Study on New Type of Urbanization in Sichuan-Shaanxi Old Revolutionary Base Area  [PDF]

Abstract:
Sichuan-Shaanxi Old Revolutionary Base Area has characteristics of “old districts, mountainous areas, border areas, and ethnic regions”. Constrained by many factors such as geographical environment, resources, funds, technology, talents, etc., its economic and social development is seriously affected. Many problems still exist including low-level and low-quality urbanization development, unreasonable structure of the urban system, low-level inclusive development, severe environment damage and lack of driving forces for further development. This paper first thoroughly analyzes the problems and development conditions for the urbanization of the Sichuan-Shaanxi Old Revolutionary Base Area and then puts forward the following countermeasures and suggestions to establish a unified coordination and cooperation platform, to speed up the process of regional integration, to improve planning and build a rational urbanization system, to deepen reforms and promote system innovation, to take measures to resolve capital shortages.

Abstract: According to China’s panel data between 2002 and 2016, the present thesis first analyzed the overall effects and time effects of urbanization on wage disparity, net operating income disparity, net property income gap, and net transferred income disparity between urban and rural residents, and then analyzed the overall effects and time effects of each income disparity on the total income gap between urban and rural residents. In general, the impact of urbanization on urban-rural income disparity was studied from the perspective of income sources. The results show that urbanization bridges the income gap between urban and rural areas, with an inverted U-shaped structure which increases first and then narrows, from the income sources perspective. So, the targeted and operational policy recommendations are proposed.

Abstract: Taking supply and demand of real estate market in Dazhou as an example, this paper obtains the main factors affecting the supply of real estate market by interviews and consulting relevant information. Through questionnaire and further analysis, the main factors affecting the demand of real estate market are brought forward. Countermeasures are then proposed to achieve the balance between supply and demand as well as stable and healthy development of Dazhou’s real estate market.

Abstract: After comprehensive discussion of the origin of ecotourism, the concept of ecotourism and the theoretical basis for ecotourism development, the paper carried out the SWOT analysis on ecotourism development in Dazhou City, and then proposed development strategies. The strategies were to: enhance the ecological awareness of the entire people and create a good atmosphere for ecotourism development; break the talent bottleneck of ecotourism development by adopting the policy of “combination boxing”; make scientific and feasible master plan for Dazhou’s ecotourism development; develop quality ecotourism products; innovate marketing strategies for ecotourism in Dazhou.

Abstract: On the basis of fully grasping the characteristics of the era of Dazhi Moving Cloud, we discovered that the following problems existed in the education for credit information and propaganda in the era of Dazhi Moving Cloud: the lack of compound type credit information propaganda and education talent; the database of credit information culture has not yet been completed; intelligence, credit information, education, and education media are mainly traditional and have poor interaction; credit information and education lack of legal protection. Then it proposes strategies for the development of credit information education in Dazhi Mobile Cloud era: formulate a general plan for credit information education under the background of Dazhi Mobile Cloud, establish a multi-party cooperation mechanism based on Dazhi Cloud Shift Technology, and innovate a multi-disciplinary training model for credit information and education. The establishment of a large database of credit information culture laid a solid foundation for the propaganda and education of the credit information culture; accelerated the integration of old and new media; innovated the education model for credit information culture; and accelerated the credit information legislation.

Abstract:
The transfer of rural surplus labor force is conducive to increasing farmers’ income, improving farmers’ quality, improving the comprehensive competitiveness of agriculture, and ultimately to the integration of urban and rural development. However, due to the low cultural quality and skill level of the transferred labor force, the stability of the transfer of rural surplus labor force in China is poor. To sort out the relevant theories of rural surplus labor at home and abroad can provide theoretical and methodological reference for the transfer of rural surplus labor in China, and provide ideas for solving the problem of rural surplus labor in China.
A Randomized Controlled Study of Chemotherapy: Etoposide Combined with Oxaliplatin or Cisplatin Regimens in the Treatment of Extensive-stage Small Cell Lung Cancer in Elderly Patients

