Abstract: 1 引言关于具有时滞的Lurie控制系统的绝对稳定性的讨论已有不少结果1~4],其绝对稳定性条件有时滞无关条件和时滞相关条件两种.由于时滞无关条件缺少了时滞的信息,因此必然会使其稳定性具有保守性.下面对具有多个时变时滞的Lurie控制系统,利用不同于文献1]的方法进行讨论,给出系统绝对稳定的时滞相关判据.算例表明,与文献1]的结果相比本文结果可降低保守性.
New Results on Global Synchronization of Chua0s Circuit

Abstract: Some new results on global exponential synchronization and global synchronization for Chua0s circuit are derived by means of Lyapunov functions and some other mathematic methods, which improve the existing results in the literatures. A strict and complete proof of the result is also given as a complement to the relevant literature where the proof was incomplete. The paper offers some new approaches for studying chaos synchronization for Chua0s circuit.

Abstract: Plasmas with vertically elongated cross-sections tend to be unstable to an axis-symmetric instability. This paper studies the magnetohydrodynamic equilibria in elongated plasmas after failure of vertical feedback control by using magnetic data for EAST device. Vertical forces on the vessel due to the induced polodial and toroidal currents are evaluated. The maximum force of the Fzpol in vertical displacement events for EAST designed parameters is given.
Absolute stability analysis for control systems with multiple time-varying delays in both state and control input

Abstract: Based on the linear matrix inequality (LMI) approach, this paper analyzes the absolute stability of Lurie type control systems with multiple time-varying delays in both state and control input. Several sufficient conditions for the absolute stability of such systems are obtained. The derived sufficient conditions are expressed in terms of LMI to find the less conservative criteria. Finally, a numerical example is given to demonstrate that the derived conditions are less conservative than that \{given\} in the literature.
New Development of Two-Step Processing Approach for Spotlight SAR Focusing in Presence of Squint

Abstract: This paper analyzes the azimuth spectrum folding problem which arises from the dependence of the Doppler centroid on range frequency in squinted spotlight synthetic aperture radar (SAR). Based on the analysis, a novel approach for squinted spotlight SAR is proposed in this paper. In this approach, an azimuth preprocessing step including a deramping operation and an operation of azimuth spectrum replicating and filtering is introduced to eliminate spectrum folding problem. Then, a modified Range Migration Algorithm (RMA) is adopted to process the preprocessed data. This approach extends the focusing capacity of traditional two-step processing approach from broadside spotlight SAR to squinted case. Moreover, this approach is e±cient due to a limited azimuth data extension to resolve the spectrum aliasing problem. Experimental results on simulated raw data validate the proposed approach.
Analysis of Effective Slant Range Model Accuracy Based on Low-Earth-Orbital (LEO) Spaceborne SAR

Abstract: This paper aims at analyzing the applicability of the hyperbolic range model meeting resolution higher than one meter for low-earth orbital spaceborne SAR. How long the integration time can the range model be applied to, and the corresponding azimuth resolution are main issues of this paper. An accurate geometry is modeled firstly to get the Doppler centroid and the Doppler FM rate, which have the higher accuracy. Then the accurate range model can be got through the Doppler parameter reversion. The azimuth history phase errors can then be calculated by comparing with the numeric values of the slant range information. If the errors are under the threhold of ,π/4 the disfocusing is impossible. Based on the theory above, the parameters of TerraSAR-X are utilized for simulation. The longest integration time and the best resolution got from the hyperbolic range model are analyzed. The conclusion of this paper offers an approach for analyzing the range model of the current low-earth orbital spaceborne SAR.

Abstract: The lentinan structurally modified by concentrated sulphuric acid were isolated into six fractions using molecular weight cutoff ultrafiltration membrane. The antioxidant activities of the six fractions were tested, respectively. The results indicated that the sulfated lentinan had antioxidant activity, showing dose-effect relationship within 1-10mg/mL. The results also indicated that the activities of sulfated lentinan with different molecular were different.

Abstract: The structure of the polymeric title compound, [Ni2(C8H10O4)2(C14H14N4)]n, features a five-coordinate NiII centre defined by four carboxylate O atoms from two different cyclohexane-1,4-dicarboxylate (chdc) ligands and an N atom from one end of a 1,4-bis(imidazol-1-ylmethyl)benzene (1,4-bix) molecule. The NO4 coordination geometry is distorted square-pyramidal with the N atom in the apical position. Each end of the chdc ligand links pairs of NiII atoms into a paddle-wheel assembly, i.e. Ni2(O2CR′)4. These are connected into rows owing to the bridging nature of the chdc ligands, and the rows are connected into a two-dimensional grid via the 1,4-bix ligands. The 1,4-bix ligand, which is disposed about a centre of inversion, is disorderd. Two positions of equal occupancy were discerned for the –H2C(C6H4)CH2– residue.

Abstract: In the title organic–inorganic hybrid vanadate complex, [Cu2V6O17(C10H8N2)4]n, the CuII atom is six-coordinated by two chelating 2,2′-bipyridine (bipy) ligands and two vanadate O atoms in a distorted octahedral geometry. Two [Cu(bipy)2V3O8] units are linked by a bridging O atom, which lies on an inversion center, forming a dimeric unit. The dimeric units are further connected by bridging vanadate O atoms into a two-dimensional layer parallel to (100). The layers are connected by weak C—H...O hydrogen bonds.
