Abstract: In O’Neill’s eyes, the mechanized industrial process of the materialistic America distorted man’s spirit and divorced man from the qualities of humanity which gave him dignity and the sense of manhood. As a modern tragedian, O’Neill expressed his doubt of the mechanized society and tried to disclose the awkward situation of modern man. The Deconfinement Phase Transition in the Interior of Neutron Stars

Abstract: The decon?nement phase transition which happens in the interior of neutron stars are investigated. Coupled with the spin evolution of the stars, the effect of entropy production and deconfinement heat generation during the deconfinement phase transition in the mixed phase of the neutron stars are discussed. The entropy production of deconfinement phase transition can be act as a signature of phase transition, but less important and does not significantly change the thermal evolution of neutron stars. The deconfinement heat can change the thermal evolution of neutron star distinctly.

Abstract: The title complex, [Fe2(C20H14N2O2)2O]·CH4O·2H2O, is composed of μ-oxido-bridged ferric 2,2′-[o-phenylenebis(nitrilomethylidyne)]diphenolate (salphen) dimers, one methanol molecule and two H2O molecules. Each iron(III) ion, surrounded by two coordinating N and O atoms from the salphen ligand and one bridging O atom, shows a five-coordinate square-pyramidal geometry. One of the two solvent water molecules is disordered over three positions with occupancies of 0.44 (1), 0.37 (1) and 0.19 (1).

Abstract: In the title complex, [Ni(C16H36N4)(H2O)2][Ni(CN)4], the [Ni(teta)(H2O)2]2+ cations (teta = 5,5,7,12,12,14-hexamethyl-1,4,8,11-tetraazacyclotetradecane) and [Ni(CN)4]2 anions are arranged in an alternating fashion through electrostatic and N—H...N and O—H...N hydrogen-bonding interactions, forming a two-dimensional layered structure. Adjacent layers are linked through weak van der Waals interactions, resulting in a three-dimensional supramolecular network.
Novel Non-equilibrium Phase Transition Caused by Non-linear Hadronic-quark Phase Structure

Abstract: We consider how the occurrence of first-order phase transitions in non-constant pressure differs from those at constant pressure. The former has shown the non-linear phase structure of mixed matter, which implies a particle number dependence of the binding energies of the two species. If the mixed matter is mixed hadron-quark phase, nucleon outgoing from hadronic phase and ingoing to quark phase probably reduces the system to a non-equilibrium state, in other words, there exists the imbalance of the two phases when deconfinement takes place. This novel non-equilibrium process is very analogous to the nuclear reactions that nuclei emit neutrons and absorb them under appropriate conditions. We present self-consistent thermodynamics in description for the processes and identify the microphysics responsible for the processes. The microphysics is an inevitable consequence of non-linear phase structure instead of the effect of an additional dissipation force. When applying our findings to the neutron star containing mixed hadron-quark matter, it is found that the newly discovered energy release might strongly change the thermal evolution behavior of the star.
The consistency of estimator under fixed design regression model with NQD errors

Abstract: In this article, basing on NQD samples, we investigate the fixed design nonparametric regression model, where the errors are pairwise NQD random errors, with fixed design points, and an unknown function. Nonparametric weighted estimator will be introduced and its consistency is studied. As special case, the consistency result for weighted kernel estimators of the model is obtained. This extends the earlier work on independent random and dependent random errors to NQD case.

Abstract: In the title compound, C17H21ClN4O, the benzene ring is oriented at dihedral angles of 1.59 (3) and 1.27 (3)° with respect to the pyrimidine and pyrazole rings, while the dihedral angle between the pyrimidine and pyrazole rings is 0.83 (3)°. An intramolecular N—H...O hydrogen bond results in the formation of a planar (r.m.s. deviation 0.004 ) six-membered ring.

Abstract: The natural neighbour interpolation based on Voronoi diagram is the mathematical base of natural element method (NEM). It is a new geometric interpolation method and to be constructed by a special procedure different from traditional method,meanwhile it does have some advantages. The Sibson interpolation and non-Sibnian interpolation based on natural neighbour relation are introduced,then the comparison with FEM and EFG interpolation about discrete scheme,mesh property,calculation cost and so on is conducted.
OH- Removal and its Effect on the Fluorescent Properties of Er3+/Yb3+ Co-doped Barium Gallogermanate Glass

Abstract: 钡镓锗玻璃是一种优质的红外发光材料,而钡镓锗玻璃中少量OH-的存在严重影响玻璃的结构并劣化了玻璃的发光性能.实验研究了在原料中引入氟化物除水和在引入氟化物的基础上进行反应气氛法除水两种方法对Er3+/Yb3+共掺钡镓锗玻璃上转换发光、1.53μm发光的影响,采用Forster-Dexter半经验简化模型分析了OH-和Er3+之间的能量转移几率.结果表明:在引入氟化物的基础上进行反应气氛法除水可以将玻璃中的OH-浓度降低到原来的1/11;随OH-浓度的降低,上转换荧光比1.53μm发光增强更明显,545nm绿光增强了2.8倍;OH-和Er3+之间的能量转移常数为1.75×10-19cm4/s,该值比磷酸盐玻璃中OH-和Er3+之间的能量转移常数稍大.
Analysis of the threshold area of national and regional per capita arable land in China

Abstract: This paper firstly points out that the threshold area of per capita arable land in China identified by FAO does not exist in fact;then advances that the threshold area of per capita arable land,which needs specific premise,has its distinct spatio-temporal characteristics.There-fore,according to the actual productivity of1995in China,the corresponding threshold areas of per capita arable land under different food demanding level in China are obtained:0.092ha for400kg per capita,0.104ha450kg per capita,and0.115ha500kg per capita(the current thresh-old area of per capita arable land in china).And based on the forecasted arable land area and productivity,threshold area of per capita arable land in2010,2030and2050are also calculat-ed:0.059ha,0.067ha,0.074ha in2010(the threshold area of the near future per capita arable land in China);0.052ha,0.058ha,0.064ha in2030(the threshold area of the medium-term per capita arable land in China);0.046ha,0.052ha,0.058ha in2050(the threshold area of long-term per capita arable land in China).
