Study on Innovation of Credit Investigation and Education in Dazhi Moving Cloud Era  [PDF]

Abstract: On the basis of fully grasping the characteristics of the era of Dazhi Moving Cloud, we discovered that the following problems existed in the education for credit information and propaganda in the era of Dazhi Moving Cloud: the lack of compound type credit information propaganda and education talent; the database of credit information culture has not yet been completed; intelligence, credit information, education, and education media are mainly traditional and have poor interaction; credit information and education lack of legal protection. Then it proposes strategies for the development of credit information education in Dazhi Mobile Cloud era: formulate a general plan for credit information education under the background of Dazhi Mobile Cloud, establish a multi-party cooperation mechanism based on Dazhi Cloud Shift Technology, and innovate a multi-disciplinary training model for credit information and education. The establishment of a large database of credit information culture laid a solid foundation for the propaganda and education of the credit information culture; accelerated the integration of old and new media; innovated the education model for credit information culture; and accelerated the credit information legislation.

Abstract: This paper analyzes the resolution complexity of a random CSP model named model RBmix, the instance of which is composed by constraints with different length. For model RBmix, the existence of phase transitions has been established and the threshold points have been located exactly. By encoding the random instances into CNF formulas, it is proved that almost all instances of model RBmix have no tree-like resolution proofs of less than exponential size. Thus the model RBmix can generate abundant hard instances in the threshold. This result is of great significance for algorithm testing and complexity analysis in NP-complete problems.

Abstract: In this paper, a SEIR model with ratio-dependent transmission rate in the form \"\"?is studied and the basic reproduction number which determines the disease’s extinction or continued existence is obtained. By constructing the proper Lyapunov function, we prove that if R0 ≤ 1, the disease-free equilibrium point of the model is globally asymptotically stable and the disease always dies out; if R0 > 1, the endemic equilibrium point is globally asymptotically stable and the disease persists.

With the process of economic globalization, the tax authorities of all countries pay more attention to the protection of the tax base and the contention of the tax sources. In this context, MNCs continue to optimize their global supply chain management and integrate tax optimization into it. Now, the tax efficient supply chain management (TESCM) is the most popular new supply chain planning concept in the world. This paper will discuss TESCM from the perspective of tax planning of multinational enterprises, analyze its advantages by comparing with traditional planning, and explain the application and influence of transfer pricing in TESCM. Through the study, it is believed that for China, the tax authorities should strengthen the capacity building as soon as possible to prevent and cope with the challenges. At the level of regulation, the state should gradually improve the legislation, management and operation of international tax. In the level of management, the amount and professional quality of managers responsible for international tax should be increased and advanced so that they can deal with complex cases of transfer pricing capably; on the globalization of enterprises, departments should focus on corporate transactions, compliance, rationality and independence. TESCM is both an opportunity and a challenge, which can help multinational enterprises achieve stronger competitiveness.

Sichuan-Shaanxi Old Revolutionary Base Area has characteristics of “old districts, mountainous areas, border areas, and ethnic regions”. Constrained by many factors such as geographical environment, resources, funds, technology, talents, etc., its economic and social development is seriously affected. Many problems still exist including low-level and low-quality urbanization development, unreasonable structure of the urban system, low-level inclusive development, severe environment damage and lack of driving forces for further development. This paper first thoroughly analyzes the problems and development conditions for the urbanization of the Sichuan-Shaanxi Old Revolutionary Base Area and then puts forward the following countermeasures and suggestions to establish a unified coordination and cooperation platform, to speed up the process of regional integration, to improve planning and build a rational urbanization system, to deepen reforms and promote system innovation, to take measures to resolve capital shortages.

Abstract: According to China’s panel data between 2002 and 2016, the present thesis first analyzed the overall effects and time effects of urbanization on wage disparity, net operating income disparity, net property income gap, and net transferred income disparity between urban and rural residents, and then analyzed the overall effects and time effects of each income disparity on the total income gap between urban and rural residents. In general, the impact of urbanization on urban-rural income disparity was studied from the perspective of income sources. The results show that urbanization bridges the income gap between urban and rural areas, with an inverted U-shaped structure which increases first and then narrows, from the income sources perspective. So, the targeted and operational policy recommendations are proposed.

Abstract: In this paper, the dispersive long wave equation is studied by Lie symmetry group theory. Firstly, the Lie symmetries of this system are calculated. Secondly, one dimensional optimal systems of Lie algebra and all the symmetry reductions are obtained. Finally, based on the power series method and the extended Tanh function method, some new explicit solutions of this system are constructed.
HA117 gene increased the multidrug resistance of K562 cells in vitro: an investigation to the function of a novel gene related to drug resistance

Abstract: HA117 was cloned and adenovirus vectors were constructed with the HA117 gene (Adeasy-HA117). K562 cells were infected by Ad-HA117 to get the K562/Ad-HA117 cells with HA117 gene expression. The infection efficiency and the multiplicity of infection (MOI) were detected by fluorescence and flow cytometry. The expression of HA117 gene was detected by RT-PCR. The drug sensitivities of K562/Ad-HA117 cells were detected by Methyl Thiazolyl Tetrazolium (MTT) assay.Recombinant adenovirus vectors were constructed and a MOI of 100 is most suitable to infect K562 cells. The infected K562 cells demonstrated in vitro production of HA117 mRNA as measured by reverse-transcriptase polymerase chain reaction. There were no significant changes in K562/Ad-HA117 cells growth, while the drug sensitivities of K562/Ad-HA117 cells to Vincristine, Adriamycin, Etoposide, Daunorubicin, Mitomycin and Cyclophosphamide decreased 4.44, 7.18, 3.01, 9.53, 3.48 and 3.61 times than that of uninfected K562 cells, respectively (P < 0.05).Expression of the novel gene HA117 could significantly increased the multi-drug resistance of K562 cells, which indicated that HA117 is a functionally relevant multidrug resistance gene.Multi-drug resistance (MDR) of tumor cells, including leukemia cells, is a defense mechanism for retaining homeostasis when they are damaged by cytotoxic drugs [1]. Tumor cells emerge a series of biological changes during the development of MDR in them. In molecular mechanism, occurrence of tumor cells' MDR is because of expression of genes related drug resistance [2]. To investigate which genes were in regulation in MDR of tumor cells, we established the multi-drug resistance cells HL-60/MDR using acute myelocytic leukemia cell line HL-60 at previous study. Then we screened and cloned the MDR related genes in HL-60/MDR cells using differential hybridization and gene chip [3,4] and found a novel gene HA117 (GeneBank: AY230154) which may be related to MDR[5].
