Let$G_1$and$G_2$be two vertex disjoint graphs. The subdivision-vertex join of$G_1$and$G_2$, denoted by$G_1\dot{\vee}G_2$, is the graph obtained from$\mathcal{S}(G_1)$and$G_2$by joining every vertex of$V(G_1)$with every vertex of$V(G_2)$. The subdivision-edge join of$G_1$and$G_2$, denoted by$G_1\underline{\vee}G_2$, is the graph obtained from$\mathcal{S}(G_1)$and$G_2$by joining every vertex of$I(G_1)$with every vertex of$V(G_2)$, where$I(G_1)$is the set of inserted vertices of$\mathcal{S}(G_1)$. In this paper we determine the adjacency spectra, the Laplacian spectra and the signless Laplacian spectra of$G_1\dot{\vee}G_2$(respectively,$G_1\underline{\vee}G_2$) for a regular graph$G_1$and an arbitrary graph$G_2$, in terms of the corresponding spectra of$G_1$and$G_2$. As applications, these results enable us to construct infinitely many pairs of cospectral graphs. We also give the number of the spanning trees and the Kirchhoff index of$G_1\dot{\vee}G_2$(respectively,$G_1\underline{\vee}G_2$) for a regular graph$G_1$and an arbitrary graph$G_2\$.
 科学通报(英文版) , 2007, Abstract: Large amount of chemicals and highly purified-water are needed in microelectronic manufacture. The ability of solutions to penetrate tiny spaces will become significantly more challenging as the feature size of semiconductor devices decreases to nanoscale dimensions and the functional complexity of integrated circuitries (ICs) ever increases. Supercritical fluids (SCFs) possess a unique combination of properties (no surface tension and gas-like viscosity) that can potentially be exploited for application in microelectronics manufacturing and processing in response to needs for material-compatible cleaning systems, small-dimension developing solvents, and low chemical-use processes. Recent microelec- tronics processes for cleaning and rinsing of patterned porous low-k dielectrics and drying of photo- resist in CO2-based solvents are the main focus of this review. Additional topics in supercritical fluid processing include spin coating of photoresists, development with nanoscale dimensions, metal deposition and silylation.

 Chinese Science Bulletin , 2011, DOI: 10.1007/s11434-011-4646-1 Abstract: Graphite oxide (GO)/polypyrrole (PPy) nanocomposites (GPYs) were synthesized using in situ polymerization. The effect of the feeding ratios of pyrrole and GO on the structure and electrochemical performances of GPYs was investigated. The structure was characterized via Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy, scanning electron microscopy, transmission electron microscopy and X-ray diffraction. The electrochemical performance was characterized via cyclic voltammetry, galvanostatic charge-discharge and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy. The results indicate that the more pyrrole is added to GO (with GO concentrations of 20% and 50%), the more agglomeration of both PPy and GO layers occurs. This is detrimental to the capacitance utilization of PPy. When the feeding ratio of GO:pyrrole is 80:20, PPys with nanofibrils are dispersed homogenously in/on the exfoliated layer of GO and the conductivity is enhanced. The capacitance utilization of PPy in a composite with a GO concentration of 80% (383 F/g) is higher than that of pure PPy (201 F/g), which indicates the presence of a synergistic effect between GO and PPy.
 International Journal of Electrochemical Science , 2006, Abstract: In this work, Ag3BiOx was prepared and characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and X-ray diffraction (XRD). The electrochemical properties of electrolytic manganese dioxide (EMD) cathodes doped with Ag3BiOx were studied by galvanostatic charge/discharge and cyclic voltammetry. The results indicated that the electrochemical performance of EMD electrode was effectively improved by doping of Ag3BiOx. EMD electrode doped with Ag3BiOx possessed remarkably higher discharge voltage, larger capacity and better reversibility than that of pure EMD electrode.
