pH = 7, 3 h). With the increasing of the activated temperature, the catalytic ability of the materials is decreasing because the reduced surface area reduced and the iron nanoparticles size enlarged. Moreover, the H2O2 and the ?OH were also detected to confirm the dominating contribution of Electro-Fenton mechanism in the PFOA degradation. Thus, this material could be used in efficient heterogeneous EF technology for PFOA elimination.

Abstract: In the research, the crawler technology was used to evaluate the Taobao silkie, and product evaluation data is the case object. After word segmentation, naive Bayesian, K-means, and TF-IDF related algorithms were used to complete word frequency statistics, sentiment analysis, and cluster analysis. It was found that the quality of rural specialty products was more recognized by e-commerce customers, but its overall emotional score was slightly lower than that of non-origin products. After summing up the drawbacks of the former, targeted countermeasures and suggestions were proposed.
Regional Differences and Convergence Analysis of Green Energy Efficiency in China  [PDF]

Abstract: As an important aspect for the survival and development of human society, energy is an important factor that restricts the economic and social development of a country. This paper measured the green energy efficiency of thirty provinces of China from 2000 to 2016 by using the Super-SBM, introducing it to the spatial economic model to study the convergence of green energy efficiency. The results show that: the overall green energy efficiency of China shows a downward trend with time, and it gradually decreases from east to west. The three regions have significant differences. Among them, there is no β absolute convergence trend for the eastern, central, western regions and the country as a whole, but there is β relative convergence. The level of economic development, R & D investment, the level of technology improvement, and foreign direct investment have positive effects on the development of green energy efficiency. The industrial structure has a positive effect in the eastern but a negative effect in the western.

Abstract: Energy is an important material impetus for urbanization, while urbanization is also key factors that stimulate the energy consumption increase. The rapid development of China’s urbanization in recent years has led to changes in the total energy consumption and structure, which will inevitably affect the realization of China’s rapid and sustainable economic development goals. Therefore, this article was based on panel data from 2005 to 2016 of 30 provinces in China, used energy consumption as the explained variable, the urbanization rate as the core variable, GDP per capita as threshold variables, and selected GDP per capita, industrialization level, urban per capita disposable income, the density of urban population, the proportion of the tertiary industry as control variables. Meanwhile, the threshold model was used to study the threshold effect. We put focus on the nonlinear relationship between urbanization and energy consumption and the corresponding regional differences and hope to make reasonable suggestions for optimizing the industrial structure and finally realizing the coordinated development of urbanization and energy consumption in China. The results show that in the accelerated stage of economic development, the main impact of urbanization is to accelerate the increase of energy consumption. When the level of economic development enters the post-industrialization stage, the stimulation of urbanization on energy consumption becomes smaller, which means that the urbanization transformation will face great pressure on energy consumption. Therefore, this paper considered China in three areas, eastern, middle and western areas to transversely compare and analyze, and put forward three rationalization proposals: To speed up the marketization of construction, promote economic development of the western and middle region, and narrow the gap of urbanization development of areas; to coordinate urbanization development and energy consumption in the eastern and western regions, accelerate industrial restructure in the middle and western regions, and promote sound and rapid urbanization; to grasp the law of urbanization’s effect on energy consumption and control the trend of energy consumption.

Abstract: Public buses play an important role in public transportation in most parts of the world and it is still the dominant public transportation mode in some regions. Nowadays, as people switch to a mobile lifestyle, they spend significant amount of time on the traveling to work, back and forth. However, not much research has been done on how to provide some on-board service for those commuters in the public bus. This paper presents a Bluetooth-based system which is inexpensive, yet flexible, and scalable to serve commuters in a personalized manner using Bluetooth enabled mobile phones. However, from the Bluetooth specification, one Bluetooth dongle can connect to at most seven other Bluetooth devices. As we expect more than 7 users to use the services provided in the Bluetooth-based system (a full double-deck bus can carry around 100 passengers), we need to work out an effective scheduler to schedule all the private services on the Bluetooth servers in the bus. This paper also describes a scheduling algorithm that exploits the park mode feature of the Bluetooth specification to allow more users to have access to the Bluetooth services on the bus.
Analysis of R & D Capability of China’s Blockchain Technologies  [PDF]

Abstract: As the pioneer of emerging technologies, China’s blockchain technology-led enterprises are crucial to R & D capabilities. Through the collection of relevant data from 2015 to 2017, the input and output indicators were constructed; the DEA analysis method was used to evaluate the R & D efficiency, and the EM iterative algorithm was used for cluster analysis. The 15 companies were divided into three categories. It was found that the company’s average pure technical efficiency was 0.68, and UFIDA’s R & D investment was the largest. There were eight companies with input redundancy and insufficient output. There is a high degree of correlation between R & D scale efficiency and EM clustering results. If a firm is increasing in size or constant in scale, it is often classified as Category 2 or Category 3, otherwise it is classified as Category 1.

The amide –NHCO– plane makes a dihedral angle of 34.08 (9)° with the benzene ring. The molecules are connected via intermolecular O—H...N hydrogen bonds into a two-dimensional network parallel to the bc plane. An intramolecular N—H...O hydrogen bond is also observed.

A weighted identity for stochastic partial differential operators and its applications

Abstract: In this paper, a pointwise weighted identity for some stochastic partial differential operators (with complex principal parts) is established. This identity presents a unified approach in studying the controllability, observability and inverse problems for some deterministic/stochastic partial differential equations. Based on this identity, one can deduce all the known Carleman estimates and observability results, for some deterministic partial differential equations, stochastic heat equations, stochastic Schr\"odinger equations and stochastic transport equations. Meanwhile, as its new application, we study an inverse problem for linear stochastic complex Ginzburg-Landau equations.