Abstract: Background and objective Etoposide combined cisplatin (EP) is the most commonly-used first-line treatment combination chemotherapy regimen in the treatment of extensive-stage small cell lung cancer (SCLC), The side-effects of cisplatin, such as nausea and vomiting, influence patients’ quality of life. This study aims to compare the efficacy and toxicities between etoposide plus oxaliplatin (EO) and etoposide plus cisplatin (EP) regimens as first-line chemotherapy for elderly patients with SCLC. Methods Seventy-one old, extensive-stage SCLC patients, who had not received anti-tumor treatment, were randomly divided into two groups, namely, EO group (etoposide: 80 mg/m2 d1-5+oxaliplatin; 130 mg/m2 d1; repeated every 21 days) and EP group (etoposide: 80 mg/m2 d1-5+cisplatin; 25 mg/m2 d1-3; repeated every 21 days). Efficacy and toxicities were evaluated after 2 or more cycles. Results No statistical differences were observed between the EO and EP groups in the response rate (55.9% vs 54.3%, P=0.894), disease control rate (82.4% vs 77.1%, P=0.591), median progression free survival (5.5 months vs 4.7 months, P=0.638), and median survival time (10.5 months vs 9.1 months, P=0.862). In terms of toxicities, the incidence of nausea/vomiting in the EO group was significantly lower than that in the EP group (65.7% vs 97.2%, P=0.001), but the neurotoxicity of grade 1-2 in the EO group was more significant (74.3% vs 11.1%, P<0.001). Conclusion The clinical efficiency of EO and EP regimens is similar to the first-line chemotherapy for extensive-stage SCLC in elderly patients. However, the tolerance of EO regimens is better than that in the EP regiments.

Abstract: In this paper, the dispersive long wave equation is studied by Lie symmetry group theory. Firstly, the Lie symmetries of this system are calculated. Secondly, one dimensional optimal systems of Lie algebra and all the symmetry reductions are obtained. Finally, based on the power series method and the extended Tanh function method, some new explicit solutions of this system are constructed.
Strategy & Techniques for Restoration of Healthy Aquaecosystem from Toxic Super Eutrophic Water Body  [PDF]

Abstract:

There are complex river-lake systems in the Taihu Lake catchment with total water surface area of 6174.7 km2, and population density of 1079/km2, including Taihu Lake water surface area of 2338 km2. The water systems in this catchment have healthy aquaecosystems during long history. However, in some riverlets in this catchment the water quality was estimated as “acute toxicity for higher organisms” and over standards for many heavy metal elements content; there were no any living plants and macro organisms in the water body, because there were developed a series of industry with abundant release of heavy metals and difficult decomposition organic chemical components along the riverlets during last decades. The even more serious situation was observed in sediments of the riverlets. How to restore such riverlet into a healthy aquaeosystem with abound plants and higher organisms? The main strategy and techniques are described in this paper as summarizing a report of engineering in a riverlet in Wuxi New District during last years, which leads to restore the aquaecosystem into a healthy one with abundant surface plant cultured on floating islands and observed living fish, lobster, frog, toad, mollusk and others in the riverlet. The main techniques are: 1) softwall buffer technic; 2) floating eco-island technic by using which can culture any plant which can be cultured in solution; 3) immobilized nitrogen cycle bacteria (INCB) technic; 4) tattering esters and other big-molecule organic chemicals by using electronic pulse technic and photosensitization technic; 5) mist spray facility technic for improving dissolved oxygen in deep water layers; 6) technic for buffering and suppressing H2S release from water; 7) the appropriate portion of surface with cultured plant to the total water surface area is about 1/3; 8) Cress [Oenanthe Ljavanica (Bl.) DC.] and Myriophyllum verticilatum L. may be cultured in Taihu Lake catchment during the whole year as main plants with mosaic combination of other supplement plants in different seasons.
