Cultivation of College Students’ Digital Economic Honesty in the Teaching of Statistics  [PDF]

Abstract:
With the rapid development and wide application of network information technology, the digital economy era puts forward higher requirements for the honesty behavior of college students in China and more suggestions for the teaching of Statistics. Aiming at the problems in the traditional teaching process of Statistics, such as the low awareness of integrity, the dis-connection between teaching content and digital economy, students’ poor manipulative ability and the slow update of teachers’ knowledge, this paper, combined with the characteristics of big data and digital economy era, puts forward some suggestions and reflections on the reform of the teaching of statistical courses from “establishing integrity, appreciating integrity, maintaining integrity and delivering integrity” and other aspects.

Abstract: Facing increasing passenger and cargo transport demand and limited re-source in the 13th Five-Year period, how to make a breakthrough and substantial progress has become a key issue on planning and the Top-level Design. In this paper we judged and analyzed the current development and potential demand of the energy saving and emission reduction in Beijing traffic industry. Through application of energy and emission prediction model which based on the vehicle activity data, the development goals of “one drop, double control, and triple upgrade” have been put forward. In order to achieve the goal, “5 + 1” development strategies should be implemented, and we also proposed the thinking and recommendations on sustainable development of transportation.

Abstract: In this paper, the random Kuramoto-Sivashinsky equation with additive noise is studied numerically, using the finite difference method to simulate the effect of different amplitude of noise on the solitary wave. And numerical experiments show that the white noise does not affect the propagation of the solitary wave, but can increase the amplitude of the solitary wave.

Abstract: Dazhou is a large industrial and agricultural city with a huge population. The proportion of service industry in GDP is lower than the secondary industry. Compared with the overall level of the whole country, there is a big gap, and the development potential of service industry is huge. There are three major obstacles to the supply-side reform of the service industry in Dazhou: unsuitable institutional supply and transformational development, uncoordinated consumption supply and market demand, and unbalanced talent supply and development needs. In order to solve these problems, it is required to strengthen the supply of the system, accumulate the power of transformation, improve the quality of supply, guide the return of consumption, strengthen the supply of talents, and create a dynamic state of Dazhou to promote the transformation and upgrading of the service industry. While maintaining the growth rate of the service industry, it must integrate with agriculture and industry, and provide services for the development of agriculture and industry and a platform to foster the new vitality of Dazhou’s economic development.

Abstract:
On the basis of summarizing the achievements of modern agriculture de-velopment in Dazhou city, this paper analyzes the challenges faced by the construction of modern agricultural management system in Dazhou city: poor modern agricultural management environment; shortage of modern agricultural technology talents; hindered rural land transfer and modern agricultural management service guarantee policy needed to be improved. It puts forward the strategy of constructing modern agricultural management system in Dazhou city: creating a sound environment for modern agricultural management; building modern think-tanks for agricultural management by the joint efforts of both bringing and developing, standardizing land transfer procedures and improving rural market transfer mechanisms together with improving the guarantee system for modern agricultural management.

Abstract:
The digital age has profoundly changed the mode of social production and human’s life style. New technologies represented by Internet, Internet of Things, big data, cloud computing and artificial intelligence are deeply in-tegrated with real economy and virtual economy to promote the paradigm of human resources management and enterprise management mode to transform towards digitalization. How to comprehensively improve the digitalized viability of enterprises has become an important issue to be studied and solved urgently. This paper expounds the development trend of the new paradigm of human resources management in the digital age, analyses the opportunities and challenges faced by human resources management in the digital age, and discusses about the specific strategies for constructing the new paradigm of human resources management in the digital age, such as precise selection of personnel, construction of the in-formation interaction platform and data mining. We should construct the interest appeal platform, know how to judge people and use them, establish the talent sharing platform with cross-border thinking, establish the value creation platform, and allow the construction of platforms to help the new paradigm of human resources management to better serve enterprises, thus creating more economic benefits for enterprises.

Abstract: The rapid development and widespread application of Internet has provided a platform for people to participate and discuss social hotspot events. In the meantime, emergency events have attained more attention and have been spread more quickly than they did ever before by this way. However, the public opinion on Internet usually exerts a heavy impact on the development of emergency events as well as the social psychology. This paper presented a cycle model to describe the Internet spreading process of emergency events, and applied the Tobit model to research the influence factors in that process. After analyzing the social psychological impacts, a life-cycle emergency management methodology and the related strategies were proposed for the achievement of healthy spreading environment on Internet.

Abstract: As mobile manufacturers today seek to attract consumers by increasingly integrating mobile services into their products, little research is available regarding whether and to what degree this new feature of mobile phone would motivate consumers’ purchase intention.Concerning m-learning, this study investigates the relationship among users’ intentions to adopt mobile service, service-enabled-phone as well as intention to pay for the new phone functionality. Based on 209 useful responses, this study suggests that users’ intention to adopt m-learning would impact their intention to acquire facilitating conditions (specific mlearning enabled mobile phones). Theoretical and practical implications are discussed in thepresent paper as well.
TBCK Influences Cell Proliferation, Cell Size and mTOR Signaling Pathway

Abstract: Mammalian target of rapamycin (mTOR) is a central regulator for both cell proliferation and cell growth; however, little is known about the regulation of mTOR expression at the transcriptional level. Here, we provide evidences that a conserved human protein TBCK (TBC1 domain containing kinase) is involved in the regulation of mTOR signaling pathway. Depletion of TBCK significantly inhibits cell proliferation, reduces cell size, and disrupts the organization of actin, but not microtubule. Knockdown of TBCK induces a significant decrease in the protein levels of components of mTOR complex (mTORC), and suppresses the activity of mTOR signaling, but not MAPK or PDK1/Akt pathway. Further results show that TBCK influences the expression of mTORC components at the transcriptional level. Thus, these data suggest that TBCK may play an important role in cell proliferation, cell growth and actin organization possibly by modulating mTOR pathway.
